I didn't get what I ordered for many times over, even tried the phone to order. To no avail, so I'm done with this restaurant.

I don't think you even deserve one star. I ordered a meal at 10:30 PM. I waited an hour. I called the restaurant, but no one answered. In the morning, food was thrown in front of my door. I don't recommend this restaurant, even if you have to sleep without eating. 😡😡😡

The display case is filthy, the lettuce is starting to brown, the spoonful of red sauce is in the white sauce, security cameras are taped to the ceiling, the drinks refrigerator is practically empty, the counter staff's clothes are also really dirty, and the delivery driver has tears in his jacket. The entire decor and appearance feel shabby. Fries were forgotten in the order, and the card machine wasn't working. The shawarma sat there for at least 10 minutes getting cold before I could walk out with my full order, paid for. I can't say much positive about this place. Never again.

Very disappointed! We ordered two Turkish pizzas and 12 hot wings. We had to wait 35 minutes. When we got home, we only found three hot wings (dry), and the Turkish pizza was inedible. The meat wasn't fresh and was cut into several large pieces. I hope we don't get sick. It was a great place for years, and we could always go there, but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!!

The food was inedible, absolutely disgusting. I couldn't eat any of it, so I threw it away immediately. It's a waste of money.

I was hungry at 9:30, so I thought I'd quickly grab something to eat. I got to the door and saw only one person sitting there. The front door was open, so I figured it was still open, and the door handle was broken, so I knocked quietly. The man behind the couch was waving his hands. I thought, "Okay, not then, but I was in the mood for chicken." So I walked to the other side of the tent. Adjust your times on Google, but reading the comments, it's better I didn't eat there after all.

Poor quality, I bought falafel, took it from the freezer and heated it up, three mints in the fryer, didn't taste good, unfortunately it used to be the best restaurant, but not anymore👎🏼

We ordered through uber eats snd the kapsalon was fully burned and it taste like bitter so we couldn’t eat not recommended to anyone. Its a waste of money.

this restaurant used to be very good but now it is really bad. I've tried three times, but it gets worse each time. The food is not fresh and the people who work there know nothing about food or restaurant management. I don't recommend it to anyone

After 4 I was in Hilversum today, I thought I would get some shawarma. I'm completely disappointed!! The shawarma is dark, I think the skewer is from days ago and tastes too salty. Really not edible. When the old owner left, the business deteriorated.

Both meat and chicken sandwiches were not good. All of us got a stomachache after eating. The restaurant is not clean and they wrapped sandwiches in written papers like newspapers. They need to improve both the quality and service.

I had a party and I ordered from this restaurant 25 Arabic sandwiches, cut into two large plates decorated with vegetables, with mayonnaise and salad. The appointment was at six o’clock in the evening, but I was surprised on the day of the party that the order was very late and came at eight o’clock in the evening and not as I requested. They put each sandwich separately in a cardboard box. It was ungarnished, very cold, and contained so much chicken skin and fat that the audience could not eat it Also, when I asked the restaurant owner how much he wanted for the delivery fee, he said nothing, but I was surprised that he asked me on the day of the party for 25 euros as a delivery fee, despite the bad food and the order being two hours late.

Very poor food and service too It is not a real Syrian itself I don't recommend it

Yesterday I bought 3 whole chickens, absolutely not fresh and warmed up, the next day everyone had stomach problems and diarrhea, even the dogs. Rarely bad and expensive too. Definitely not recommended, I'm curious to see if I will get a response to this post

However, regarding the food, I must note that it unfortunately did not live up to expectations. The grilled chicken had an unpleasant smell and did not appear to be fresh, which could be a worrying situation. I decided to throw the chicken away. It would be nice if you paid extra attention to the quality of the dishes you serve.

The food very bad. Not normal Turkish pizza and donner sandwich. Chicken and bun very dry. In addition, coke came from the freezer and therefore clothes were covered in coke.

Opening time is incorrect, they close before 22:00 on Sunday. Staff super rude and ignorant

Echt heerlijk eten hier. Iets duurder dan andere snackbars, maar ook betere kwaliteit. Hier hebben ze echt vlees in plaats van mysterie-shoarma. Zeker aangeraden om hier te eten. Alles is wel lekker.

I went there with a doubtful eye and what I got was very good quality authentic Syrian food specially if you order their chicken shawarma menu. Zeker een aanrader en een echte oosterse ervaring.

For a student like myself, this is an affordable and extremely delicious option for when you're craving some arabic (Syrian style) food. Highly recommend getting any of the homemade dishes as well as the arabic style bread (wrap) to go with it. In the area there are not so many AUTHENTIC places like this one. I received my order after asking for their special "creme" sauce. They gave me more than enough along with generous portions. I have eaten at this place several times before but this was my return after a couple weeks and also the first time ordering online. PS: First time trying the homemade "Kibbeh" and can confidently say it was absolutely banging! BIG 5/5!

Laat je niet van de wijs brengen door het bescheiden uiterlijk: dit is de beste plek voor Midden-Oosters eten in de verre omstreken. Een in het Midden-Oosten opgegroeide vriendin vond hier ein-de-lijk de smaak terug van de lamsvlees-shoarma die ze uit haar jeugd kent: niet 'kapotgekruid' zoals hier in NL gebruikelijk is, maar de vleessmaak zélf centraal. Naast de overheerlijke shoarma kunnen we o.a. de eveneens verrukkelijke baba ganoush van harte aanbevelen. En, ook niet onbelangrijk: de medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en gastvrij. Wij komen nog heel vaak hier terug!

A very good restaurant that has delicious shawarma and has many Syrian food such as tabbouleh, fattoush, falafel, hummus, grilled chicken, broasted chicken, and many other types as well, and drinks. Delicious food you have to try.😋😋

Although one of the staff was not really friendly, but their Falafel was one of the best sandwiches I ate in the recent years of my life!

Ik bestel altijd de hotwings of de fried chicken. Krokant en super lekker. Voor mij de beste zaak met gefrituurde kip. De sausjes daarbij maken ze ook zelf.

Wow! Got inside just to try baba ghanoush and tabouleh.. and the way they prepare those two just killed me. Superb and delicious! On top of that the baklava they offer is insanely good! Do visit! Surely coming back for other specials! ..And we did come back regularly for kebabs and different salads. Every time they were delicious! I highly recommend this place as the best fast food place in town.
