The restaurant is not bad. The food selection is weak, some things are cooked to order, some you serve yourself. I didn't like the sushi, the rice is dry. Drinks are brought to order. You always have to wait or call the waiter. And they don't bring everything to order. We were a group of 4 people, and one girl didn't wait for her order. We didn't understand how they count portions. There were a couple, and we didn't want more.

The food is particularly tasty and that is mainly because they use fresh products (including pineapple in meat products, for example). Furthermore, I recognize herbs that my (Chinese wife) also uses, and that I have not seen at other Chinese restaurants. The service is top notch. I entered the price that we would have to pay for the price, so I did not include the tip.

Good food for a more than reasonable price

Friendly owner and staff explained the concept. Delicious noodles as they should be. All you can eat and drinks and desserts 2.5 hours. For 1 price €34.50. You can place an order on paper and extra meat cooked on the grill will be brought to your table. Sufficient desserts were always replenished, and they were also asked if they needed to cut extra strawberries. A nice and cozy restaurant, where you can dine for a long time.

I regularly visit my hometown of Den Helder and then I always take food from the Great Wall of China back to my house (Haarlem area). More than an hour's drive and still hot on the table! Top Chinese!

We come here regularly and always find the food (ongoing buffet) in sufficient supply. You shouldn't expect it to be extremely large, but the options available are fine for us. Especially because we also like the choices on the grill. Never ordered on card myself, but have also heard positive things about this. Staff is very friendly, sometimes they forget to ask you what you want to drink when you pick up empty glasses. You often have to indicate this yourself. Furthermore, they are very child-friendly, and if you discuss this in advance, they will also be covered, for example, for a child of 3/4 years (with small cutlery, etc.).

Great location to eat, very friendly staff, the food is delicious, the environment is warm and cozy. Busy restaurant, make a reservation especially at the weekend, it is really full, but that makes it pleasant, the cacophony of all the voices of the guests makes eating out at the Great Wall of China a great outing. We have been before, the conviviality, the friendly staff and of course the price for the all-inclusive, for us this restaurant really deserves a place in the top 3 of eating out in our beautiful Den Helder. Definitely recommended.

Excellent and delivered on time

Great place to eat! We had eaten here once 5 years ago and thought it was a success. We had done all-you-can-eat. There were many different tasty dishes and there are also dishes for the more fussy eaters (i.e. fries + deep fryers). There is also a grill where you can order 2 pieces per person. I really loved the lamb satay, the tenderloin tips and steak were also delicious. The fish and seafood from the grill were also tasty. The sushi wasn't great, but it fits very well into the overall food package. The desserts were also good with delicious spekkoek. I thought the ice cream was a bit too sweet. Given the many options, there is something for everyone, so it is highly recommended. Drinks are also included with the all-you-can-eat. Service is also good and comes often, drinks are refilled quickly.

The food is fine but just way too expensive for what you get. prawn crackers cost 3 euros. I think it's way too expensive for the little bit you get. Nowadays you also have to pay a delivery fee of 3 euros. That's how I can run my business. way too expensive.

Not tasty babi ketjap was really not ketjap a kind of thick dark red sauce something like ketchup with a dash of ketjap meat was dry...the ram knife was a bit of meat with sauce and more beans like something else. Normally the meat has two different flavors, at least in others it does. It was disappointing before, but now again, not a third time

Nice concept. There are various containers with soup, Chinese food but also fries for the children. You can still order unlimited small dishes at the table that will be brought to you. You can have unlimited desserts.

My boyfriend, father-in-law and I went out for a nice meal (all you can eat) Unfortunately, this was very disappointing for us. We contracted a bacteria, the next day we tried to contact you but no response at all. We will never come here again.

We were there with 3 children and 2 adults. We ate a la card and were totally thrilled. It was a flavor explosion. Really every dish has a different taste. We had 5 starters, 2 children's meals, 2 main courses (an insane amount) and 10 drinks. We found €97 completely reasonable. It is highly recommended.

Made us wait an hour for food, with a 3 year old child present. My husband specifically said that it should not contain anything spicy because my husband cannot tolerate it and could end up in the hospital. When the food finally arrives at the table, the food is so spicy that he immediately gets stomach problems. You almost have to go to the bar yourself to order drinks because they apparently don't have time for that and are too busy having the food picked up. Once never again..!!

Because there was a fair in Den Helder, I had reserved in advance via Facebook. And I had never been there before I went to eat there with my girlfriend for the first time. The service and food there are top notch, we had all you can eat, which you can get yourself, it was also easy that you could write down your chicken and satay on a note and they would bring it to your table. Normally the food here is really good. Unfortunately, this time my noodles were cold, probably due to the crowds. The taste did not suffer any further. The meat dish was at the right temperature. It is always pleasantly busy here, but there is always room.

Wir waren gestern das erste und sicherlich auch das letzte Mal in diesem Restaurant!!! Es gibt zwei Eingänge - Einen vom Parkplatz aus und der andere zur Fußgängerzone. Wir sind vom Parkplatz aus zum Eingang gegangen der allerdings aussah wie vom China-Imbiss. Wir wurden sehr freundlich Begrüßt und uns zum Tisch begleitet - vorher wurde der Tisch noch sehr sauber gemacht und eingedeckt. Wir bestellen die Getränke und freuten uns auf das Buffet. Leider war für mich persönlich das Buffet eine riesige Enttäuschung!!! Extrem wenig Auswahl und Mega lieblos angerichtet!!! Der Geschmack - 🥴 Unterirdisch. Sowas von schlecht habe ich noch nie gegessen. Die Tomatensuppe war wie eine Passierte Tomatensoße aus der Packung , die Suppe daneben wollte ich erst nicht probieren. Das Rindfleisch in Soße schmeckte fürchterlich, und das einzige Vegetarische waren Eier in Soße und sahen ganz und gar undefinierbar aus . Der Rest der Auswahl auch nicht besser - die Gebacken Bananen ließ ich auch besser liegen. Das Einzige was ich OK fand war das Frische Obst . Man kann sich auch was am Grill zubereiten lassen und dafür gibt es Karten auf dem Tisch . Darauf eine Auswahl an Speisen die man sich zubereiten lassen kann. Alles Einzeln quasi . Möchte man einen Fisch dann bekommt man einen zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht. Möchte man zwei oder drei Fische essen dann werden sie auch alle einzeln zubereitet und wieder einzeln an den Tisch gebracht. Am Grill wird dann mit den Fingern geprüft ob der Fisch gar ist . Ich war sowas von erstaunt wie sich die Gäste ( Niederländer ) über das Buffet freuten und sich bedienten . Für 3 Personen 91,00€ für 7 Getränke und ein Buffet das schrecklich war der Absolute Knaller !!! Für mich auf jeden Fall Nie Wieder 😵‍💫

De babi pangang is niet echt babi pangang zo hard en taai heb ik hem nog nooit gehad , leek wel een schoenzool met pangang kruiden op smaak gebracht .

Als een van de weinige Chinese restaurants kun je hier een 1-persoons Chinese- of Indische rijsttafel bestellen. Dan krijg je zeer veel waar voor je geld, een uitgebreide, gevarieeerde rijsttafel. Als je die voor thuis besteld, kun je daar met gemak 3 dagen van eten. Lekkerrr.

De los mejores lugares de comida China en el norte de Países Bajos, recomendado su buffet que incluye bebidas, entradas, plato de fondo y postres, volveré sin lugar a dudas para celebrar mi cumpleaños. El administrador permitió que lleváramos champagne y torta por nuestro matrimonio y al final nos regaló un vino, tanto la comida como la atención al cliente ha sido la mejor, amé el baby spek, mi favorito.

Altijd gezellig om weer eens bij de Chinese Muur te eten. Door de drukte op moederdag wordt nog weleens wat vergeten, maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Het eten is altijd klasse en de sfeer maken we zelf wel.

Wederom in coronatijd sushi afgehaald als diner in ons hotel te gebruiken. Vriendelijke personeel, zowel aan de telefoon als bij afhalen. Sushi goed verzorgd, heel smakelijk, vers en divers kwam smaak.
