I've been waiting for my fries for half a year, how long does it take?

Ordered too late, as they don't have a clock at Prins. They did charge for delivery, but they didn't deliver on time. I also filed a complaint with Thuisbezorgd.

Great chip shop, good service and delicious food. The peanut sauce is highly recommended.

It was delivered nice and cold. As if they're doing it on purpose... Tip: You can always indicate "On Sundays... Delivery times are usually a bit longer then due to the busy schedule." I read elsewhere: If delivery drivers spend minutes chatting with other delivery drivers on the street, that's utter nonsense!!!!! Apparently, it has nothing to do with a busy Sunday, but with poor staff. So, admit that you haven't got things right and you're not in charge of your staff! Don't hide behind the so-called busy schedule when your delivery drivers are taking up all their time, to the detriment of the paying customer. This is simply absolute incompetence. Time and time again. Never again with this company, and my advice to everyone: stay away! High-quality, extremely disappointing company.

Ordered (via Thuisbezorgd). It was supposed to take 40 minutes. Called after an hour. Had to wait at least another hour. There's nothing we can do about it; it's Thuisbezorgd's fault. We're not doing anything and are busy with other orders here, which have priority.

I've ordered many times and have been satisfied, but today I was faced with a delivery that was far too late. I called to ask where my order was and told it was taking a very long time. The answer was, "Then you shouldn't order anymore." So... here it is.

Well-cooked fries, not greasy. The burger tasted great; everyone enjoyed it. The chicken was very good.

Just out of school on a late Friday afternoon, so quickly grabbing something to eat at snack bar Prins. Tasty fries, not too greasy and not too limp. A bit too little salt, but that's what we have at home. I ordered a small fries, and they were more than small. Plate full. In addition, a croquette sandwich that tasted good and was well wrapped.

Food is good, delivery was 25 minutes late.

We ate the Loempia menu and were amazed at the composition (Loempia, fries, a dollop of Huzar salad and a small amount of raw vegetables). We liked it very much, we were full too, so everything was fine 😊.

Really tasty fries, lightly fried and crispy, along with tasty snacks. The toilets were also nice and clean. Delivery is an option, but it is easy as parking can be a challenge

Delivered quickly. Children's menu great but the rest unfortunately.... Kapsalon with dirty cheese and pineapple. Pineapple doesn't belong in a hair salon. Fries shawarma with a tablespoon of shawarma... Too expensive for too little.

The very best cafeteria in Oldenzaal, the frikandel special is highly recommended. Fried slice, delicious curry, fine onions and the best mayonnaise. If they don't have something, they will provide a better alternative. Delivery people are always friendly!

We visit Oldenzaal twice a year. Normally it is tradition to treat yourself to a snack in "de Smulhoek", but this time the shop had closed due to a fire two days earlier. So we chose the Prins snack bar as an alternative. The snacks were also very tasty and it's even a little more comfortable to sit here. But you should not forget that it is a snack bar and not a restaurant, so the demands should not be exceptionally high. Gladly again. 5*

Had a nice snack at Prins in Oldenzaal. It took some searching, but I quickly found it with TomTom. Tasty profession with peanut sauce and fricandeau special. Great snack for a great price.

Ordered food at half past six, it would be delivered at a quarter past six, called at half past seven to find out where the food was, finally delivered at 7 o'clock, limp fries, croquettes that fall apart in no time and a spring roll special menu with curry sauce instead of peanut sauce. In short, not good food. We ordered food here for the last time and will not come or order here again.

After waiting 2 hours and calling 3 times with a few promises, the food finally arrived and it was a bit disappointing. The fries were limp and the chicken had been in the fryer just a little too long. The rest of the food was tasty. I was just sorry it had to take so long

Ordering via home delivery and/or via their own website is easy and of course you have plenty of choice 😉 Delivery is always warm/hot and fast. The food is simply delicious and value for money.

The food is excellent and diverse, last time they were a little late with delivery, so I received a bottle of coke for free

Very nice snack bar, order regularly. Food is very good, and arrives hot too. Lots of choice so there is something for everyone. Prices are good too. Small critical point, maybe do the mayonnaise separately, otherwise you really get mayonnaise with fries instead of the other way around. For me a big 9.5,
