Ordered 2 sundaes. The special one. Quite pricey, but oh well. It looked tasty in the picture. However, it was disappointing. I just got a cup of ice cream. A small cup. A drop of sauce. Not a swirl through it. Just pushed a cookie in. It didn't match the picture on the wall at all. I mentioned this to the employee. The response I got was that this is the one and it is correct, because the name matches the cookie. I gave her a chance to rectify it, but she didn't seem to fully understand me. Clearly didn't get how a sundae is supposed to be made. Oh well, that was the first and last time.

I ate at snack shop Hans recently, everything was tip-top! I am curious to see the camera footage with audio now. I’ve never seen anyone eat a receipt out of rage.

Ordered a Too Good To Go and didn't eat beforehand so I could enjoy the meal. I biked there for the pickup time of 10 PM, just to find the entire thing closed down and windows covered in construction tape etc. I stood there, starving cold and sad. All I wanted was a nice lil snack. If your entire store is closed down, maybe think about not having a Too Good To Go package available. I am usually a cheerful happy guy in reviews, but food is the one thing that really gets to me. Especially when I leave my house and bike there at 10 FREAKIN pm. :(

I bought a Kapsalon sandwich, and my heavily pregnant daughter (due last week) was having a hard time and came to sit with me for a moment with a smoothie bought elsewhere. My daughter was immediately and unceremoniously sent away because she hadn't bought anything there; she had to stand outside and wait!!! Ridiculous.
