Great atmosphere and good quality food. There is a lot of Italy in the menu and in the wines. Note of merit for the shrimp and the beetroot dish. The hostess was welcoming and kind with impeccable service.

Since we started eating here by chance a year ago, we have been coming back regularly. And we rarely do that at the same restaurant. But here we feel at home because of the hospitality, the conviviality and the delicious food prepared with local products and love.

After a short drive through the polder, you arrive at the village of Lekkerkerk where this café is located. It is small but nice. It is probably a family "restaurant" There are many dishes on the dinner menu, which were very tasty. However, spare ribs are not their specialty. Very tough and very dry. Not prepared properly. For the rest, this eatery really gets the benefit of the doubt, because the rest of the dishes are fantastic and the starters are also delicious. Hopefully there will be a plus change for the spare ribs. We will definitely come back again.

We had a delicious meal with a large group (20 people), everything was to your liking and very tasty! The small children also lacked nothing. Top eatery!

A building with a long tradition and on the Lek, that is gold in the bucket for me, we only had a drink there, but there is something about those clumsy trees in front of it, worth repeating, I think.

Very tasty food. Better than at hotels or other restaurants in Lekkerkerk. The Irish Coffee also doesn't come with whipped cream, but just whipped cream, so they just know how it should be done here. Really great and highly recommended!

What nice owners and staff at De Nar! We were a group of 14 for an anniversary, had a delicious meal, the atmosphere was fantastic and they took great care to ensure that we had a very nice party. The menu had an Irish Coffee lobster soup, I couldn't resist ordering it and ooh it was so delicious!!

Based on the good reviews and not disappointed. We had a really delicious meal. Friendly atmosphere, informal, but there is a great chef in the kitchen. Fresh bread with spreads, trio of game, Spanish shrimps as a starter and pepper steak and guinea fowl as a main course. Nice crispy skin on the guinea fowl!

Had a fantastic meal at De Nar cafe. What a taste experience, wonderful. My partner went for the slip sole. Old-fashioned tasty, 3 good soles. I myself ate venison steak with red cabbage stew. Fantastic !! Highly recommended. The hostess and the young man served us very friendly.

Nice little restaurant. A bit of a homely atmosphere. Sandwich in advance with 3 spreads. Main course was good and dessert very tasty. Worth repeating for us. The restaurant was completely full, including many guests who come here often.

Een gezellig eetcafé. Door de indeling blijft het knus. Ook al is er bv een grote groep. Eten was heerlijk. Zeker geen eetcafé waardig. Was uit de kunst. En de prijzen zijn goed. Duurste was 25 euro. We hebben genoten. Vriendelijke mensen. Hartelijk.

Ontzettend leuk eetcafé. Heel gezellig, zeer gastvrij en attent. De gerechten zijn met zorg klaar gemaakt en worden mooi opgediend. De naam eetcafé is eigenlijk niet van toepassing op de gerechten. Die zijn eerder culinair te noemen. De koffie is er heerlijk. Groeten uit Goes

Leuk kleinschalig restaurant. De hertenbiefstuk die wij hadden, smaakte overheerlijk.

Vanavond hier voor de eerste keer gegeten, het was heerlijk en eten was ruim voldoende, we komen zeker nog een keer terug. eigenaar en personeel waren zeer vriendelijk, zeker een aanrader.

Gezellig ingericht met spontane en vriendelijke bediening. Eten was precies goed klaar gemaakt en je krijgt volle borden. Voor een leuk prijsje kan je heerlijk eten. Wij waren er kerstavond 2022, al vroeg in de avond. Zeer aan te bevelen!!!

Prima eetcafé met leuke kaart. Wat meer wisselingen door het jaar heen zou leuk zijn, maar kwaliteit eten is absoluut goed. Alleen slagroom op Irish coffee oid is slappe hap, reden waarom ik die niet meer neem. Maar verder absoluut een aanrader!

Mijn slibtongetjes waren helaas te hard gebakken. Drooggebakken en dan bakvet erbij serveren.. De eendenborst was taai. Al met al was het te eten maar niet dat je zegt wow...wat een aanrader.
