I can't agree with the bad reviews. The food was ready quickly and very tasty.

I worked here. Do not order here!!!, there is no hygiene on the work floor, the employees do nothing and sometimes just play, the owner does not care about his customers, only about money. Nothing is cleaned properly (the plates and equipment where the food comes or stands. There are rats there. 1 star is actually too much. Food is often delivered too late, sometimes the food is also cold.

I had such a wonderful meal! Deliciously prepared, truly the best quality for the price! Highly recommended for your family!

Can absolutely not recommend this restaurant!!! We ordered on time, paid over 50€ and asked them to call us. According to the app they were on the way but they were closed and unable to reach via phone!! After investigating thuisbezorgd informed us that we never picked up the phone even though they never called us. We even won’t get our money back. This is just rude and disrespectful!! Don’t order there!

Too dirty for words. BBQ spareribs tasted like metal and the texture was really terrible. The baked potato tasted and looked like it had been there since the day before. As if everything was just heated up in the microwave.

What a bad place. Ordered food via home delivery and immediately called that it would take 2.5 hours before I got my food. Of course we canceled this. The boy immediately hangs up without saying anything, so we called back to ask if we would get a refund. This on home delivery states delivery time: 20-45 minutes. The boy said we see a different screen. Yes, their site states waiting time: 1.5 hours. This is not 2.5 hours. I understand how these guys work. Once the money has been received, they are afraid of a bad review so they quickly report that it will take 2.5 hours so that hopefully you say: no problem. The boy behind the phone really had a gigantic ego; then you just have to come pick it up!! Then what is the point of ordering. Delivery bear Dordrecht has fallen sharply. The first step you need to make is to fire this figure. This boy had a very big mouth, did not let himself finish, a derogatory tone, knew everything better, the boy is a bigger joke for this company.

Waited almost 2 hours for the food that was not complete. We called and were told that they were coming with the rest. No one seen anymore and they don't answer either. Last time I ordered food here.

After an hour and a half it was finally delivered, fries cold and limp, steaks were cold and you were chewing on the sole of your shoe. The composed dishes were a puzzle because the dish was also divided over the 4 boxes. No herb butter with your baked potato, so use 1 small pack of butter of 10 grams for your baked potato and your corn on the cob. And then, a double chicken burger loose in the box without garnish and without bun!!? How?? Well, so I ate alone and my partner got a new sandwich half an hour later. Not cozy. Too bad, for the amounts you pay for it you can really expect something more! Definitely won't be ordering anything anymore. Was informed that the food was arriving, a delivery person was at the door within 5 minutes! Food great! Delicious hot fries that you always want, chicken super tender! Great service!

Food ok but service is terrible. Always late, never be on time. Order for almost 2 hours until you get to eat. When follow up with order, every staff has new excuses. Giving wrong delivery time. The most terrible and horrible restaurant ever. If you are not ready to give service just close the restaurant because you are ruining people evening.

Ordered pork satay, with fries and salad. Unfortunately, very little satay sauce, which was a real shame, because satay itself was fantastic. A little more fries would have been nice too. Salad fine. Hopefully a leather!

Ate a small portion of spareribs. Super soft meat, but no structure and little "smoke taste". They were more like cooked than smoked spareribs. Knaksausages came close to the taste. Not like anything I've ever eaten before. It was like a Hemaworst experience. (Eating something after a very long period of time and then realizing why not.)

Ordered food at 5:15 p.m., which would be delivered at 6:05 p.m. I called at 6:30 PM. Delivery person was on his way, received food at 6.35 pm which was cold and turned out to be 2 orders mixed up. Call again. Was an urgent order. It was finally delivered at 7:30 PM. This was really the pinnacle. I've had to wait so long for food before and it was lukewarm or cold, but I had to pay the full price and no apology or compensation.

Terrible. Ordered at 5:41 PM and estimated delivery time was 6:30 PM. 7.15 pm still nothing and when I called, I got on the phone with a catty employee who was very rude. The order was finally delivered at 8:17 PM, but without the sauce and desserts that should have been included. Food was very cold. Salmon was hard and cold as a stone and satay was also ice cold. So you pay a lot for this poor service. What a mockery.

Preparation takes a while, but the kitchen always looks super hygienic and the food is great. Friendly staff too! I would recommend picking up your food because delivery times vary quite a bit, otherwise great.

Als je honger hebt kun je beter iets anders kiezen in de weekenden. Zeer lange levertijden en vaak niet warm meer.

Als je ruim van te voren besteld (rond 16:00) valt de wachttijd mee. Maar niet tevreden over het eten, bittergarnituur kwam geplet en kapot aan. Ook de burger was erg karig belegd en dat voor €10,-. Mail gestuurd met foto’s maar je krijgt gewoon geen reactie.

Bizarre wachttijden… als je dan ook belt krijg je de vinger naar je toe gewezen dat je daar maar rekening mee moet houden

Onvriendelijk personeel je kan beter zelf de patatten bakken daar, veel sneller ook.

Een kleine vestiging die noodgedwongen een hele regio moet bedienen, dat kan nooit goed gaan! Aan de vriendelijkheid van het personeel ligt het niet, maar 2.5 uur wachten op een lauwe hamburger en koude patat... dat nooit meer!!!

Ruim 2 uur moeten wachten op een bestelling. Het eten zelf was overigens prima.

Lekker gegeten uiteindelijk. Had sate met de saus in een bakje besteld, en ik kreeg sate met saus er over heen. Dat vinden de kids niet lekker. Dus gebeld, zou nieuwe sate krijgen met de saus in bakjes. Die kreeg ik ook, alleen 25 minuten later. Ik waardeer de poging, maar dat was het net niet, helaas.

Bestel er niet meer! Pindasaus apart gevraagd (2x) en toch gooien ze het op de sate, bagger zooi. patat heel erg oud (ik mag geen gluten) hier doen ze patat en snacks in 1 pan bakken zeer slecht! Wat heb ik er last van gehad maar het intreseer ze niet als mensen er ziek van worden Reacties krijg je niet terug

Voor 4 mensen besteld, alles behalve de maiskolven was koud. Friet taai en ook koud Hazepeper erg weinig en helaas ook koud. Zalmmoot taai en koud. Groenten verbrand Prijs/kwaliteit absoluut niet in verhouding Erg teleurstellend

Netjes op tijd geleverd kost ietsje meer als gemiddeld maar de kwaliteit is goed en het eten smaakt prima
