I occasionally order a döner sandwich, but it's not normally my favorite. However, at this restaurant, I ordered a fantastic veal döner sandwich with a deliciously creamy garlic sauce on a fresh bun. By far the best döner sandwich I've ever had. The staff was also very friendly. I'd even go out of my way for it more often now. Fantastic!!

There are plenty of other good shops on the street where you can get good food and where you're appreciated. From what I've read in other reviews, the person handling complaints is more concerned with accusing people of complaining than with addressing their complaints. It's exactly the same service you get in the store.

I have been here as a customer and ordered two Turkish pizzas together with someone. Unfortunately they were not good, they tasted old and were not fresh. When we kindly indicated this and asked for new ones, we were simply told that this was not possible. In fact, they said that we could not come back. Very unfortunate and absolutely not customer-friendly service. That is not how you treat people

Disgraceful treatment! We ordered two Turkish pizzas that were just not good, old, tough and not fresh at all. When we indicated this and asked for new ones, we got zero understanding. Instead of offering a solution, we were treated rudely and were even told that we could not come back. Really ridiculous how they treat customers. Not an ounce of service or respect. I will never come back here and I do not recommend it to anyone!

Unbelievably unfriendly to customers! I was completely yelled at after a simple question. Suddenly my Turkish pizza was spicy while that was never the case before. I didn't even know there was a hot option, so I just asked how this happened. The owner got furious and said that I had ordered the wrong thing myself. The fact that I then said that I had never gotten anything spicy before without specifically asking for pepper to be omitted, didn't stop the woman from continuing her anger. Everyone's eyes widened. Bizarre! Too bad, because although the food is very good, and for normal prices, it was the last time for me here.

Best Turkish pizzas, always the same consistent quality. The staff is hardworking and friendly. The only downside was the terrace policy. We were with three people, two of us ordered food, and the third had a smoothie from elsewhere and wasn’t allowed to sit with us. It felt unnecessarily strict, especially since we had placed a proper order for food and drinks and just wanted to have a quick bite. The terrace was empty too.

Nice and clean place. This bakery is located in the center of Hilversum. There is a large terrace right in front of the door, inside it is clear and neat. The employee spoke to me kindly and I ordered a chicken sandwich. When I wanted to leave, my son insisted that we review this place because the sandwich was delicious. So happy. Freshly baked bread with iceberg lettuce, tomato, lots of roast chicken meat and a little garlic sauce. Recommended!

Best place to get food after visiting the bars

Found hair in my food. Fries full of fat and hard. When I pointed this out I got a loud mouth and the answer was that it was not done on purpose. He didn't want to give my money back, I paid 19 euros and got 7 euros thrown at me and a request to leave the business. Don't waste your money and eat your food somewhere else. Too bad you can't give 0 stars. They don't deserve that one star either

Instead of just saying hello in a friendly manner when you come in and say good evening, you get a grumpy look here and you are not allowed to say a word. Apparently you have to order when he raises his head, like what do you want? There are fries and twister fries, and I ask if I can get twister fries at the hair salon. That was a strong 'No'. No option to pay extra and no verbal, 'sorry, but we only serve that with regular fries'. For a moment it seemed like he had the idea that I was his dog. I don't really like that. The food itself was not bad. But anyway, this was the last time I was here.

Super tasty food, whatever you order!

Got food here last week. Was mostly good. Burger was fine! Delicious. However, a huge bowl of salt was thrown over the fries. That's a real shame and even left alone because of this. What a thirst. Just wasn't tasty anymore. It's better to be reserved. And then provide a salt shaker for people who really want high blood pressure! :)

Lovely baklava and the guy that helped me was so sweet even though i don’t speak dutch i didn’t try any other think but needed a desert for a gathering i was going to go a box of 1 kilo and it was gone the moment it was opened so nice and fluffy and fresh!! Would recommend!!

Everything at snack bar Roos is made of plastic. The fork breaks off, this was the 3rd time. I report this to this case. Management hardly speaks Dutch. Doesn't come up with a solution.

Roos has really tasty döner/kapsalon.🥰🌯 Always used to go here after going out. We ate here on the terrace with the kids for the first time. They liked it too.👍🏼 Atmosphere and service is what you would expect from a snack bar.

Bakery Roos is always good. The people are calm and helpful. The Turkish pizzas are always tasty, fresh and well topped according to your request. And they are also open late. These people absolutely deserve your business.

It was busy (fair enough because of King's Day) and it took a very long time before I got my food. But when I asked for my order I was given a Turkish pizza that had been on the counter for a long time and from which someone else had taken a bite. When I mentioned this I was told “not my problem”.

Worst Turkish Pizza I have ever eaten in my life. I asked for extra spicy but after 5 bites I had to conclude that the only ingredients were garlic sauce and nothing else. My stomach turned, I can't even do anything otherwise eat more. Disgusting. Staff not helpful. This used to be a good place but those days are over.

Hey, what a pity. There is little left of this dynamic Turkish snack bar. The kapsalon chicken that now costs almost 10 euros really needs to be improved. The chicken pieces were (and tasted) like pieces of omelet. The veal and chicken were no longer on the spit, so it must have been re-fried. Unfortunately it was not an incident, it was the same last time. Kapsalon was therefore not eaten. In some cases the furniture really needs to be repaired/replaced.

After a day of work, you regularly long for a hair salon. Unfortunately I suffered a slight trauma at this bakery. 1 hair salon orders with a can of soda. After fifteen minutes of scrolling on my phone, the smile on my face disappeared after I got a hair salon reservation on the table. Explicitly stated no lettuce & cucumber. Oh well, these are human errors that can happen. After I took 2/3 bites I couldn't stand it anymore. They were large pieces of meat with a top of sour lettuce & tomato cucumber that tasted like water. As if it has been immersed in water for several days. The garlic sauce tasted like garlic mixed with Turkish buttermilk. Hair salon = Misery in a box of aluminum There is no sauce on the table and you get 1 napkin. It is quite a large restaurant, but they still manage to only have 3/4 tables inside for eating. Their speciality seems to serve you chips that already went in the deep fryer once then got cold and are just put back again in the deep fryer to be served !! You do not see them doing it, you cannat taste the disgusting chips full of oil and soft... 3rd time i come here second time they do it. Also, would be nice of they could simply learn to say "hi/thanks/please/bye"

Lekkere turkse pizza en niet duur!!

Drie turkse pizza’s gekocht die maar €14,- waren bij elkaar, snel klaar waren en ook nog eens HEERLIJK! Het is niet per se mooi en gezellig ingericht binnen, dus ik raad aan om op het terras te eten of mee te nemen. De mensen achter de kassa zijn ook aardig en goed in hun baan! Snack Bar & Bakkerij Roos is zeker aan te raden.

Wij komen hier soms,nadat we een avondje met vrienden op stap zijn geweest.Vriendelijke service en het is er (héél belangrijk!!) Schoon!!👌

Goed döner eten of Turkse pizza Ze hebben ook heel lekker brood. Probeer het eens.

Goed geholpen voor een afhaal bestelling. Schermen met het menu zijn erg reflecterend waardoor je slecht t menu kunt lezen. Verder was het lekker goedkoop en het smaakte prima!

Instant 5 sterren. Deze mensen geven je een goede döner wanneer de nood het hoogst is. Zelfs om 02.55 's nachts staan ze voor je klaar.

Suuuuper lekker eten! Zelf vind ik de Turkse pizza erg lekker en de mensen zijn heel aardig!

Na een avondje stappen is het tijd voor wat lekkers...... bestel een kapsalon maar alles koud en weinig vlees erin zelfs de patat was niet te eten... Vraag je om warm te maken doen ze het in pizza oven en krijg je het er alsnog koud uit..... Snap dat weekend is en het er drukker is maar dat moet niet van de kwaliteit afgaan Beetje spijtig bakker roos!!!

Snelle hap, snel geleverd en zeker goed. Tafels binnen mogen iets schoner naar mijn idee.

Wat moet je hier nog van zeggen. Een top zaak,super goed en heerlijk lekker.

Redelijke eet tent. Broodje döner... het gaat... Zoals bijna overal droge dunne plakjes vlees. Niet echt lekker sappige hap. De saus en bijgerechten maaken er nog iets eetbaars van. Vroeger op de hoek verderop bij het marktplein was het veel lekkerder, helaas is deze tent er niet meer. Houd me aanbevolen voor een betere Döner ervaring, maar nog niks kunnen vinden. Parkeren: zeer duur, tsjaa... Hilversum centrum hé... 😔
