Normally I would have sent an email directly with this complaint, but unfortunately this is not possible. There is no email address on the site, so we put it this way..... We placed an order online around 1:30 PM that we wanted delivered at 6:00 PM. Firstly, our order didn't arrive until 6:25 pm, but the sandwich, fries and snacks were not warm, but lukewarm. Only the 2 croquettes were of reasonable temperature, which is a shame...

I think this is one of the best snack bars in the area. The satay sauce is especially delicious. The staff is friendly and you will be helped quickly. Since it is small, there are some seats inside and outside where there is always room. It is also very suitable for takeaway. You can park your car there for a moment to pick up your order

Delicious gluten-free croquettes, frikandels and fries. Sauces also fine. Definitely highly recommended for people who have to eat gluten-free! Doing!!

Had it delivered yesterday. The food was almost cold and poorly packaged. There was more mayo in the bag than in the container of fries. The same applies to the frikandel special. No longer on the gourmet side for me for the time being.

We were in Harlingen camper place and we drove to Meppel then we recommend that we eat fries from there in Meppel behind the church, you can certainly compare them with our Belgian fries, they were also super delicious and not greasy, we enjoyed it and we already had a 6 weeks on the road.

Too bad we had to wait another 45 minutes for lukewarm food. We ordered at 4pm. Delivery time that we could specify was 6 p.m. Finally delivered at 6:50 PM.

Ordered food at half past six and asked for delivery at half past seven. Receive a message that it will be a quarter to seven... Meanwhile, a quarter past seven and still nothing. Just call where it is... Yes sir, we are busy too... Explained that I have children. No message. I will never order here again.

Quality varies, usually very tasty food, but sometimes delivery takes far too long and the food is not what you are used to.

I always loved going there, but I've been there, the fries were so salty, I threw them away, which is a pity

Had to repeat my order three times and still received the wrong thing. 🤦🏼‍♂️ This has never happened to me. It's funny that I did get the herbs, as if I were going to put them on my unordered pikanto (had ordered fries). 🤷🏼‍♂️😜

The food is good and delicious.

If you order at 5:30 PM for 7:00 PM, you'll be lucky if you get it around 8:15 PM. Very poor service and planning. Take fewer orders or more staff. It has been like this for months, this was the last time for us.

Good range, just a pity that the satay sauce (in my opinion) is too thick-weird taste, therefore 4 stars, otherwise 5

Delivery takes a very long time, called after 1.5 hours. It's very crowded. But then you either have to hire more staff or fewer orders. People cannot handle it now, which results in chaos. Ordered several times and it always takes a long time or the snacks are cold. Always due to too much hustle and bustle.

Food came almost half an hour later, half the chicken was bloody , undercooked.

The ice cream I ordered was tasty but the service was poor. To start with, we had to wait 5 minutes before we could place our order and the employees were not very cheerful. Furthermore, there were grease stains on the ATM and it was just not hygienic. Finally, there was far too little seating space where the fattest person in the world could sit. I definitely won't be coming here again!

After a day of visiting Giethoorn. We each ordered a Super bag here at a good price. After waiting a short time we received a large bag of fries with a generous amount of mayonnaise. The fries tasted good. The Snack Bar itself is not very large, but there are plenty of seats.
