Come out of town, This guy knows his beer. Great little brasserie, good selection of beer and good food. Really relaxed atmosphere mostly locals. Out of town but not that far. No loud music no TV. Love it. Sat outside. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Nice and cozy. Tram stops across the street, but a more direct metro is about a 15 minute walk. Craft beers, not much, but also not the usual. edit: nuanced, they have many 'special' beers, but personally I liked the few 'micro brewery' types beers.

I always order the Beyond Burger since I'm vegetarian and, it never disappoints! I recommend trying the onion rings with sriracha mayo as a tasty side. The service is friendly and helpful.

Dit is zoals ik wel meer restaurants zou willen! Top sfeer bij De Burgemeester. Relaxed en ontspannen. We zaten boven dus hadden leuk uitzicht. Maar het eten was pas echt top! De serveerster raadde een biertje aan wat in de smaak viel. Het bittergarnituur inclusief vegetarische frikandellen waren heel lekker. En als hoofdgerecht hadden we de burger en de boa buns. Beiden echt super mega lekker. Ook het terras zag er top uit dus we komen sowieso nog eens terug om dat uit te proberen! Dank jullie wel!

Leuke locatie, zo leuk zelfs om er onze reünie van de lagere school te gaan houden. Ook het eten en de bediening waren TOP !

No Joke, best Burger in a good long while!

A Group of 4 of us arrived in Rotterdam on a cruise. It was marathon day. We finally managed to jump onto the subway and get away from the crowds. We visited a few sights before feeling hungry and thirsty a quick Google search and we found this lovely place, jumped in an uber and headed over. The food and choice of beers was excellent, we were given a warm welcome. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will return when in Rotterdam again.

Hier habe ich meinen bislang wohl saftigsten Beyond Burger gegessen. Wunderbar harmonisch belegter Burger und leckere Fritten. Auch das Dessert war spitzenmäßig gut. (oder hat es einfach nach meinem Marathon so gut geschmeckt ;-) Die Portionen sind vernünftig, ich wurde richtig satt. Schade nur, dass es nicht auch Süßkartoffeln gab. Vielleicht hängt dies auch mit dem aktuell etwas reduzierten Menüplan zusammen, da Burgemester zur Zeit auf Personalsuche ist. Zusätzlich Top: Tramhaltestelle ist DIREKT vor dem Restaurant

We arrived in Rotterdam on a cruise on the day of the marathon, and it was very busy. We managed to get the subway eventually and away from the cruise terminal. After wondering around a few of the sights, we became hungry and in need of some good local beer. After a little Google, we found this little gem of a bar, and it looked and sounded lovely, we took an Uber there as unsure how far away from our location it was. We were not disappointed, excellent beer, excellent food, and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. We will definitely return when in Rotterdam again. Very nice place for some dinner. I had the vegetariqn pumpkin burger, it was a bit on the bland side for me personally. But the fries were really good! And that's coming from a belgian ;) service was incredibly kind!

Dans un cadre agréable, bénéficiant d'une vaste terrasse, le service enjouée de notre serveuse nous a permis de passer un agréable dîner avec quelques plats classiques de la cuisine de brasserie. Des nachos, burger, flamenkuche ou plats de saumon et mijoté de bœuf. Une carte (courte) des desserts permets de clore agréablement ce bon moment.
