The set meal at Robin Food was great and at an excellent price too.

So, we went there for Halloween kids costume ball. Nice place, friendly people. Absolutely awful music choice. Seriously, I need this level of dj's self esteem. That were a lot of kids. Staying still, as they just can't dance with that music choice. Oh, no the 2 years old of our friends was quite enjoying, need to say. Waisted time, money a spoiled mood unfortunately. Will come back, but definitely not for kids party.

What a cool place. And the band plays in the back basement. I had a blast with Samira Band.

Cool evening, first we had a good meal and then a crazy arthouse movie night, it was very nice!

What a lovely little cafe/theatre. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and the clientele had a great vibe. Went for the cabaret and stayed for the conversations. It’s not fancy, it’s friendly and fun. It serves food but we had already eaten - it looked good though!

Good place to talk about my interests

Whenever I come to Amsterdam, I'd definitely go here. An open, friendly atmosphere and a wonderfully intimate theater downstairs. The decor makes you feel right at home and the staff is super friendly. I was able to perform at Burlesque FreakOut and the audience here is truly fantastic! It reminds me Berlin bars in Kreuzberg ;) but it has a bit of Amsterdam vibes. Good for hanging out with friends. Wide choice of good beers. Home made cake wasn't as good as I expected ;)

Great little music venue. Not posh but definitely fun. The group we heard played Rockabilly. The place was crowded with people having a great time listening, dancing and singing along. The only negative (and it's a small one) is the lack of air-conditioning. It was definitely hot but most people didn't seem to mind. We all had a great time. I highly recommend De Nieuwe Anita and would definitely go back.

Lovely concert venue, with other great events, interesting interior with charming, vintage decor, variety of beverages with good cocktails, reasonable prices a very sympathetic staff.

Wonderful place for everyone. One of the last places after the disappearance of East Pacific where everyone can be themselves. Young and old. Alternative, hippies, hipsters, rockers or goofy atmosphere is fine!

Was there just for drinks. Nice cozy place for drinks and the vibe is good.

Always a favourite hang. Premier alternative spot. The usual dodgy, alternative single men in their 30's and over and lots of young girls in their teens and 20's. Good music. Great things to do depending on when you come. I love the Monday films Cool atmosphere

Rude bartender. The first bar tells you to order from the other bar… and they don't even want to speak to you there..

Staff are incredibly nice, the live music on Tuesday was so amazing - the sound was set up well and the artists were great. We found the drinks to be good, a great selection of beers and the prices to be right. Inside is a very cozy atmosphere, relaxed and casual. Some regular tables, some couches, thrifty vibe. Will come back on tuesdays.

I visited De Nieuwe Anita on a rainy Tuesday evening and will definitely plan to come back here. The staff were really welcoming, brimming with local knowledge. The place had interesting events going on that week, a good selection of drinks and overall, a really nice atmosphere. It has a living-room feel to it, with a well-stocked bar and a downstairs stage for live music. Look forward to returning for either a drink or catching a gig here. Thanks

Amazing venue with live music, excellent beers and even cocktails!

It was a very awesome place with cozy benches outside, I had dinner with my partner there, and the food was wonderful. But the only small things to improve is that, we order the food but wait for nearly 30 mins while other customer who came later already get their set meals. And we were in a hurry to go to a show. But in general, it is good place to go.

A very nice and cozy tent. For a reasonable price you can see nice little local and international artists here on the right evenings. Friendly staff and always a good atmosphere! Mainly some more 'old-fashioned' music so you have to like that!

This former cooking school is now a cozy neighborhood bar with a perfectly grungy performance space in the back. One of the few remaining examples of original Amsterdam counterculture. And next door is a community center and food bank called ‘Robin Food.’ Long live De Nieuwe Anita.

This cafe/bar/event space is great! Every time I go here I think; I need to go here more often. It’s great for concerts, events or just drinks. The cocktails are amaaaazing, truly some of the best in town. The vibe of this place is super nice and feels safe and comforting

Anita is great! There's live music downstairs but the upstairs bar is quiet enough to have a chat. Great staff, amazing drinks, relaxed crowd. Definitely recommended.

Interesting but great location! Close to the center of Amsterdam. It feels like a living room when you enter, but there’s actually an awesome stage in the basement in the back! They have a great selection of beers! Go check out Nutty Anita’s Comedy Night!

Great place to be! We organized an event there and they were very helpful throughout.

I went there because I like the shows that are put on there. I saw an awesome burlesque show there just a few weeks back. Such energy and such beauty I haven't experienced in a while. Ladies with a message and an attitude. Although all of the performances where awesome, one stood out. Bustie La Tish was the most Impactful. Her energy was out of this world in a very good way. The details of her show were night and day compared to the others. Bustie is a star in her field. Her outfit was super mega cute. I had seen her in a show in Boom Chicago a couple years ago. Then she rocked and she still does. I found out she has her own production team called GOSH. For sure I will return to Anita with their next show. It's so chill there.

Nice LGBT club with a varied musical program. Till recent Dj. Goldfinger and Dj. Nympho were playing there one's a month, but unfortunately this evening is stopped since October 2022. Though I am not part of the community, I did enjoy those evenings and looking forward foe new venues.

Mooie live muziek in huiskamer achtige omgeving. Bar met genoeg keus en er is een ontspannen vriendelijke sfeer.

Great stuff! Good mix of all ages and social groups. A real local gem. Drinks are decent quality and prices are very reasonable (8-10 EUR).

Quirky and a place with fun vibes. They only need to fix their bass speakers in the performance area other than that, a lovely, artistic, vibey place to visit. 4 stars for now, 5 stars when the soundsystem is fixed. 🙏🏽
