Tastiest Pinsa ever!! So delicious that we even had a Pinsa there twice today :). Excellent ingredients and prepared with love. We will definitely come again.

It was a great experience to have a bite to eat here! Good service, friendly staff and a nice beer. Too bad there were no mints at the end, I was really looking forward to that. But that's normal in Italy, I understood. If I could give 6 stars I would have, but unfortunately the maximum is only 5. Highly recommended!!

For me it's the first time I've tasted pinsa, well I can say that I find it extraordinarily good, So much so that I have returned here to DAJE several times, to taste the pinsa in different flavours, and each time it has been a delight. However, my favorite is the pinsa with friarelli and duya.

The pinsas tasted great. I had a Friarielli with an, for me, unprecedented taste. Compliments were given after the meal and then one staff member indicated that the Friarielli was not pleasant during digestion (read = stomach complaints). This obviously sounded strange and it made me more wary. After a few hours I came home and I started having more and more heartburn and a sick feeling (including feeling very cold). After another 1.5 hours I really had to go to the toilet to spit everything out. The Italian broccoli blew my mind. What a nasty experience with what seemed like a fine lunch at first glance. I suspect that this particular pinsa is filled with combinations that trigger chemical reactions. I eat pretty much anything and have never had food poisoning, but I think this was one. In my opinion, the Fiarielli should be taken off the menu if even the company's own staff is wary of it... Update 1: It's now 1:30 in the middle of the night and I haven't slept yet due to a completely upset stomach. I have already filled the toilet bowl 4 times and my stomach keeps wanting to spit up. I'm trying to stop it, but that means I've been having acid reflux for hours with the risk of vomiting…. 😢😢😢 Update 2: It has now been 5 days and my digestion is still completely disrupted. This in combination with abdominal pain and severe diarrhea. And I didn't eat anything other than a pinsa last Sunday. In the evening I couldn't get a bite down my throat. Bizarre!

Recommended! Antonio and his team are such lovely hospitable people! The food is really delicious. Everything is freshly prepared. In my opinion, nowhere else in Den Bosch can you truly taste the Italian taste and atmosphere. The dough of the Pinsas and rolls is so nice and light and not salty but just right and crunchy. You can also eat lasagna (also vegetarian) or delicious lentil soup. I am a huge tea lover myself and I really like the fact that they do not arrive here with a tea bag but have real fresh (herbal) teas. The coffee is of course also delicious!

Super lekker gegeten vanavond. Normaal krijg ik darmproblemen bij het eten van pizza! Vanavond geen last van gehad gelukkig dus het deeg is zeker anders van kwaliteit 💪🏻. We komen zeker nog een keer terug🥰

Pizza, compleet homemade met pure, hoge kwaliteit toppings. Je proeft de echte Italiaanse keuken. Heerlijk luchtige bodem van 3 soorten bloem. Gemoedelijke setting.

En dan vallen we toch maar weer mooi voor het Italiaanse momentje. In dezen viel mijn evenknie voor de pinsa tre formaggi, een Romeinse kleine pizza waarvan de samenstelling van het deeg bestaat uit drie granen. De jonge Romein Antonio weet deze smakelijk te bereiden en op tafel te presenteren. Zelf koos ik voor de panino prosciutto e mozzarella. Voor de beleving en de bereidingstip stond Antonio helemaal open. Het terras stond gelukkig vandaag weer open voor het zonnetje. Prima vertoeven. De jonge ondernemer vertrouwde ons toe nog vol met ideeën te zitten. Voor herhaling vatbaar? Jazeker! De Isabel kazerne is überhaupt een mooie rustgevende plek om te vertoeven.

The pizzas / pinsas are phenomenal. Definitely recommending the Prosciutto pinsa and a cup of cappuccino.

Zeer gastvrij, lekker eten, mooie plek en goeie prijs. Zeker de moeite waard om om te fietsen voor een lekkere pizza...

I recently visited this coffee place and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The location is very convenient and easy to find, but what really stood out was the amazing coffee. The large selection of researched coffee beans was impressive and I could really taste the difference in quality. The owner was also incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the coffee. It was clear that he had a passion for the craft and took pride in providing the best possible experience for his customers. The atmosphere of the shop was cozy and inviting, and I could have easily spent hours there enjoying the coffee and chatting with the owner.

Ottima Pinsa Romana, io e la mia ragazza ne abbiamo scelto due gusti diversi ed erano entrambe molto gustose. Antonio il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile a dare qualsiasi spiegazione. Consigliatissimo!
