What a fantastic evening we had! It was my husband's birthday and he truly received VIP service. What an experience, fantastic! Helium balloons on the table, fireworks, the kids got to choose their own main course and dessert, and it was even better than they expected! And then we had our own food, fantastic avocado, and then the main course. Babette was amazing (and we're picky!), and my sweetbreads were delicious! We truly enjoyed ourselves... not to mention the Scropino... divine! Oh yeah, and the entire team sang loudly for my husband, and he received a gift voucher for €25. So much fun! Truly fantastic... we'll be back soon, especially when someone has a birthday!

A great spot in Loosdrecht, so it's a lovely place to sit. My lunch was rather meager, but the coffee was good, and people come here more for a glass of wine and a snack, but it's also a great place for dinner. I had a natural egg, and it was absolutely nothing more, nothing less. Two large slices of bread with two eggs that were much too small on them, no garnish, butter, mayo, or anything. Very boring. But again, the seating is great, the dinner is good, and the staff are friendly, so maybe I'll skip the egg next time.

The service was truly arrogant. The food was good, but unfortunately, not for me. Especially when you're paying €200 for two people. Even after complaining, there was no leniency whatsoever.

Heerlijke tournedos gegeten met zelfgemaakte frites. Maar € 42,95 voor een vrij klein stukje vlees en dan nog de frites extra erbij voor € 6,75 is veel geld. Voor heel veel zaken 5 sterren ***** maar vanwege de prijs en hoeveelheid kan ik niet meer dan 3 sterren geven. Maar blijft zeker een aanrader om te gaan eten.

We were here for dinner, and it was a pleasant evening. The service was courteous and friendly, and the food was excellent. The chicken nuggets were crispy, made from one piece, not pressed meat. The fries were freshly cut from the potatoes, and the satay skewers were tender. Overall, the food was a great combination, and the atmosphere was cozy.

The service is full of prejudice and discrimination. Is it tasty? No idea; we didn't fit in with our rock clothes. My friend had a can with a little bit of cola left in it, and someone asked me about it. He didn't mind drinking it outside on the patio, and I was supposed to order wine for us. The waiter pretended not to hear it and brought it up again in a derogatory way. I asked him why he was talking to us like that, and my friend asked if it was because of our clothes, but he said we shouldn't talk to him like that and that we wouldn't be served anymore. Welcome to 2025, full of prejudice and discrimination. Fake and money rules. We're both well-educated and can afford food and drinks at this place without any problems. Bediening vol vooroordelen en discriminatie. Of het lekker is? Geen idee, we pasten niet bij in onze rock kleding. Mijn vriend had blikje met nog beetje cola er in, en werd er over aangesproken, hij vond het geen probleem om dat buiten terras op te drinken en ik zou dan wijn voor ons bestellen. Dhr van bediening deed als of hij dat niet hoor en begon weer er over op de kleinerende manier. Ik vroeg hem waarom hij zo tegen ons praat en mijn vriend vroeg of het aan onze kleding ligt, maar Dhr vond dat we niet zo tegen hem moeten praten en dat we niet meer geholpen worden. Welkom in 2025 vol vooroordelen en discriminatie. Fake and money rules We zijn beiden goed opgeleid en kunnen zonder problemen eten en drinken in deze tent betalen, we hebben gewoon vakantie en geen zin in strakke pak en hoge hakken. Despite making a reservation, it didn't work out because 2x20 minutes in the waiting line is very long to wait, but we ate delicious mussels.

They messed up our orders. Additionally, the menu description doesn’t match the actual food. For example, we ordered a tuna panini on sourdough bread but when it arrived, it came on normal cheap bread. We explained that to the waitress and she rudely replied “no, this is what it is”. Not even a simple apology or acknowledgement that the menu is wrong. Just a rude vibe. Overall, you’re just paying for the location but I won’t bother spending the money there due to the unfriendly staff and average food.

It's ridiculous that you're being sent away... A section was going to close. It's all very strange, so you're losing money as an owner.

The menu card on the table doesn’t match the online menu – some options listed on the card are missing online, and you can’t actually order from the table menu. So why even bother leaving it on the table? You have to wait around 1 hour just to place an order. The staff keep complaining about not having enough employees, which creates an unpleasant atmosphere. It’s not a place where you’ll feel comfortable, and you’ll end up waiting far too long for service.

Just had a drink on the terrace, a bit disappointed. Ordering is like at McDonalds, without any contact and paying via ideal (then asking if you want to give a tip while you haven't had any contact with anyone in principle). White wine very tart. Rose okay. Location is of course top. So when the weather is nice they probably earn their money for free here.

Had a great meal at a beautiful location. The atmosphere was pleasant, the dinner very good and the staff friendly and attentive. Something went wrong, a tray full of drinks decided to make a free fall... right over me. Not ideal, but I am really impressed with how smoothly this was resolved. Within a few minutes I had a clean shirt on (in the right size!), there were towels ready and my own clothes went into the wash. They came back later neatly clean. You rarely experience that: solved so quickly, friendly and with a touch of humor. Compliments to the waitress at our table, friendly, attentive and extremely professional. A place where they not only cook well, but also keep a cool head under pressure. Recommended!

Bad service. I didn't get a dinner card because the place I was sitting was reserved. But inside there was plenty of room. That wasn't offered to me.

We came here to have a drink, were assigned a place where we could order with a QR code. Then you scan the ar the option is disabled and you have to order from an employee. Employees do not look up or around at this place. despite the fact that an employee knows that the QR does not work. After waiting for half an hour we decided to leave, we will not come here again

Pleasant atmosphere and polite staff. Food is fine but portions could be a bit more generous and comparable pasta was way too much and the short ribs were not very generous. Taste was good Furthermore a tip regarding appearance buy the boy in the service a new pair of jeans, the holes from his order computer had been in them for some time. And put an ironing board with iron behind so that the shirts of the serving staff are ironed.

Reserved a table a quarter before 7 and didn't have the main course until 9:30. Too many tables given out for too few staff in the kitchen. Service may keep the guests satisfied, but it also lacks experience. Food was fine, but the Bavette did not reach the 200 gr stated on the menu. Skipped dessert and coffee. They did charge Eur 300, but they won't see us here again and judging by the complaints from the table next to us, we may not have been the only ones.

Eten was redelijk, niet heel bijzonder zeker niet in relatie tot de prijs. Wachttijd erg lang, de keuken leek het totaal niet aan te kunnen. Locatie is leuk, zeker bij mooi weer. Maar al met al niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

When looking for a place to eat, we did not choose this restaurant. Made this choice because there were only two vegetarian main courses. How?! Several meat dishes or fish dishes. But a vegetarian only gets two choices. It's very thin if you ask me. Very unfortunate. Could be much better!

The Haven Club, highly recommended. I've been here 5 to 6 times now. I actually love everything about it. It exudes a warm, luxurious and relaxed atmosphere. A very nice decoration. The service is extremely friendly! The last time I was there I was celebrating a friend's birthday. And even though I brought my own balloons, the staff came to help me with their helium balloons. Super fun and thoughtful. And then of course the food. Delicious, I've never had a bad meal there. Very tasty and their menu is very wide! Dear toppers of the Haven Club, you are doing well! I will definitely come again soon.

Lovely drinks in the autumn sun. Beautifully maintained terrace. Friendly but sloppy service. Multiple errors at our table and we weren't the only ones. Come on guys, the terrace was fairly full, but this really can and should be tighter.

The toilet was neatly clean and well maintained. The fresh smell was immediately noticeable, and there was plenty of toilet paper. Instead of a hand dryer, soft, dry wipes were available, which gave a luxurious and hygienic feeling!

Is een prima zweer met lekker eten echter was het erg jammer dat we erg lang op onze lunch hebben moeten wachten, het personeel was ook gefrustreerd naar andere gasten omdat die om aandacht van hun vroegen, ik denk dat er misschien gewoon te weinig man ingepland was. Arrogant staff, unbelievable. We didn't receive our drinks order, after waiting half an hour we asked where it was. Turns out we don't get anything because we were too loud. Without text or explanation... what a jerky tent this is.

Great place & delicious food. The staff are very nice & friendly (loved the fact they treated our teenagers lovely as well). Great location (by the water) & lovely deco inside. We had the oysters, vitello tonnato, carpaccio & entrecote, just delicious!

Very nice restaurant on the harbor with two beautiful terraces. Very friendly service and cozy atmosphere. One is of good quality, but the portions are not very generous (will mainly apply to larger eaters). There is of course also a solution for this, simply order an additional portion of fries (paid for). We walked from a hotel nearby, but there are also many people who come by boat. In short, a great restaurant, nice location, cozy atmosphere, a bit on the pricey side for what you get, but I think that partly has to do with the location and surroundings.

It is a beautiful venue with superb views. Delicious food and lovely, friendly, efficient, and helpful staff. It has a great atmosphere, lovely decor, clean, fresh and well equipped toilets. We highly recommend a visit here.

Had an extensive lunch unannounced with 12 people. Service was great (with humor and a wink). The work was done quickly and with an eye for detail. That's how you would always want it to be. We ordered from the entire menu. Everyone was more than satisfied. Large portions and fresh. In short, worth repeating. Thanks for the hospitality and good service!

Service: Das Personal war freundlich, aber etwas überfordert, obwohl die Anzahl der Bedienungen eigentlich akzeptabel erschien. Das bestellte Brot als Vorspeise kam lange vor den Getränken, das Hauptgericht kam zu schnell. Das zweite nachbestellte Getränk wurde zunächst vergessen. Am Nebentisch hat die Bedienung eine Vase zerbrochen, jedoch die Scherben nicht direkt weggefegt. Erst als eine Familie mit Kindern am Nebentisch Platz nahm und die Mutter die Scherben bemerkte, wurden diese auch entfernt. Essen: Zwei Fischgerichte bestellt, diese waren sehr gut und sehr aufwendig angerichtet. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: etwas überteuert, Beilagen mussten separat zum Fisch (27-28 EUR) bestellt werden. Brot 6,75 EUR. Lage am Hafen ganz nett.

The service is neat, but there are quite a few young employees, which means there is a lot of walking without really making contact with customers. As a result, (beverage) sales are missed and you as a customer do not feel fully seen. Sad but surmountable. A funny detail is the antiboise on the menu, which is called antibiosis (something completely different, less tasty) and then also called antibiotics in English, which you certainly don't want in your food, I think 😅 The starter and main course were very good and well worth the price. We had a very nicely prepared tuna tartare and a Burrata with Pata Negra as a starter and the halibut and sea bass as main. Compliments to the chef! The dessert was a cheese board, which was really disappointing in terms of taste and presentation. It was four pieces of too-dry cheese on a plate with two spoons of apple syrup and fig jam. With a small adjustment (put everything on a nice plank with a few grapes and walnuts), this was a completely different experience. There was also no explanation and the dessert wine was only brought to the table after the cheese board. At the end, 3 tables further away, we heard someone ask the waiter for a little more attention because they had been waiting too long, after which the waiter started a whole discussion with "we are running out of steam here". Embarrassing for the guests and completely unnecessary. Your customer is always king. All in all, a great location with delicious food. With a few small customer-oriented interventions it is worth 5 stars, but they are not there yet.

Food was really great. Service was mediocre. Wrong starter on the table, no excuse. Short and not very tasty. Overall satisfied as the food was delicious and the view beautiful. But come on, a little hospitality and a smile in the service.

Gezellig en sfeervol restaurant. Bediening was vriendelijk en redelijk vlot. De kaart is niet mega-uitgebreid maar zeker voor ieder wat wils. De prijzen zijn wel behoorlijk aan de hoge kant. Tournedos voor 39 Euro en heel veel ligt er niet op je bord.

Was there in 2021 and it was very good and cozy, good service and everything how it should be and went again today August 2, 2024 and we got kicked out because we were 30 minutes earlier. We drove 2 hours to get there.

Hierheen gegaan op aanbeveling van een vriend. Hoofdgerecht en dessert gegeten. Viel me niet mee. De vrouwelijke bediening was niet echt vrolijk. Leek er de p in te hebben. Als hoofdgerecht kip rendang gekozen met zoete aardappel als bijgerecht. De patat was bijna koud, smaak was goed. De "Rendang kip" was een verkeerde keuze. Als ik rendang van kippendij bestel verwacht ik geen pulled chicken met een smaakje. Wel aardig maar flauw. . Het dessert was goed. De pekingeend van mijn tafelgenoot was lekker. Wel een vrij klein stukje vlees. Op het mooie terras zaten we, mede door de drukte, vrij dicht op elkaar maar met een rokend stel naast je is dat niet helemaal geweldig.

That is not the way to run a catering company that should be hospitable. In addition, it is officially forbidden to refuse people without a valid reason (read run amok). It's a shame that catering hospitality is not properly applied there! After all, the location is perfect and so is the management! We made a reservation two days before on September 4, 2022. Unfortunately, he (Mr. Repko, owner of De Haven Club!) chose to address us in front of a full terrace about a critical review from a year and a half ago. His words were "You once wrote a bad review during a difficult time for us and it was agreed that you would never come here again. (That's a lie, that agreement was never made) I don't feel good about it to serve you and wants you to leave now." We were really flabbergasted by such poor entrepreneurship. This is clearly an "entrepreneur" who cannot tolerate criticism and is very hateful. He insults his customers and misses the opportunity for a good review. He already has a lot of bad ones. Since I am a local resident, this is not a smart move by this owner of De Haven Club! There are plenty of restaurants where we also like to go and are welcome. I would love to pass on this story!!

Nice restaurant in the harbour. Wide choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. The restaurant has an indoor and outdoor terrace. The dishes are of good quality and tasty. Price is very acceptable. The service is smooth and professional. Highly recommended.

Mooie en ruime menukaart. Prachtige gerechten. Semi-open keuken, dus goed te zien wat er gebeurt. Geen stress maar wel een hoog tempo met mooie en zeer lekkere gerechten. Vriendelijke bediening

De bedoeling was een kop koffie halen en reserveren van de lunch. Maar ze hadden geen koffie to go en ik mocht geen gebruik maken van het toilet. De onvriendelijke toon waarop dit medegedeeld werd heeft er toe geleid dat ik de reservering voor de lunch ook maar heb laten schieten.
