Delicious pizza in a prime location

One of my favorite pizza place in The Netherlands! Aside from the really good, served fresh from the brick oven pizzas, I also love their desserts most especially the tiramisu and the pana cotta. They also serve drinks and my favorite’s the sgroppino. They’ve got really nice and helpful staffs. The place is also cozy and great ambiance. This place is highly recommended. 😌

Reserved at pizza bakers delft. The day before a reminder of the reservation but upon arrival the restaurant had been closed for a long time. The day after I was asked what I thought of it.😅 And now I get an email that I can even win a prize with a review on Google. Well here it is. Tip, maybe turn off the reservation system when a restaurant is closed. Luckily they also had delicious pizzas around the corner.

If you are hungry, dont trust this place. We waited approximately 1.30 hours for food. Horrible service

The pizzas were good but the dough was a bit dry. I ordered the tuna fish from the menu but they told me that they were out of the oven even though it had just opened. This was unacceptable... but the ambience and ambience was very nice. I can also say that the service was good. I can come back when you have tuna pizza Thank you

Pizza is ok, but I think it’s an average location. Nothing extraordinary

Very long wait for the food. Starters and pizza are served without cutlery and only brought upon request. Food tastes average, nothing special. The iced tea was delicious. All in all, not a recommendation.

At first, the restaurant looked quite cozy. After we had our drinks and food, the appetizer arrived. The food was quite decent, almost a bit light for €8. We ate the bruschetta without cutlery, though. When the pizza still wasn't there after almost an hour, and the waitress asked if we were still waiting, saying it would take another two minutes, the pizza arrived after another 10 minutes. I could have made it just as well in the oven. Cutlery was only given to me upon request. We don't even need to talk about the wiping of tables in a restaurant; it's disgusting. I hope they wipe it down in the evening.

We really enjoyed our pizza of the month that included porchetta, and parmeson.

My Funghi pizza came out of the oven with mushrooms, bacon, onions and perfect timing - one bite and you know someone is making pizza here, not just sales. Starter: focaccia with dips. Three bowls, each a small promise. Add water with lemon – and a mini pestle so that you can activate the freshness kick yourself in style. The rosé was dry, the staff was anything but – warm, attentive, relaxed. The interior? Urban charming with Godfather flair. If you don't get weak here, you're simply not hungry. Absolute recommendation. Also for mafiosi on a diet. “I’m gonna make him a pizza he can’t refuse.” And they absolutely did. Right in the heart of Delft, surrounded by tourists, I expected just another forgettable pizza spot. What I got instead? Perfectly blistered wood-fired dough, full flavors, and staff who clearly love what they’re doing. My Funghi pizza – loaded with mushrooms, crispy bacon, caramelized onions – was a total knockout. Starter: Focaccia with dips. Three bowls, each bursting with flavor. Water came with lemon slices and a tiny plastic muddler – DIY citrus kick, Dutch-style. Rosé wine was crisp and dry, service warm and genuinely welcoming. Interior? Casual with character. Bonus points for the Godfather quote on the wall: “I’m gonna make him a pizza he can’t refuse.” Nailed it. I am glad we decided to give this pizza place a go. One of the best pizza I have ever had in my life. The tiramisu could be better but still very nice. All in all a really good place to enjoy dinner/lunch in Delft.

Highly recommend -woodfired pizza was great, service too. And kids can play with some dough before the meal -a unique experience we all enjoyed. :)

I can say that it is the best pizza we have ever eaten. The environment is very nice, everything is great, but the owner's approach and behavior towards us was not nice. In fact, he overestimated a very small situation. Other than that, I recommend this place to everyone.

First time in my life I could not finish the pizza and I have tried almost every pizza place in The Netherlands. This is in my top 3 worst pizza places. -Dough was not fermented at all. -Margarita pizza with maximum 25grams of BURNED mozzarella cheese on top. -Tasteless ingredients. You will be only able of tasting the tomate sauce. If you love pizza avoid this place at all cost. Frozen pizza tastes better ngl. Workers were kind and respectful 10/10 for them. PS: Better try O'panuozzo(Utrecht) Pizza Beppe or Mangia Pizza (Amsterdam)

Really REALLY good Pizza! They know what they are doing. Beides that, they offer tasty wines, desserts and appetizer. I will come again, for sure!

These people don't know what a good pizza is. Far from Italian standards. Places that don't have coke... I recommend a McDonald's. Sorry, you're talking about the authenticity of your products.... Where does mozzarella come from? How can it be fresh? And the tomato that smelled… Without these 2 ingredients the pizza cannot be good... I'm sorry

The pizzas are delicious and super thin dough. I recommend it

The pizza is decent, but after three visits of consistently experiencing poor treatment from the staff, we will pass on this establishment. Sadly, hospitality isn't their strength, and I doubt it will improve, especially given the touristy location. Il Tartufo, Il Pepperoncino and Salvatore have lovely staff, nice atmosphere and great price/quality ratio 😉.

Food was good, only limited selection of pizzas for a pizza baker. Service fine. Atmosphere was a little less due to the heat of the oven.

To be brutally honest as usual, the most italian thing in the restaurant is the imported S. Pellegrino. I do not know if the "wood fire" oven is for show because they do not know how to use it. The tomatoe sauce is bland and did not even have a hint of tomatoe taste. The crust was soggy and chewy at the same time. These people need to go to Italy and taste a real pizza. Not approved.

Very tasty pizza, nice atmosphere and polite staff

The restaurant was busy and although we hadn't booked there were some free tables and we were made welcome. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. But on to the important part - this was some of the best pizza that I have eaten outside of North Italy and Nice (yes, I know Nice is in France at the moment|). This is Italian pizza so there is no pepperoni or pineapple on the options and all pizza is "thin crust". It was a truly excellent meal and on our list of places to return to.

Nice food but nothing special. Really nice service and friendly staff. I do recommend the option with the aperol plus a bruschetta.

Food was amazing. Unfortunately let down by service. Three of us had a starter and a pizza which took two and a half hours. In that time we only had two drinks. Tables next to us were also trying to call the waiting staff. We were offered desserts and had to explain we were still waiting for pizzas. When we asked for the dessert menu the waitress never came back. We wanted drinks and couldn't get any. We gave up and went inside to pay as no one came with the bill.

The pizza was delicious (called Gorgonzola) and sitting on a terrace in Delft in the sun is always nice

The pizza has a thin base. The pizza didn't arrive on the table completely hot, but it was warm. Service was very attentive and friendly!

The pizza dough was not well baked. Just a thin layer of mozzarella and tomato. Very economical. Both the pizza of my partner and mine were nothing special. The looks of the place are nice as well as the central location. The designer did a great job. But if you want a good pizza they have work to do. Then you are better off not to choose this franchise at this moment.

Very nice restaurant in a very beautiful, historic location. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace. The service was very good and fast. The food was excellent. Very tasty pizzas. The dessert (Tiramisu) was also good. We enjoyed!

My favorite pizza place in NL out of the dozen places I've been to (although Im not the best judge of pizza quality considering I only eat margherita/pepperoni types💀). The pizza has a thin crust which I personally love. Waiters were friendly, seats were comfortable, and we had a nice view of the town. It was very affordable! Edit: the washroom was also very clean and spacious.

Extremely bad place stay away. Employees wipes the desks with yellow Parmigiano water from the bucket they use all day. Their kitchen in the basement literally next to toilets and salami you eat over your pizza is being cut next dishwashing part. Hires cheap immigrant workers or uses cheap students to rip off. Also to have her employees enslaved she accommodates them and threatens as if she was someone important but just an unstable racist vampire. She often introduces herself as a gementee employee but she often talks about schizo stories such as "having a secret group that she runs together like a cult to survive post apocalyptic scenarios" :D. But they are just people that survives from others back. I wouldn't recommend visiting here even. Also with the racism they are really nice with indian people especially laughing at their face and calling names after them or heavily insulting their customers.

Nice restaurant, friendly and cheerful staff with delicious pizzas (in my opinion tastier than Pavarotti).

The opening hours on both Google and the website itself indicated Sunday 1600. This turned out to be incorrect. The employee seemed a bit irritated when I responded with surprise that they were still closed ("we don't open until 5 p.m." "oh! Also on Sundays?" "...yes, also on Sundays"). So it's useful to adjust those times. However, when I came by later that day I was greeted kindly. I ordered a 'salami' pizza, focaccia and tiramisu. The pizza was delicious, I prefer the crispy base, the crust was certainly crispy, the rest was not, but the taste was great, really great. The tiramisu was also highly recommended.

We often had to wait a very long time for the next course or for the bill. The pizza was good, although I would make a different choice next time. The atmosphere is always good and cozy.

Dough was spongy, sauce was bland, virtually no cheese on the pizza and all that for a pizza costing 13.95. Wont be orderong here again. Not worth the money.

Best pizza in town, I went for dinner with my girlfriend on a Saturday evening, even though it was full we were served very quickly by a very nice girl. The pizza came within 10 minutes, very good, you can feel that they use quality products. After the pizza we ordered an excellent tiramisu, and then 2 limoncellos made by them, never tasted such a good limoncello before. Excellent.

Pizzabakkers is the place to be when you want a delicious pizza in Delft. Good quality, well prized and a nice restaurant too. In summertime the outdoor terrace is great and right behind the historic Town Hall. Service is great as it the staff. We visit Pizzabakkers Delft frequently and will be returning guests for the future. Do make a reservation as it is a popular restaurant. (For groups too!)

Als gezin met twee kinderen hebben we onlangs een geweldige avond doorgebracht bij Pizzabakkers Delft. De kinderen waren enthousiast toen ze ontdekten dat ze met het deeg mochten spelen terwijl we wachtten op onze pizza's. En die pizza's waren werkelijk verrukkelijk! Ikzelf koos voor de Tartufo met truffelsaus, terwijl mijn partner de vegetarische Caprese met pesto nam. De kinderen hadden de salami met eigen gemaakte salami finocchiona. Na onze hoofdgerechten wilden we de handgemaakte desserts niet missen. De tiramisu en chocomousse waren absoluut verrukkelijk. Maar het hoogtepunt voor de kinderen was de dubbelgeklapte chocoladepizza. Ze waren er helemaal weg van! Al met al kan ik Pizzabakkers Delft van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar overheerlijke pizza's. De sfeer was gezellig, het personeel vriendelijk en attent, en de culinaire ervaring was echt top. We komen zeker terug!

What a delicious meal we had! We were 5 people on Saturday evening and were looking for a pizzeria. We were lucky that there was still a table available for us. The service was very friendly, the waiting time was short. We will definitely come back and bring our friends! Our daughter has a milk allergy, this was also taken into account.

We had a fantastic time at The Pizza Bakkers in Delft! The atmosphere was great, the service was friendly and fast, and the star of the show was undoubtedly the perfect pizza crust. As someone with lactose intolerance, I was thrilled to find a delicious Caponata pizza with half burrata that suited my dietary needs flawlessly. My husband enjoyed the Pizza of the Month, Porcceta and Ananas, which was absolutely gorgeous. The Italian beer selection was on point, and they even had thoughtful options for kids. Our picky 4-year-old loved his Margarita pizza with just the right amount of sauce and cheese, thanks to the attentive waitress who made sure it met his preferences. To top off our delightful meal, the Panna Cotta with red fruit coulis was the perfect, creamy finale. Mamá mía indeed! We'll definitely be returning for more culinary delights at The Pizza Bakkers. Highly recommended!

Super cozy place with delicious food. I ordered Melanzane alla parmigiana with focaccia and it was mouthwatering. Recommend this place if you want to enjoy the food and atmosphere.

Generally good quality for being in Delft, however prices are a bit high compared to what you can find in town. The pizza was okay, although a bit too thin and dry for my taste. Much like Roman style pizza I'd say.

The pleasant boss makes the food more delicious. And the price is resoanable.

Good food...great pizzas for a good price and fast service

Amazing food, had it a couple of times as takeaway and finally tried it as dine-in. The food was great but a bit less great on the service and atmosphere. We went there on a busy Saturday night with a very large group over multiple tables which made it a bit loud and the servers where a bit on edge.

The wood oven pizzas were disappointing. Thin, and sparingly filled with vegetables and cheese. Super nice staff. Vegetable gorgonzola is an option here.

Ondanks dat ik meegevraagd ben en niet zo van pizza 🍕 hou ben ik toch blij verrast. Dus vandaar een 4ster op het eten. Voor de rest top tent en lieve hardwerkende Pizza bakkers.

Prima plek voor een heerlijke pizza/pasta in het centrum van Delft.Wat extra leuk is kleine kinderen kunnen een stukje pizza deeg krijgen aan tafel en daar lekker mee knutselen terwijl hun pizza in de steenoven wordt klaargemaakt.

De bediening was super. De barman heeft ons echt in de watten gelegd. Heerlijke wijnen en biertje van het huis. Pizza's waren niet te versmaden. Echt een topper. Zeker van te boren reserveren.

Erg lekkere pizza's en fijne sfeer binnen. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. De pizza's waren er best snel en allemaal (6) tegelijkertijd.

Sfeer binnen kan ik niet beoordelen. We hadden het laatste plekje aan de buitenkant van terras met voorbij razende fietsers haha! Maar we hebben heerlijk gegeten! Zeer goede pizza, niet zoals je ze normaal krijgt en dat was verrassend! En zoals ik gelezen had in een recensie was de tiramisu inderdaad ook heerlijk! We hebben genoten! Absolute aanrader wat ons betreft........

Very friendly staff. One waiter recommended his favorite pizza ans it was a perfect choice for me. The service was very fast and the home brewed beer was tastefull. The terras could be more cosy with some flowers and more comfy couches and chairs. Overall we enjoyed are evening.

Sorry, geen fan. De pizza met venkelsalami vond ik ronduit smerig. Veel tomatensaus op de pizza en erg weinig kaas. Personeel was vriendelijk. De kok werkt keihard maar een nieuwe frisse koksbuis mag absoluut. En niet met cash mogen betalen vind ik storend. Nederland heeft nog steeds contant geld.

I often come to this place. The owner is super nice and friendly, always end up having a long chat and discussion with him. The staff is also very warm and hospitable. Last but not the least - the food is excellent. Also try their desserts, they are really yummm !!!

Service was goed enorm klantvriendelijk. Pizza was erg lekker en vol van smaak. Heerlijke dranken. Ik heb er erg van genoten en zal dit herhalen. Pittige olijfolie is echt een aanrader. Adviseer dit echt een keer te proberen.

Pizza hebben een mooi dunne bodem. Verder gewoon een oke pizza.
