Been a customer for years and never had any complaints. Placed an order today at 4:30 PM for 6:30 PM. I received my order at 6:55 PM. I called to ask if it was on its way. Received a lady on the phone who was very unfriendly. She was busy and if I didn't like it I would have to order elsewhere next time. Clearly not an example of how to deal with customers and complaints. In any case, someone who handles stress poorly. Something for the owner to think about what to do with such employees.

Then you say, get away from it, because even the Markies website links to home delivery. BUT they also have an app.. I refuse to install an app for this kind of thing, whether it's the McDonals or the Marquis. As a treat, after your order you receive a telephone call from a very annoying guy who explains the rules of the game to you in detail, and can be experienced as very compelling if you are not so articulate. Then you have someone else deliver the order. Hero. NEVER order here again. Save yourself the hassle of getting fries and order it somewhere that will make you happy. I used to be a meat eater and know the taste of meat very well. Now I have been a vegetarian for years and have eaten a "kapsalon" with vegetarian shawarma meat. But the taste was so real that we started to doubt whether this could be real meat, not only the taste, but also the texture and mouthfeel. The way everything was prepared was really done with a lot of care. Hence the great doubt. The owner showed everything that was real and substitute meat. Nothing was too much for him to convince us that it was really a meat substitute. De Marquis is very transparent and extremely friendly. Of all the snack bars, the Marquis stands head and shoulders above the rest. I have never eaten such delicious vegetarian food! Highly recommended! Plenty of choice for vegetarians and vegans.
