De IJsvogel in Oud-Woensel

Watch out for a crazy old woman on the patio trying to lock people in, claiming there's a cat outside. We were inside, and she slammed the door shut with brute force and refused to open it, causing my two children, who I was getting ice cream with, to panic. A lot of pushing and shoving, and she simply held us captive—bizarre. We'll be going through that again. Verona is further down the road; go get some ice cream there. That way you won't run into that deranged witch. They shouldn't let her on the patio; they should be put in an asylum, haha, yay.

It's great there! The sandwiches, coffee, everything is good! And you can sit there comfortably!

What a horrible man, it stinks, and two men were lighting cigarettes!! And the food wasn't good!! Once, but never again.

Unfriendly service. You have to get your own soft serve ice cream inside; it's not brought to the patio despite a friendly request, especially because you have a disability. Not recommended.

The Ice Bird is a small Restaurant, that doesnt have ice.

Got two sundaes here, they were given to us in a plastic lemonade cup, the ice had almost melted but the worst thing was the taste: both the ice and the nuts tasted very sweet and very chemical. Waste of our money! And because it tasted so weird we threw the whole lot in the next bin. We just felt dirty afterwards, yuck. So we walked on to ice cream parlor Verona, I would recommend that to you too!

The diversity is quite low, and the café/restaurant barely has the rights to call themselves an Ice-cream parlor as well. Ordered a sandwich with frikandel, got something that had a weird flat slab of meat on it that didn't even taste the way it should. Ordered a bitter lemon but it lacked its sparkle, as if the bottle had been opened but not emptied within several weeks. On sunny days the plastic tent cover on the sides will cook you alive and the chairs aren't very comfortable outside either. All in all the place isn't that horrible, there's rather quick serving and you get what you order. Kinda... But the place lacks care.

Stond er al toen ik jong was. Heerlijk broodje gegeten. IJs niet geprobeerd maar als het net zo lekker is als vroeger dan heb je niks te vrezen.

Kom hier al jaren en het is gewoon gezellig lekker en goed

Vond de lunch van slechte kwaliteit en het personeel kon ook beter. Prijzen waren wel niet te duur. Dus voor koffie met gebak gaat het wel

Leuke plek met een ruim terras, prijs/kwaliteit verhouding klopt!

Lekker eten en geweldig personeel

Bediening hoest in hand om vervolgens vleeswaren te pakken met dezelfde hand. Witbrood (geen keuze) waar boter op gedaan is, zonder dit na te vragen. Goulashsoep was lekker. Plek waar veel plaatselijke bewoners een biertje komen drinken en aanspraak zoeken. Geen plaats voor lekker en gezellige lunch

Verse koffie en een praatje, fijne ondernemers

Ijs smaak muf/vet, alsof het er al heel lang staat. Het ijs is ook te zacht. Ijs wordt opgeschept zonder de lepel schoon te maken, dus je krijgt altijd een smaakje erbij. Ze hebben ook geen pinautomaat.
