Beautifully situated restaurant. Not the cheapest.

Friendly staff. The food took a very long time to arrive, even though it wasn't busy. The deluxe pull-apart bread looked great, but unfortunately, it wasn't freshly baked and was very hard. My sea bass was good, but the green beans were overcooked. Not recommended; we won't be coming back.

What a lovely start to the weekend at Porto. The menu selection is limited, which in my opinion is a positive thing. Porto has a beautiful view of the Loosdrecht Lakes and is worth a visit for that reason alone; besides your partner's eyes, there is plenty to see on the water. I wouldn't recommend this place for small children, but I would for slightly older children (6+). We had sushi and California Rolls, steak tartare (A bit too many capers) and for the main course the "Burgundian pleasure" (that name could have been better) with very good chateau briand and prawns. Highly recommended for a nice evening meal with a view 🌄! Edit a few years later: the chicken satay was tough, the Caesar salad small and not worth the money, and the fries were soggy. The XXL carpaccio was tasty though. Too bad!

Nice restaurant located by the harbor of Loosdrecht. You have a direct view of the Loosdrecht Lakes from the terrace of Porto Loosdrecht. They have gluten-free bread, so they can make most sandwiches gluten-free. The service was very friendly.

The location of this restaurant is superb. On the terrace when the weather is nice. The service is friendly, but the location is not clean; tables, menus, everything is sticky. The food is difficult to judge: tasteless, undercooked (potatoes / beans). Tuna & noodles (cooked way too long, and you call it Asian by pouring a bottle of soy sauce over it). The fries were tasty, but the salad wasn't very fresh, everything from jars. For such a top location, the food is very disappointing.

Parking is a nightmare. Located on a busy road. Menu a tad standard and quite pricey. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly service.

I wanted to have a tasting for my birthday; there were two of us. We had been there before. The service was fine. The food was tasty. I had never eaten dinner there. We thought we were going for dinner at a beautiful location. However, it left something to be desired. We sat down, and after fifteen minutes our order was taken. We ordered some bread as a starter, tournedos, and fish. Okay, fine, and a glass of wine. After half an hour, I went to ask where the bread was. "It's in the oven, it'll be here soon." And sure enough, a little later, cold bread as hard as stone. Anyway, I just left the bread for what it was. 45 minutes later, two glasses of wine later. I'll ask again where the food is. And sure enough, it just arrived. (So we've already been inside for 75 minutes). Waitresses are there, but only one is actually working; the rest seemed quite young and were just standing around. People with empty glasses, also waiting a long time for their food, and some got it immediately. I had ordered my tournedos medium; I started eating it, and it was raw on the inside. My wife's fish was also raw. To be honest, after waiting for 75 minutes—I don't like raw food, especially not fish. I was asked if everything was to my liking? I just said: "I've been waiting 75 minutes for food now and ordered medium; look, it's raw. The fish too." The answer I got was: "According to the receipt, you haven't been inside for an hour. And you ordered bread too." That is absolutely correct; it took a while before someone came. Once ordered, half an hour later we asked where the bread was; then 45 minutes later, we were waiting and asking where it was, and the main course arrived raw. I was fed up with it and wanted to leave. I was asked if I should finish frying it for you. I was done with it. Who knows how long I would have had to wait again; we were offered a cup of coffee and we didn't have to pay for the bread. The tournedos went straight into the trash. (Still 38.50). The owner was busy talking; it's a close-knit group. Fine, but glad I didn't go out to eat with a group of people. Maybe I just got unlucky, that could be the case. I don't think I'll go again. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is nice.

A lovely place to sit. Cheerful service and good value for money on the food. One point of criticism from a true dessert lover... the strawberry Romanoff was a bit meager, with some mousse and a scoop of ice cream. Otherwise, we had a very tasty and pleasant evening.

I always try to write a positive review. I have so many reservations.... messy terrace, cushions on the benches unhygienic. It was quiet; it may have been because we were occasionally forgotten. The food was reasonable. Dessert could be an improvement; we chose the Coupe Romanov, so you hope for nice fresh strawberry whipped cream and a crispy meringue on top. Our experience was somewhat different: a glass with a bunch of something whitish at the bottom and only 1 frozen strawberry... A bit of a missed opportunity....

You arrive at 12, nobody asks what you want, or says it’s not possible, we are fully booked from 12:30. I think I would have finished my coffee long ago by then. Such a shame.

We had made a reservation for dinner. Half an hour had already passed before the first drink arrived. We hadn't received a menu yet; we had to ask for one after the starter. I found both the bruschetta and the noodles very salty. Dessert was edible, but not as expected. For my first time, it was not an overwhelming experience.

We came here because it was one of the few restaurants with a rooftop bar that was accessible for customers with restricted mobility. However when we got there, the lift on the stairs was occupied with crates full of bottles. Nobody seemed interested in removing them so we could get up.

Beautiful view over the lake. Nice wines, including open wine. Tasty food and attentive service. The entrance and the stairlift could use some maintenance.

The food and atmosphere were great, but the restroom was a disaster — no soap and no hot water at all. Really disappointing for an otherwise good place.

At Porto, we had a wonderful time sitting on the waterside terrace with a group of 13 people and enjoyed a generous, freshly prepared high tea. There was more than enough for everyone, and the kitchen took into account the dietary requirements we had communicated in advance. Normally, a high tea lasts several hours, but given our tight schedule, the kitchen was willing to accommodate this so that we could leave for our next activity on time. The terrace is in direct sunlight but has plenty of parasols to provide shade. The hosts are very friendly and keep a close eye on the guests, ensuring there is ample opportunity to order or ask for something.

Beautiful dishes served with care.

In September '23, I ate on the terrace in beautiful weather. I was surprised by the location; the restaurant is situated by the harbor, but on the first floor, meaning you look out over the beautiful harbor and lakes from the terrace! Beautiful and romantic. There was nice music playing, which is also important. Not old-fashioned, not loud, but soulful. Friendly staff, delicious food; I hope to drop by again soon, even if it will have to be inside instead of outside on the beautiful, cozy terrace. See you soon! April 2026; of the restaurants where I have eaten, there are only a few that automatically come to mind for me to go back to. There are some restaurants that have either closed and for which I haven't found a good equivalent to date. But fortunately, PORTO still exists. To my great joy, I am eating tonight with a big discount thanks to an app I downloaded years ago; how great is that!! I am looking forward to the food, the background music (usually soul, R&B), and a fun evening with a good friend, because I have several things to celebrate!! See you later!! We had a delicious meal there; I would say it was a real treat for the taste buds. The plates were also beautifully presented, and the service was so friendly. We took advantage of a 50% discount on the menu via The Fork, excluding the surcharge that applied to some dishes. Cozy ambiance and comfortable seating. The restaurant is located on the first floor, accessible via stairs, but also with a stairlift for people with mobility issues. You can easily park nearby on the street within a radius of 100 meters. Number 167 A is hanging by the door; that is the entrance to Porto.

Delicious pizzas, very big restaurant but difficult to park

The service was friendly but somewhat reserved. The food was of fine quality and reasonably priced. The restaurant itself felt a bit dusty; sticky table, dirty, stained fabric chairs... everything just wasn't quite fresh. A dirty spoon with my cappuccino... minor details, but just a shame. If you were to freshen this up, I think you would have a top-notch place! (We were there in the wintertime. The terrace was closed but looks absolutely inviting).

Delicious lunch at Porto! Duck rillette and carpaccio sandwich, and for dessert the winter coupe and a piece of tarte tatin to taste. It was very quiet, but we had a lovely time catching up, and the chef and staff were super friendly. Despite the rain and strong wind, there was also a beautiful view of the lake; hopefully on the outdoor terrace next time, that would make it perfect!

We had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious. It was all in the Christmas spirit. Friendly staff. Definitely recommended. In the summer, you have a view of the Loosdrechtse Plassen. The large outdoor terrace is great.

Nice location in a first version, accessible via a narrow staircase without really good handrails. There is a stairlift available for the disabled.

We had a reception at this location. Initially, it was planned for the outdoor terrace. Due to the weather, it was moved to the restaurant on the first floor. The service was excellent and attentive, with drinks and snacks. There were oysters, carpaccio, and other treats. A lovely location, with a view of the Loosdrechtse Plassen, for a party.

Unfortunately, dinner was a disappointment. We started on the lovely terrace overlooking the marina. But when we went inside because it was too cold, the table we were sitting at was filthy. The table was sticky. The glasses were stuck to the table. Even the napkins. After we passed the word, they lightly wiped it down, but not even every spot. When we wiped the table down ourselves, it was just dirty. Black. Yuck. And we spent the rest of the evening at that sticky table. Regarding the food: it was quite good. The menu wasn't particularly special, but the appetizer was truly delicious. The chicken satay was okay. I hope they do a proper cleaning. Maybe the tables need a fresh wipe. Because I have a feeling our table wasn't an exception.

Honestly, this could have been a better experience if the service would have been on point, but sadly it wasn't. Long wait for drinks , then had to remind the waiters that we asked for them, then again had to ask for menus and in the end , we got tired of waiting for the check after asking once , so we went and paid inside. Food was bland and uninspired. For some reason the burger had thick bread slices instead of a burger bun. Cost cutting or just unimaginative? Never have seen this before, nor do I want to ever see it again . The burger patties were very small and just OK . Nothing to write home about. The place was also OK , terrace was dated , with just a normal lakeside view of a ship storage pier but it was better than the food or service.

We celebrated our birthday here with a group of 28 people and everything was really well organized! The food was delicious, the service friendly and professional. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail — we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner is incredibly friendly and hospitable, you can tell that he runs his restaurant with love. Everyone in the group was satisfied and we look back on a successful evening with a big smile. Definitely recommended for a party or dinner with a large group!

Very bad service. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant, especially if you book through a deal or promotion. Had problems twice: the first time the agreed discount was not accepted, and the second time our confirmed reservation was suddenly 'cancelled' when we were already on site. We were simply sent away. It seems they only accept deals when it suits them. Unprofessional and not neat at all. Not recommended.

I was here last year with work and now celebrated the beautiful evening of March 8 here. Delicious and exceptionally good quality food, good wine and lovely people in the service. Really enjoy!

Delicious dinner in Porto. Booked a table through The Fork. Delicious dishes, nice and friendly service (especially the lady) and good atmosphere.

(2 boats reserved for sailing) Quite pleasant there with many drinks consumed, but because it was too bad that day we were not allowed to sail from Porto, we initially did not get our money back but a credit to come again, but this (our) group comes in this formation will never be together again, so it is impossible for us, now we have to pay reservation costs without a nice sailing, which is quite a shame. Excuse me, but which company rents boats from your doorstep?

Went here on a cold, rainy, windy day to enjoy the expansive views across the water. Sitting outside under the heater had a snack, coffee and beer. Food and drinks average, but great views, very nice staff. Nice place to hang out, especially with nice weather.

Enjoyed the late summer on the terrace with a drink under a tent canvas with a nice view. Friendly service who helped to take our mother up and down using the existing stair lift.

Wij zijn hier inmiddels een aantal keer geweest voor zowel lunch als diner. En alle keren heerlijk gegeten, vriendelijk personeel en fijne ambiance.

It remains a super nice place to sit, especially when the weather is nice. And you will always receive good and friendly help. But the food was really disappointing. The bruschetta toast was very tough, and €9.50 for 3 half slices of bread is really too expensive. Main course we had the swordfish, which was tasteless, really too raw and sinewy. In response to our complaints, we were helped well, we received new bruschetta and were also allowed to have new fish, but we opted for coffee. So again, service is top notch, but the kitchen can really be improved.

Waardeloos! Trap naar boven was al vies en plakkerig., De menukaart zat aan elkaar vastgeplakt. Naast ons was een gezelschap van 20 vrouwen die nogal veel kabaal maakten, wij knden elkaar amper verstaan en mijn schoonvader, welke jarig was, hoort heel slecht dus hij heeft er voor spek en bonen bij gezeten. Het eten was onverzorgd en veel en veel te duur voor wat je kreeg. Een ceasar salade met harde brokken sla, een half ei! En drie stukjes vies/vet gebakken kip voor € 18,50. Daarnaast waren de hamburgers (3) rauw, en toen we deze terug hadden gestuurd en weer terug kregen, waren ze zwart geblakerd, de extra bestelde frietjes kwamen nooit, we hebben de tent verlaten verschrikkelijk. Later een mail gestuurd naar het restaurant met deze klachten, nooit meer iets op gehoord! Slecht!

Took a seat at Porto Loosdrecht on Sunday, February 20. Unfortunately, this dinner was very disappointing and one star is actually still too high. It all started with the fact that part of the menu was not present upon arrival, which immediately made the choice a lot more limited. We then got an amuse (which in my case had a hair in it) which in my opinion should not be reserved as an amuse at all, it was supposed to be something like a salmon mousse, but it was so much mayonnaise that it simply couldn't be done without a piece of bread. food and even then it still wasn't tasty! Then I ordered scallops with crispy fried veal cheek. When this arrived at the table, the scallops were completely pale (as if they had been steamed) and the veal cheek was stewed and not fried until crispy. When I spoke to the waiter about this, I received the response that he didn't know any better and that it was always served that way (so you put it differently on the menu). Then we move on to the main courses... Starting with my mother who ordered the hare fillet. While eating this, my mother suddenly chewed on something that was extremely hard, and it turned out to contain a whole hare's tooth! When we pointed this out to the waiter, he laughed about it and said "at least you can see that it is wild" - extremely unprofessional!! I ordered duck myself and this was also very disappointing as the skin was fried very briefly, making it impossible to remove. All in all, I am extremely disappointed and there is still a lot of improvement that needs to be done here if I want to come back!

Food was bad and expensive, pay a supplement for truffle on the risotto, you get a blob of mushroom tapenade with truffle flavor and the mushrooms were raw on the inside and burnt on the outside. Service was bad, drinks were forgotten and if you ask again, they charge extra for the drinks. Location with harbor view is very nice.

Food was fine, but a bit expensive for the price. Tuna is highly recommended, satay was a plate full of large chunks of meat. Also just too dry. Good atmosphere and nice view. Service was often delayed. Send a colleague, but he or she does not come. There were many smokers on the terrace when we were there. Not our thing, yuck. Nice for once, but have other favorites.

Nice location overseeing the water with some great outdoor seating on the patio and some indoor seating arrangements. The menu is small but with options for everyone, food was great but unfortunately the service was not great very slow, not attentive at all. Worth the fist though especially on a nice sunny day.

Beautiful terrace with a view over the lake. Food ok, price too. Tip...Great place for parties. Had the steak tartare today, tip for the kitchen keep it pure. Just toast toast, not garlic butter etc., also for the truffle mayo. Everything was fine.

Prachtig uitzicht Vriendelijk personeel Prijzig Bij reservering gevraagd of er glutenvrij vegan optie was. Dit was geen probleem. Jammer genoeg was het een schamel broodje met avocado. Bij navraag voor wat groenvoer kwam er nog een bakje salade. Ook was het " systeem " vergeten om 6 ipv 5 gerechten klaar te maken.En ook met de drankjes ging het 2 maal mis. Een drankje van het huis zou minimaal een oplossing zijn geweest. Was 1 malig, jammer

Beautiful location with a view over the lakes from the roof terrace. Excellent service.

Having to wait more than 45 minutes for the food is not fun, but manageable. But if it is served for 2 people and the 3rd has to wait another fifteen minutes, and it is only served after asking, it becomes a lot more annoying. And the fact that the service considers cleaning tables more important than speaking to the customer and providing explanations was the deciding factor for us not to come back here, despite the beautiful accommodation.

Last week we enjoyed a great evening with a group of 12 people. The menu was grand and delicious. The service is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere was very warm. Thanks also to Mr Den Daas, who arranged all this very well within our budget. We will come back!!!

Service was ok but the food was not, it came late and the main course didn't come at all after two hours. we were hungry and irritated at the end. Maybe good for a cup of coffee, but definitely not for dinner.

Eten was weer overheerlijk en kan niet wachten op de zomer om dan weer lekker op het dak terras te zitten Personeel super vriendelijk

Krappe parkeerplaats, onduidelijke bewegwijzering, kaart schept hoge verwachtingen maar viel tegen; de bisque (..) met 3 (..) mini gamba’s, geen bakje om de restanten op te leggen dus dan maar op tafel, de biefstuk had een ‘muffe’ bij (na) smaak, ik vraag me nog steeds af wat ik gegeten heb, ondanks dat de ober erg zijn best deed, karige ‘bijgerechten’ als 3 stukjes aardappel, stukje wortel en stukje bloemkool en als dessert een ‘tarte tatin’ … nou, een plakje bladerdeeg, vlg mij uit een pakje, niet gerezen oid, wat appeltjes en rozijnen erop, bolletje ijs .. dit mag je zo niet verkopen! Het diner werd per gang slechter, prijs /kwaliteit dus ook heel slecht, veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Ik zou dit restaurant niet aanbevelen, ik ga er iig niet meer naar toe. Tijdens het eten werd regelmatig gevraagd of alles ok was en dit beantwoordden we positief maar naarmate de avond vorderde heb ik het opgegeven.

Leuke locatie met het hoogliggende terras met veel te weinig parkeergelegenheid. De kaart hebben wij als karig ervaren en hadden we zeker meer van verwacht, het dinerkaart is voor de helft exact hetzelfde als de lunchkaart. Het eten was lekker maar niets bijzonder wat we wel verwacht/gehoopt hadden.

Gezellig terras. Vriendelijke bediening. Weinig parkeerruimte.

Parkeren voor de deur. (Buiten)trap op om bij het terras te komen. Leuke ambiance en fantastisch uitzicht over de haven en de plas, omdat je op de 1e verdieping zit. Bediening vriendelijk en snel. We hebben Sliptongetjes, steak Blonde en Kip saté gegeten. Alle 3 prima kwaliteit.

Lekkere gerechten en goede wijnen! Door het slechte weer niet op het terras kunnen zitten op de eerste verdieping met vrij uitzicht over het water. Maar binnen was het ook prima.

De locatie is top. Jammer dat de lunch tegen viel. Voor 15 euro per lunch gerecht verwacht je een vol bord of een patatje of kleine salade erbij. Ik vind een beetje tartaar met mini augurken met twee sneeën brood wel heel erg simpel. Verdere lunch opties waren niet bijzonder.

Porto, een ervaring van een poosje geleden van mijn vrouw, met haar werk. Mooi uitzicht v.a. het boventerras over de Loosdrechtse plassen. Tafeltje voor 2. Ña een tijdje de vraag, wat wenst u te drinken. Drinken kwam snel. Helaas nergens de menukaart. Voor ons duurde dat best een poos. Eten besteld. Voorad, Carpacio Rund en Beef Tataki. Een Oosterse eend en Steek Blonde. Het eten was perfect, alleen mijn eend dobberen in een soort ketjap watertje? Te veel, jammer. Tijdens het eten een ongelukje, wat een stuk natte jurk voor mijn vrouw opleverde. Een zeer jong meisje in de verdunning, die erg onzeker was. Voor ons hulde, dat zij dit in die drukte het lef heeft. Alleen de afhandeling leidend personeel kwam wel te kort. Aan het eind bakkie koffie? Bij het eten frietjes gevraagd en wel 2x. Kwam niet, dus toen ons hoofdgerecht bijna op was maar gecanceld. Werkgever stond naast ons en deed vervolgens zijn best onze tafel te negeren. Hij stond met bediening er vlakbij en ik zei hard genoeg we krijgen maar geen friet. Iedereen kreeg, zo leek het alles geserveerd en er werden vragen gesteld, wenst u nog wat te drinken. Aan het eind een soort sorbet en voor mij Irisch koffie. Die duurde zo lang, dat het personeel kwam zeggen, komt er zo aan hoor. De zaak liep leeg en wij wenste te betalen. Daarvoor moesten we behoorlijk voor zwaaien, voor ze kwamen. Mijn tip is, ga niet naast de werktafel bediening zitten. Jammer, mijn vrouw trakteerde...vaderdag. Het is een mooie lokatie, was haar ervaring met het werk. Bij ons waren er teveel negatieve momenten. We hebben het besproken, na betalen. Sorry, vervelend.

Altijd leuk om hier te lunchen of te borrelen. Nadeel is lastig parkeren maar dat maakt de locatie wel weer goed. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Makkelijke kaart, maar prima. De prijs is er ook naar en wat je bestelt is altijd erg goed
