Very cosy, intimate ambience, especially nice on cold or rainy days. It has a bit of a traditional Dutch interior vibe. The food and wine were good, I had a burger which was delicious. Coffee was good as well. The staff was very kind. I would visit again.

My husband and I thought we'd have a nice sandwich. A friendly girl took our orders promptly. My husband and I ordered two hamburgers, and the order arrived very quickly. We immediately noticed the hamburger had come out of the deep fryer. My husband's hamburger was cold inside. We called the girl over and told her it was cold inside. We both received a new one. Unfortunately, the hamburger came from Jumbo or Albert Heijn, which you could taste. The cheese sauce served with it was a slice of cheddar. There were also large chunks of onion on it. The restrooms are very old and smell of urine. No, we won't be coming here again.

Very simply good! Small-scale, cozy family restaurant with a varied but limited menu. The recommendation is the steak with its own juices, as it used to be prepared at your grandmother's. Atze, chef and owner, can prepare exactly the right cuisson. No fuss here. Be careful because the menu is really limited at noon, so different from the evening.

Like stepping into grandma's living room. Nice spontaneous service and the pork belly sandwich.......was really delicious!! We will definitely come back here.

Most cozy little restaurant I've visited in a long time! There's many interesting paintings on the wall, the lighting is not harsh and you feel like being served inside a cafe-like athmosphere. From what I saw there's the ground floor area with dining/lunch seats and a smaller upper floor area where you can sit down in cozy soft chairs to enjoy your book with their very tasty coffees. The diner was great, no lesser words should describe that. Steak was amazing, the crispy fries were served separately with mayonaise and even a little salad! The deserts were looking amazing too. And the portions, taste and display are matching the money. The service from the lady owner (or I believe she is) was very sweet, made us all feel very welcome and at home. We had some good laughs with her too! The younger waitress saw us struggling to take a selfie and offered to make one for us. 10/10 kindness. I would come here again to try different items on the menu.

Closed at the end of the year in this authentic, cozy restaurant. The food was as I remember from the past. Healthy, delicious, pure flavors but special combinations and prepared with lots of love. The owner couple made us very welcome and we really appreciated their food and hospitality.

Vriendelijk personeel.. maar de presentatie op je bord was vreselijk. Stuk vlees en nog geen stukje groen erbij. Als nagerecht een Dame Blance waarbij een zeer klein beetje chocoladesaus op de bodem van het bord lag. Super jammer.

Tegenwoordig is het moeilijk om kwalitatief eten in een gezellige ruimte met attent en vriendelijkheid personeel te vinden. Soms geven wij de moed op , maar van dit cafe restaurant wordt je echt weer blij !!

We visit the living room very regularly and it is always great at the living room! The atmosphere is always good. There is no better place to eat fries at home than at home.

Service worthless, not suitable for working in the catering industry. Never seen so many grumps together. Left without ordering anything. Genuine Brabant hospitality is top priority here.

We hebben hier goed gegeten. Mijn pindasoep en ook de nagerechten waren erg smakelijk. Daarbij vergeleken vielen onze hoofdgerechten wat karig uit. Onze aperol spritz was niet duur, maar wel wat waterig. Grote fles kraanwater voor € 1,25 is schappelijk. Vriendelijke bediening.

Went in for a drink, homely atmosphere and excellent service. Price/quality excellent. With a "chat spot" on the table, cozy and fun topics of conversation, something different. Will definitely come back again.

De beste friet die ik ooit heb gegeten in een gezellig, knus restaurant!

Gezellig oud café goed eten en drinken en aardige mensen zeker aanrader.

Echt een huiskamer idee met heel veel schilderijen aan de muur. Bediening was heel vriendelijk maar het eten was geen culinair hoogstandje. Had biefstuk besteld overgoten met zijn eigen braadjus, met als gevolg dat je verder niets meer op je bord kon leggen, misschien toch de jus in het vervolg apart serveren.

Vanavond gegeten , het was er erg gezellig en erg goed, zodat als het even kan morgen weer gaan, ik had de spareribs deze was zo goed en je kreeg ook gewoon zoals het hoort een schaaltje water met citroen voor je vingers een dikke 10

Eten was goed, maar mag meer keus zijn. Bijna 3 uur binnen geweest, maar ze kwamen maar 2x langs om drankjes op te nemen. Binnen is er genoeg te bekijken, is knus.

Prima gegeten in een sfeervolle omgeving.

Kan hier heerlijk lunchen, Goede gevarieerde lunchkaart en goed geprijst. Heb zelf de uitsmijter op. Zeker een aanrader!

Wat een leuke tent! Echt een huiskamer inderdaad! Sfeervolle inrichting, met leuk personeel, en lekker eten! We hebben hier geluncht, en dit was echt heerlijk. Wij zijn erg te spreken over deze plek, en willen nog een keertje komen wanneer we nog eens in Wouw langs gaan!
