Terrible place, took 40 minutes to order one dish. The bun consisted of more cinnamon than chicken. The curry sauce was not a memorable solution. In the end, just put it in my fridge and thought for a moment whether I was actually going to eat this. Tomorrow is a new day, guys…

Very rude on the phone; when you order, you get a huge mouth.

These are just scammers. Waited 2.5 hours for my order; when you call after more than an hour, the employee says it's almost ready, even though that is clearly not the case.... Large kapsalon €14, but it wasn't a large one at all, just a normal kapsalon. Large is normal here at other fries/doner places. I will absolutely never order here again and I would advise everyone not to. You will regret it.

Expensive, slow, not warm and few fries, ordered a menu

Placed an order via Thuisbezorgt that was supposed to be delivered in 35 minutes. It ended up taking 2.5 hours :(

I have been coming here for years and it remains one of my favorite places. The quality of the food is always top-notch: fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. You can tell that attention is paid to every dish. The atmosphere is pleasant and familiar, and the service is friendly and professional. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good food!

We come here regularly; it's usually adequate, okay fries, few veggie snacks, but it's just around the corner. Unfortunately, this time we were given unsalted fries, a lukewarm cheese puff, and a completely grease-soaked, fridge-cold falafel burger to take away. The phone isn't answered. So next time, we'll just walk a bit further.

Amazingly fast delivery, the kapsalon was warm and tasty. Great prices. Definitely recommended.

The staff was very rude and just hung up on you; we had selected a specific time and were told for an hour and a half that it was on its way. The cheeseburger was tasty, but that was about it. We won't be ordering here again, but we will definitely come back for the cheeseburger.

We ordered three small kapsalons. They took three hours to deliver. I called twice and got a grumpy reply that it was on its way. You can't take three hours to prepare an order and then have it arrive cold.

Dear Gastronome, Unfortunately, I ate at your place last week with a nearly fatal outcome. I have a severe peanut and nut allergy, so I ordered a meatball with mayonnaise for myself. I mentioned my allergy and asked if it could be taken into account, and this was not a problem. I remember that with the second-to-last bite, I had an intense peanut taste in my mouth, followed immediately by a swollen mouth and lips. About 15 to 20 minutes later, I suffered an anaphylactic shock because I had ingested something containing peanuts. This likely happened because a person who ordered a "fries war" with peanut sauce was served side by side on the same tray. I hope this is a real wake-up call for you and that you will hopefully pay more attention to hygiene and/or allergies. After all, this can seriously cost lives. However, it has never happened to me that this went wrong in a snack bar, which is why I dared to order from you without mentioning it. I have also eaten at your place before, and things went well then. Unfortunately, I no longer dare to order and eat at your place in the future... I am not writing this message to put you down. But to make it clear that peanut/nut allergies should be taken seriously. It is a pity that this message was not posted initially. Kind regards, Max.

Poor customer service and unfriendly behavior My experience with De Gastronoom was utterly disappointing. When I called, the employee indicated he couldn't hear me and then immediately hung up without giving me a chance to respond. I was then told to call again, but when I did, the phone went unanswered. This unfriendly attitude doesn't reflect well on their customer service. I don't know the cafeteria personally, but after this experience, I have no desire to eat there. Customer service should always be a priority, but that seems to be lacking here.

Just picked it up. 5 stars for the food, because I'm writing this while I'm still eating it. 5 stars for the service, because I was allowed to take home a mayo I forgot to order. 5 stars for the atmosphere, because there's a funny guy working there.

The entire order went into the trash. Watery satay sauce, dry, unsalted and cold fries. We thought in time (at order at 5:30 PM, but the food did not arrive until after 7:00 PM). Bah.

Placed an order last night at 6:45 PM. At 10:00 PM!!! At one o'clock you came to deliver the food. I was already sleeping. When you called the second time to ask where it was, your phone was off. Fries thrown away. Phew.

That it is busy is fine, but waiting 2.5 hours for your food when it says 40 minutes is absurdly long, the second time now that there is sour fetta cheese at the salon!! Then they called 3 times and had a smart conversation. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from here again.

Last night I received a special fries without onion and the bacon burger had no cheese on it.

Broodje durum vlees redelijk groente heel weinig

Om af te halen bestelde ik 1 friet met tomatensaus en 1 frikandel-zonder. De frikandel zat in een plastic bakje in een papieren zak, waarom in hemelsnaam? Over de friet ben ik tevreden maar de vieze frikandel mag gewoonweg geen frikandel heten. Het is een dunne taaie stuiterworst die niet eens op een frikandel lijkt. Als je van een lekkere frikandel houdt moet je hier niet zijn.

Beste patat van Arnhem. Lekkere dikke patat met krokant laagje. Als ik in arnhem ben ga ik veel vaker hier naar toe. En de keuze is reuze.

Bij het broodje kroket zat geen mosterd wat ik had gevraagd. Bij de friet geen vorkje en de saus zat er bovenop niet in een apart vakje. En in de keuken namen ze niet de afstand diendie nu moet. Ik eet dit bijna nooit maar zal het sws niet meer hier halen. Jammer.
