De Muur Oldenzaal in Wijk 01 Binnenstad

Last night I got a chicken corn dog; it already tasted a bit weird. Half an hour later, I ended up throwing up all over the toilet four times.

I am a regular visitor to De Muur in Oldenzaal, and there are two things I keep coming back for: the hot wings and the cheeseburger. They are truly at their best, especially around 2 AM. After a night out, there is almost nothing tastier than a portion of fresh, well-seasoned hot wings with a juicy cheeseburger on the side. The hot wings are deliciously crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and have just the right amount of kick. Not too spicy, but enough flavor to make you reach for the next wing immediately. The cheeseburger is also top-notch: a soft bun, a flavorful burger, melted cheese, and fresh toppings that combine to create a perfect combination. What I particularly appreciate is that the food is still prepared fresh and hot even at late hours. Many establishments let the quality drop a bit then, but at De Muur, I notice that the taste and service remain excellent. Moreover, there is always a cozy atmosphere around 2 AM, making it the perfect place to satisfy your hunger. For anyone who has never tried the hot wings or cheeseburger from De Muur: do yourself a favor and order them, especially around 2 a.m. For me, these are without a doubt the best items on the menu and one of the reasons why I keep coming back here.

Unfortunately, the chicken was dry, brown in color, and clearly reheated. The taste was not good and the dish was very disappointing.

We ordered chicken, the chicken was undercooked and still raw in some parts, and we called to follow up on it, but we were not taken seriously by the person we got on the line.

The food wasn't hot and was therefore inedible. Everything was lukewarm upon arrival. Throw it away.

After a few beers (at 2am) the food is simply fantastic.

Paying a lot for cold stuff ordered today, waste of money

Our son ordered hot wings. The chicken wasn't cooked through. Not a very smart move with chicken...

Got a nasty cold raw spring roll

Incredibly bad food for an awful lot of money. The staff could also be a bit friendlier.

We often get food here, and it's almost always delicious! Until today. Ordered a few zinger burgers. Including a zinger burger MENU with peanut sauce (for fries). It says so on the receipt. What did I get? A zinger burger slathered in peanut sauce. Utterly inedible! When I contacted this company, they apologized and explained that with a menu, you have to order a sauce for a whopping 0.75 cents. So, the sauce isn't included when you buy a burger menu for over €12. I didn't get a new burger. I ordered for over €40. 🤢 That disgusting zinger burger with peanut sauce is still floating around in my stomach. Yuck.

Great snack bar with a very wide selection. The fries, gyros, and chicken wings are definitely worth trying. The staff is always helpful and friendly, no matter how late or busy it is.

I literally ordered a bear bite of peanuts, and what I got were pieces of dry minced meat, black onion and no peanut sauce, very disappointing again

Hard, dry meat, little sauce, only the fries are relatively edible, an ordinary ball of power.

Cheaters. The later in the evening, the more expensive the snacks and the like. The TV screen with the menu simply changes pictures and suddenly the prices are up to two euros more expensive!

the salad for 6 euros consisted of iceberg lettuce 5 olives and a few pieces of chicken. The entire salad was warm and watery. one fries turned out lukewarm while the other was just warm.

Haven't ordered in a while, but had something delivered again just after Twente Schalke. It arrived super fast and was good as usual. Fries war and durum doner were great. 🙌👍

I had a bad experience the previous times, never before. Have been approached by them with 100 excuses. Last time the snack was tough and seemed to have been reheated 3 times and the onions were burnt black...and the chicken was not crispy. Fries limp. Please note that delivery is not complete. I had a free menu today and luckily everything was in tip-top shape this time.

It is freshly baked for you, but the finish leaves much to be desired.

Wisam, you are one of the best. Donerbox the best from all over Twente. Menu is extensive and generally very good. In addition, excellent service.

Have ordered food! For the first time, just bad, I have never had such dirty food, my daughter's frikandel was half eaten, my burger was cold, fries were dirty cold limp, my friend's burger had 3 buns, and no meat in between the big citizens unfortunately had to just throw them away. Wasted money
