Sofram Eetcafé in Elderveld

I had a kapsalon. It tasted great. The vegetables were fresh. The staff was friendly. Not exactly a lively place to go out, but it's a great place to sit if you're hungry. The tables and floor were clean.

Since I ordered pasta carbonara here once, I've been coming back often. I also recently tried the Dürum, delicious!!! Very satisfied with this place. Friendly staff. The tastiest falafel I've ever had!!

This is so dramatic that they even manage to mess up a special frikandel. It's almost clever.

We placed an order online at 7:00 PM, and it was supposed to be ready at 7:30 PM. We ended up leaving at 8:15 PM with cold food. It was complete chaos inside on Saturday evening, and the orders were also a mess. After a long wait, I thought our order was ready, so I asked if I could take the one that had been waiting for a while. No, it wasn't for us, but for delivery. Then, fifteen minutes later, it turned out the order was for us after all. It had been waiting for a long time. I told the man, "This order has been ready for so long, it's cold by now." "Well," he said, "as you can see, it's busy. So when it's busy, there's no service and you get cold food?"

We had to wait a long time for our food, then the food was brought cold and there was bizarrely little meat in the lahmacun.

We ordered food and had to wait two hours. We called to ask where it was, and were told that the app indicated a delivery time of a year, and that they were busy because of the four-day march, which was in Nijmegen. The food tasted okay but was lukewarm. This was definitely the last time we ordered anything from here.

Whether I wanted to leave my opinion, for an order that had been cancelled. I hesitated for a long time and waited too long with this, because the review link from the email is no longer valid. Why did I wait? Let me tell you in numbers. On Saturday 24/5 we ordered for 4 people; 2 pizzas and 2 falafel sandwiches. We placed the order at 17:38 so that we would receive the order at 18:30. I paid the amount of €45.05 with iDeal. The food would be the start of a nice evening program. Now you can feel it coming, right? I was called at 18:23 because there was a problem with the order. The 2 falafel sandwiches could not be delivered because the falafel stock had just run out. Ask the 2 vegetarians among us to make another choice from the menu, quickly, because the pizzas were already in the oven. After a quick look at the menu, it was difficult for the victims to make a choice. There was irritation in a meeting with the store because there were few other vegetarian options that were suitable and we could not agree on the settlement that would be made for the additional price of the alternative choice. After even more irritation on both sides, we decided to cancel the order, because otherwise the planned evening would go wrong. I was told that the amount of the order would be refunded. 1 day later I called the store again to ask when I could expect the amount back. The owner would cancel the order and the money would be in my account within a few working days. However, the owner was not there and I had to call back at a later time. In total, I had to call 5 times to ask whether the cancellation had already been made or when I could expect my money back. I was called back once to finally hear that the money had been refunded after waiting 11 days. I checked my bill and it was correct. Despite the normally delicious pizzas, I unfortunately no longer count on Sofram.

The food is okay, but the food often comes much later than the agreed time. Not nice if you also have appointments afterwards. If you say something about this, there can be no excuses.

Neither the service nor the staff are worth a dime. They seem to be providing food for their father's sake.

Try eating delicious breakfast dishes such as kuymak and menemen. I like it.

Don't be so bold, if you call you will be laughed at.

Sofram has deteriorated, I have been a regular customer of theirs for years, I come almost every week with my family but now I'm done with it, At the cash register you have the tough guy who has finally cut his hair, he thinks he is the king or something, At the döner you have princess Maxima who plays the role of the boss in the restaurant, Everyone is cool and if you have a complaint or something went wrong they immediately deny it and always yes, but... so now I'm done, I'm not going to spend another cent with them, better go to Gastronoom in Presikhaaf or kebeb house in de laar west, at least they will listen to you there

We thought we would order something "quickly" for convenience. We ended up waiting more than 2 hours for our food, which is really unheard of, never before experienced at a restaurant where you have to wait so long for your food. Unfortunately I had not read the reviews otherwise I would have thought three times before ordering something. My advice is to order your food 3 hours in advance, so you know you will receive your food on time.

Food is tasty. But the service is not good. Order placed for pick up. I came to pick up and food wasn't even made after 40 minutes. The order wasn't even large, it was only a 20 euro order. Then I had to wait more than 35 minutes at Sofram until it was ready. I had another appointment afterwards which made me late. If I place an order online for collection, this means that I do not want to wait in the store, otherwise I would come to the store to place an order.

We order here regularly and the food tastes good. However, the service is terrible. Which means we won't order anymore. Tip for Sofram: Start working on communication with the customer and at least make it seem as if you appreciate and respect the customer.

Waited over 2 hours for the food, called several times. Every time they say yes, it will be shipped out within 10 minutes, yes they are on their way. And yet it took another 15 minutes to deliver, it took 2 hours and 15 minutes

The last 10 times I ordered I waited 1.5 to 2 hours for my food to arrive. If it is there, I don't even get everything I ordered. And then they can't deliver it later because it's (too busy). Everything else is great, especially the food

Bad behaviour on call i tried to explain about how i got my lasagne without any lasgane sheet and meat in it and the person was on call continuously saying that it is how it is our lasagne is like that..i am not going to order food from them i am professional chef myself but this kind of behaviour..not going to order from them

We normally order from here alot and we really like the food but today we ordered lasagne and we got this as shown in the picture and we called right away and they aresaying it is like this. So kindly guide me if lasagne is like this as they are saying it has pasta in it sauce and meat. I am struggling to find lasagne sheets and meat in it.

If you like eating junk, this is the place for you. Don't overeat. Spring roll from the freezer was not defrosted. Ordered once before, and then had to wait 2 hours for an order for nothing. You can probably sit comfortably there, but my tip is to get your food somewhere else.

Picked up a "hot chicken" hair salon for the first time. Wow ........ big 10, this is really "hot chicken" and not that you think, hey I taste something spicy..... Taste "hot chicken", super..... fries under the chicken delicious..... cheese and salad of your choice great! And that for more than a fair price. Big 10!!!

Never had any problems here, now 2 to 3 years later. Nice guests, friendly and also very helpful. I had a pizza burnt once and they immediately came to replace it.

Een bestelling geplaatst, werd netjes en snel bezorgd. Er miste alleen de kipnuggets, hiervoor gebeld en werd erg onvriendelijk te woord gestaan. Er werd gezegd dat ze de kipnuggets wel hadden toegevoegd in een klein zakje (zat er écht niet in). Daarna werd er gezegd dat ze het gelijk zouden bezorgen. Maar ze zouden wel de camerabeelden bekijken, want ze waren ervan overtuigd dat ze het toegevoegd hadden aan de bestelling. Vooral doen, wij hebben geen reden om over dit soort dingen te liegen/ bedriegen (helemaal niet als het alleen om kipnuggets gaat). En hebben gelijk ook geen reden meer om hier te bestellen.

Personeel heel aardig en ze onthouden wat ik wil als bestelling eet altijd de magaritta die vrij goedkoop is en die saus is heerlijk de knoflook saus en ga er elke weer naar toe

Had besteld via de site, eten was redelijk snel aangekomen en alles warm, maar de pasta was niet te eten, smaak was wel lekker alleen de penne zelf was veel te lang gekookt en leek net op deeg

Eten is meestal goed, maar controleer altijd je bestelling! Vaak wordt er wat vergeten. Dat is natuurlijk makkelijk geld verdienen.

Wanneer je gaat voor het betere fast-food dan moet je hier zijn. Een ruime keuze tegen nette prijzen. Meestal snel geholpen, soms wanneer het erg druk is moet je iets langer wachten. Personeel blijft correct doorbuffelen.

Prima eten. Personeel is echter onaardig en niet servicegericht. Je krijgt geen antwoord als je iets vraagt, je bent bijna bang om te bestellen, en als je iets extra wilt moet je het zelf halen.

Kom er graag. Aardige medewerkers en het ziet er netjes uit. Als het druk is vergeten ze wel is wat.

Goed eten, je krijgt altijd veel meer friet dan normaal.

Lekker eten. Vooral de schnitzel die gewoon van de bakplaat komt en niet uit het frituur. En de kapsalon blijft natuurlijk ook een favoriet.

Gisteren eten besteld: meer dan 3 uur moeten wachten en 3x gebeld. Niet normaal. Ja, was weliswaar tijdens WK voetbalwedstrijd Nederland-Senegal, maar bél dan zelf als zaak naar de klanten dat het zo uit de hand loopt. Toen het na 3 uur kwam, was het eten zelf wel warm en lekker.

Ik had een bestelling geplaatst op een friends telefoon en and cola van 50cl gehaald en krijg eentje van 33cl is niet hard
