I called ahead and spoke with a friendly employee. We were told that two adults would be eating a lot of fries and that the €6.50 bag for two people would be more than enough. When I arrived, I asked another colleague to show me how full the bag of fries would be. Tears welled up in my eyes when he showed me half of the small bag. I immediately told him I'd been completely ripped off by the phone. He even made a special trip to their store. The colleague's response was, "Well, too bad, then no." I said, "I don't need children's fries for that price." I continued on to the Postelion snack bar further down the road. And I left, disappointed and hungry and frustrated. Remark: The other Postelion snack bar Was delicious and had a lot of fries for only €7.50. We received over a kilo. Really great employee! There!

A neat chip shop that's unfortunately few and far between: We were greeted warmly by the staff, the service was excellent, and the food was freshly prepared, and you can taste the quality. Great, we'll definitely be back!

The best and most convivial chip shop in Breda, previously (until 1 month ago) they were the owners of the very successful Kwalitaria Bisshop Breda.

I placed an order for almost €50, which took 55 minutes. Once delivered, the food turned out to be cold and three items were missing. I immediately called and told them three items were missing. The answer was that I should just come by myself to pick up the forgotten items, citing understaffing. I don't know, but I received an incomplete order, worth almost €50, which I waited almost an hour for, and then they told me I had to pick up the forgotten items myself. Wait a minute, they made a mistake, the food was cold, and I have to come back??? Isn't this completely upside down? You make a mistake, and as a customer, I can fix it. Very customer-friendly, too, and I will definitely never order anything from them again. He said he would discuss it with his boss and call me back. This was last Saturday, and I can tell you, I'm still waiting for the call. This is terrible publicity.

I usually used to get fries from work here. When placing the online order, we'd specify a specific time for pickup. Often, this time wasn't met, and I'd have to wait another 20 minutes. The last time I picked up our order, it was even ready an hour later than the pickup time we'd specified. I waited patiently in the store, but that was the last time for us. Because we really like the fries, we've opted for home delivery a few times since then. Unfortunately, that hasn't been a success either. A while back, we had an XXL frikandel special that had a really sour smell. It turned out to be the onions; they were definitely bad. We called the frietsalon, and all we got was "sorry, but there's nothing we can do about this right now." After that, we had to throw the whole XXL frikandel in the trash. Last week was another disaster. The container of satay sauce we received had fallen over in the delivery bag. The frikandellen speciaal (special frikandels) hadn't been cut, so the sauce and onions were all over the bag. No more Fries for us.

On a Sunday at 1:15 PM, there were no staff in the store. I called out, but there was no sign of life, so I left without eating at 1:20 PM.

What a crappy thing. When you pick up, check whether you receive everything. 9 out of 10 times you will not receive your entire order. Worthless. You can't shake fries. Peanut sauce, on the other hand, is tasty.

Friet was koud, taai en met heel veel Kruimels. Dat is ambachtelijke friet? Absoluut niet. Frikandel speciaal was ook taai en smaakt alsof hij oud was. Nasibal was volgens mij zelf gemaakt. Geen lekkere nasi en taaie korst. Duurde ook erg lang. Heel Jammer

Because it doesn't work through Thuisbezorgd, you can do it here. Recently placed an order for €9.40. There will then be an additional €5.99 delivery charge and a further €1.29 service charge (there was little noticeable service charge). Fries were supposed to be delivered between 30 and 45 minutes, but didn't arrive until after an hour. Then opened the bag of fries and the fries were limp and didn't even seem properly fried. We just tasted pieces of raw potato. Finally, I put the fries in the air fryer myself, but this didn't make it any better. Once and never again here. Way too expensive for ridiculously poor quality. We told each other that we had NEVER not liked fries and thrown them away. Still an achievement.

After often picking up or ordering our fries, we finally got them from this place. First and last time. The fries were disappointing, tasted dried out and some of the snacks were not what we are used to.

The Friettent is the definition of good quality, service and attention in a cafeteria. Every week you can choose from a fries of the week, which is different and delicious every time. You also always have good fries and a wide range of snacks to choose from. You can even get soft serve ice cream and milkshakes for dessert. Guests have nice contact with the staff because everything in sight is prepared for you, openness and hospitality is very important here. There is also good seating and the building is beautifully and neatly decorated.

The fish steak sandwich is so delicious that I threw it in the trash. Ordered fries cold and extra mayo and got one extra fries in return. Fries are limp.

Delicious fries and snacks. Medium size fries are a nice amount. Spicy satay sauce is homemade and tastes good too. Lots of sauce (special fries) and the wooden forks break the fries before you can pierce them with it. Oh yes, and don't ask for a super special because they don't know the day 😂.

De snacks zijn lekker friet kan beter, veel harde frietjes. Beetje raar dat je plastic toeslag betaald met kartonnen snack- en friet bakjes

Lekkere patat met snelle service. We wilden met z’n tweeën 1 portie kipnuggets, daar maakte hij 6 stuks van ipv 5. Kleine moeite, maar groot gebaar :)

(K)eine klassische Pommesbude. Klassische holländische Fritteusen Spezialitäten, alle samt lecker! Vom Bami bis zur Frikandell. Pommes Spezial ebenfalls satt mit Mayo/Ketchup/Zwiebeln bestückt. Das Ambiente ist so gar nicht pommesbudenstyle. Sehr stilvoll und null Fettgeruch. Abgerundet durch super freundliches, gut gelauntes Personal und Service! Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise würden aber in jedem Fall noch mal kommen

De friet is niet echt lekker, slap en te licht van kleur. De pindasaus lauw en veel te dik. ik heb het nu een paar keer geprobeerd, maar met de friet kunnen ze mij niet verblijden. Tip voor deze op zich mooie zaak: zelf aardappels snijden en goed doorbakken met een knapperig randje , de prijzen zijn er al naar.

Leuke zaak ruim opgezet en veel keus maar daarom ook onoverzichtelijk. Prijzen zijn erg hoog, porties relatief klein (middel frietje lijkt een klein frietje) en kwaliteit niet heel erg hoog. Al met al redelijke zaak maar zeker geen ambachtelijkheid en andere modieuze termen waard qua kwaliteit en service waar ze steeds mee schermen.

Weer eens heerlijk 'gesnackt' na jaren in Italië. Lekker patat en een ruime keus aan kroketten (en ander ongezond maar lekker gefrituurde snacks). Gezellig terrasje aan leuk pleintje.

Hele lekkere friet en snacks en gezellig en altijd vriendelijk personeel. Komen er graag. Alleen een blikje Red Bull voor €4,10 vond ik wel erg duur. Daarnaast had ik voor 6 personen friet nodig en bestelde voor de zekerheid voor 8. En iedereen haf amper genoeg.

De lekkerste snacks en het tofste personeel van heel Breda. Als ik dit had geweten was ik eerder in Princenhage komen wonen

Hi Friet voor 2 personen. Klein feestje. Lekker man!

Heerlijke ambachtelijke friet voor een eerlijke prijs. Satesaus is een aanrader. Vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. Tot de volgende keer.

Wij hadden twee medium frites maar dan hou je de hoeveelheid van een kleine portie aan 'eetbare' frites over, de rest was zo hard dat de vork er niet eens in ging. De frikadel was van buiten te hard gebakken. De eigen gemaakte kroket was niet lekker; te dikke korst en de vulling was veel te droog. Eens maar nooit meer hier!

Goede friet, goede pindasaus. Levering via uber eats mogelijk.

Speciaal naar de Friettent gegaan; 2stokjes gefrituurde kipsaté met huisgemaakte satésaus en 'n kleintje friet...€ 8,50... Niet echt goedkoop, of heb ik per ongeluk voor iemand anders betaald? (bonnetje nergens te vinden). En tsja, weliswaar een briefje over 't alternatief voor de de Agria aardappel, dat ie tijdelijk anders kleurt en smaakt... Nou, zeg dat wel... en de helft heb ik helaas mogen weggooien: niks aan de binnenkant; aardappels'smaak', maar dan op alleen de korst/buitenkant dan, de helft was leeg en doorzichtig gekleurd (vet?) . De huisgemaakte kipsaté was helaas ook taai. Jammer, jammer, heb hier voorheen veel beter gegeten.

Ik kwam hier bij toeval terecht en dat is mij zeer goed bevallen. Ze kunnen zich meten met de beste friettenten van de stad. De friet was lekker knapperig en duidelijk zelf gesneden zoals het hoort. De zaak had een frisse uitstraling en vriendelijk personeel.
