Dar Al Yemen restaurant in Buikslotermeer

The restaurant is no longer there 😡😡😡 We drove for a long time, but the restaurant has changed.

I tried the kip shawarma with fries here. Both the things were delicious and tasted fresh. The quality of the ingredients didn’t go unnoticed. One of the best I’ve tried in a long time. Also, the ambience was warm and the staff were very welcoming. Had a great time, would totally recommend!

i order mandi, which was horrible, not recommended at all

I'm pretty sure there were expired mushrooms on the wrap... Had to throw it away unfortunately...

The title is wrong, and at the same time the Yemeni restaurant is isolated. There is no Yemeni restaurant. This was supposed to be clarified

Very nice discovery in Aman, a delight. The rice with steamed lamb is just excellent. Best knaffe of my life. I highly recommend Aman to tourists. Sure value!

To be mentioned as a very bad experience Not recommended. When we placed our order, the service came by 3 times to make it clear to us that we had not ordered and that it was not possible to prepare this because they did not have the products in stock here. Whether we could place another order. That's fine, we want that, but after a long wait we get the same message that this dish could not be prepared, etc., etc., same story. Finally the waitress suggested a dish that was possible to prepare. This was a shawarma dish de luxe. After all this, we expect that everything will be fine. But not so! Because to my surprise I was not served the expected shawarma dish but a Dunner dish???? Okay, then a thinner dish? To make a long story short, when I asked why all this, I was given the simple answer that this is due to the fact that the Ramadan period has started and that this operator only expects guests after sunset and not during the day?? My question is why not just be open and clear and/or transparent to customers who visit this branch during the day? Just let us know that you can order something refreshing here, but no hot dishes instead of this puppet show!! And being served cold food that you didn't ask for?? I hope that you, ladies and gentlemen, will read this and invite us to resolve this in a courteous manner and turn this into a positive finding for you. Ps Despite my dissatisfaction, I donated a small x amount of money (tip) at checkout as an encouragement to treat every customer properly in the future🌿

Very bad experience. Me and my family went for dinner tonight. My wife ordered Kumpir. They said we don't have it. My children order Falafel. And I ordered Chicken with rice. Luckily they said we have Falafel and a Chicken with Rice. So far so good. A few minutes later they came to me and said sir, chicken and rice takes a long time to prepare, but we do have meat and rice if you want. I said no. I also ordered a Falafel. We expect 1 hour 15 minutes for 3 Falafel wraps. It was not tasty because we ate more than falafel rolls with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato. The worst part was that when we walked in he asked me where I was from. I told you where we came from. A few minutes later we asked again where we were from. I gave the same answer again. It's a shame he doesn't trust me and asks me again. If he asked a third time, I'd probably grab my ID and show it to him. We will never go again...

Best Yemeni food in Amsterdam, Lamb Mandy was great, also the lever a must have!

The lamb was so good that it randomly crossed my mind several times later. Would recommend Madfoon and Fahsa. I walked in cold and hungry and walked out cooked on the sweetest, tenderest taste of slow-cooked meat, one of life's greatest pleasures.

A hero restaurant honestly I tried mandi with meat

It has nothing to do with mandi and Yemeni food, neither from near nor from afar.. I do not recommend it, and the treatment is bad.
