It’s a very nice place with delicious food that arrives fast. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our server, Raifa, made our day better with her bright personality and smile ☺️Strongly recommend it if you need a nice place to eat breakfast or lunch.

What a fantastic discovery in Dordrecht! We had a delicious meal at Ekmekci on Sunday, November 16th. The gözleme was fresh, crispy, and full of flavor, and the serpme kahvaltısı was a true feast on the table, delicious and prepared with care. What makes this place truly special is the young staff: incredibly friendly, helpful, and so attentive to the guests. We felt immediately welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, and it feels like a wonderful addition to Dordrecht. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended! 🧡🍽️

It was my first time there, but I didn't expect the staff to treat me so poorly. The woman who took my order was grumpy and rude. I felt completely uncomfortable in this restaurant and I won't be returning. The service was truly terrible. Please find more friendly and customer-focused staff to welcome people more warmly.

I ordered a gözleme. After waiting 15 minutes, it was burnt. The lady shamelessly gave it to me. I thought: okay, maybe it'll still taste good. It just tasted like burnt dough. I ended up sending the gözleme back and got a good one. It was fine, I was satisfied. Then I asked if I could order another gözleme to go. I got home (yes, I know, stupid not to check) and of course… it was burnt again. In short: terrible service and zero respect for people. Truly disgraceful.

If you're looking for a truly delicious breakfast, this is the place to be. Great service, delicious and clean atmosphere, and wonderful presentation. I think it's a success. I recommend it.

Out of curiosity, we went in for a cappuccino. The atmosphere was pleasant. But we had to wait a long time for the cappuccino, which, to our disappointment, was lukewarm. There were very noisy children spitting at each other and running around. Such a shame...

I asked if I could take any leftovers with me. 🤣 I was given a piece of foil, because they "don't do wrapping," they said. We were in a group, and the order arrived in stages: half first, a quarter later, and the last quarter didn't arrive at all. They wouldn't give us a refund; we were only allowed to choose something else to replace what we hadn't received.

NEVER EVER EAT HERE!!!!!!! Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was disappointing from start to finish. The food was served lukewarm; the meat wasn't properly heated, and the fries were very soft. The drinks also didn't meet expectations. The staff claimed they were freshly squeezed, but in reality, they were made with syrup. The service also left much to be desired. The staff was unfriendly and reacted dismissively when I asked what was in the gozleme. It took more than half an hour for me to be helped, despite several requests. I finally placed the order online, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at the time. The atmosphere is fine, but the hygiene is poor. The tables and chairs are loose and feel unstable, the tables weren't clean, and there was visible dirt on the floor, including food scraps from previous guests. Moreover, there were ants crawling around the place, which left an unhygienic impression. All in all, this was a very disappointing experience in every way: food, drinks, service, and hygiene. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

Food: I didn't know it was possible to do so many things wrong at once. The food arrived lukewarm, as if it were a nostalgic tribute to yesterday. The fries were soggy, oily sponges, and the meat... well, I've only ever eaten cardboard that had more flavor. For these prices, you'd at least expect someone in the kitchen to have seen a cookbook. The only thing that should have arrived sooner was the bill—so I could have left early. An absolute waste of time, money, and stomach contents. Furthermore, the service was downright terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. Questions about the menu were answered curtly, and it felt like they'd rather not serve us. It took a very long time for our food to arrive, and during our meal, we weren't asked once if everything was to our liking. The shop is nice, although the tables are a bit cramped. The atmosphere in the restaurant is fine, but unfortunately, it ends there. The tables and chairs are loose and feel unstable, which isn't pleasant while eating. Furthermore, the tables were unclean, and there was visibly dirt on the floor, including food scraps from previous guests. To make matters worse, there were even ants roaming around the place, which is absolutely unhygienic. This gives the impression that there's insufficient attention to cleanliness and maintenance. It's a shame, because with a little more care, this could be a much better experience.

The employees are very disrespectful to the customers. They took the customers' money and then fired them saying they would close the restaurant. It is really harmful to give money in this restaurant because they are very disrespectful.

Disappointing experience at Ekmekci Dordrecht I had high expectations for Ekmekci Dordrecht after all the positive reviews, but unfortunately, my visit was anything but good. The service was disinterested and kept us waiting for ages, even when it wasn't busy. When our food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and the flavors were incredibly disappointing—dry bread, tasteless filling, and not at all fresh. The hygiene also left much to be desired. The table was sticky and the restrooms were dirty. For the price you pay, you expect at least quality and service, but this was neither. Definitely not recommended. There are plenty of other places in Dordrecht where you'll receive much better and friendlier service.

We waited 30 minutes for our drinks, and the kumpirs arrived after 45 minutes. The restaurant was sparsely populated, so the wait was definitely too long. Only after we reminded the waitress that we'd already been waiting 30 minutes for our drinks did she finally bring them to our table. The kumpirs were the worst I've ever eaten.

Today I went to eat at Ekmeci Dordrecht and wanted to pay in installments, both with cash and debit card. Nice restaurant with a nice atmospheric interior and very nice staff and service. Very authentic. And don't forget, the food is delicious. A menu with many choices of different dishes and what is especially recommended for hair salon enthusiasts is the Loaded Fries Piri Piri, which is definitely worth trying. All in all, it is definitely worth a visit and don't forget to enjoy a Turkish coffee or tea after dinner. (Gotta love it)

FOOD POISONING I will never return to this place again in my life. I went with my mom and my pregnant wife and all three of us were throwing up and going to the bathroom. I took what was left to my brother and he is the same. I have a fever of almost 38 degrees. I will never return to this place again in my life.

Moderate weather. You really have to ask to take an order. I asked for warm (hot) coffee (spice latte), I could drink it almost immediately because it was lukewarm. The lemonade was very good and quite tasty, and a lot of it!

Today we were here for the first time, hoping to eat good Turkish börek. It was not fresh product, but a frozen product. The Turkish tea was in so big glass instead of a traditional glass, and it was not brewed well either. The place was not clean, almost all tables and chairs were covered in crumbs. And the music was very loud in the morning and did not fit the atmosphere. In short, we were not satisfied. First and last time!
