The staff here just get it. The moment your glass is empty, they are right there with you. If you eat here and haven't enjoyed yourself, it is really your own fault. Haven't had such a good meal in a long time. Steam rises on your plate, the fries are piping hot and crispy, everything is super fresh. We've been there before, and now the kitchen is open, and you can see the chefs at work preparing everything fresh. Highly recommended!

What a GOLDEN establishment! Just had a delicious meal in the always charming town center. A household name in the region. When I paid, I thought, "Ugh... steeply priced." But guess what? We just got a call saying we overpaid, including dishes from the neighbor's table! It will be rectified ASAP. Where else can you find such honest businesses??? In the center of Bergambacht!!! My wife had a good roast beef sandwich, but my carpaccio was very disappointing. It was mainly a lettuce sandwich with truffle mayo; it should have had bacon bits, but there weren't any. The carpaccio was tasteless and watery. A real disappointment.

Very cozy cafe in Bergambacht. Nicely located near the river Lek. Incredibly friendly people and a lot of us know each other with many locals who come there to dine. It is very nice to stay there. Pleasant atmosphere too. We had a delicious meal here. There is a huge difference in choice on the menu.... both meat and fish and also vegetarian. We sat on the terrace which was also fantastic. Inside it is also very nice. The first part is a bit more cafe-like, the back part more restaurant-like, a conservatory (new) and an open outdoor area. Yet it does not feel busy and the atmosphere is very nice. Also had a nice chat with the ladies of the service and a nice tip for the pot because they deserve it. We will definitely come back soon! Always good food. From schnitzel to tournedos and really the best carpaccio in the Netherlands they have here, not to mention the delicious herb butter. They really have something for everyone and for children also a fairly extensive menu.

Incredible gastronomic experience. They asked us if we wanted bread and we accepted, it came with a delicious pâté. For dinner we chose the restaurant's own signature spare ribs and it was excellent. It came with sauces, fries and a wonderful salad. For dessert, a crème brulee with liqueur and passion fruit cheesecake. Perfect.

Very busy, but that's because of the delicious food and great service, that's the only disadvantage, or advantage it depends on how you look at it. Nice cafe to eat in, service is top notch. Only the Ribey was very bad. It had no flavor at all and it was not cooked properly. For the rest, the carpacio was tasty and the staff very friendly.

Two weeks ago I had dinner at Eetcafe 't Centrum. We sat in the conservatory, which is very noisy with a few large groups. It wasn't the most pleasant place, especially because the company was in the middle of a renovation. The soup beforehand could have been a little warmer. Had to eat quite quickly now. The salmon and side dishes were good.

Everything is very good. We have been eating here for years. Sometimes we cheat and eat somewhere else. But this is our place. Delicious, always enough, a treat for your stomach😁

Eten bij het centrum is weten waar je aan toe bent. Consistente hoge kwaliteit van het eten, de service en de kaart die vrijwel niet veranderd. Wellicht is dat ook wel de kracht van het succes. Helaas zitten ze nu midden in een grote verbouwing en dat merk je als bezoeker behoorlijk. Je loopt langs de wachtende gerechten op een klaptafel en soms lijkt het alsof het riool open is. Als de verbouwing afgerond is zal het hopelijk weer als vanouds goed zijn

First of all: The food is delicious and great! The snails are highly recommended. A few downsides: We sat at the round table in the extension. Every fifteen minutes an employee had to enter an interior door (storage room?) from which stone cold air (it was freezing outside) came out. Very unpleasant to have this cold air blow over you every time. We had made a reservation for 6 p.m. Starter came quickly, but main course took a little longer. Also had dessert. We hadn't finished it yet when the waitress came to clear the dishes. We had to hurry because the next group was waiting for this table...

A few minor drawbacks: the acoustics, little lighting and a somewhat sparse approach to serving wine. We zijn hier de afgelopen jaren diverse keren geweest en eigenlijk altijd prima. De laatste twee keren echter minder. Het vlees, vis en groenten waren naar onze mening flauw van smaak. Eigenlijk gewoon smakeloos…. De eerste keer dachten we nog dat er misschien in de keuken iets mis was gegaan maar de tweede keer hetzelfde dus…. Daarnaast moet ik zeggen dat €27,50 voor een tournedos van 7x5 cm en 1,5 cm dik, wij toch wel ontzettend veel geld vinden! Jammer jammer jammer. We gaan het nog één keer proberen hier en als het dan weer niet goed is dan maar weer op zoek naar iets anders. Kom op Eetcafé ‘t Centrum! Bediening overigens snel en super vriendelijk.

A delicious minced steak with original fries. Plus an Amstel rose, “fris & fruity”. Dish beautifully prepared by the chef. Nice service who took my order in a friendly manner in German. Gladly again if in the area.

We had pork tenderloin but didn't like it. Looked like it came out of the fryer. Very dry. For lunch it seems great to me, I saw a lot of tasty sandwiches passing by when we went for a drink one day
