I had the Pizza of the Month delivered to my home. It arrived exactly on time, which was great. My pizza itself tasted a bit burnt, which unfortunately made the other ingredients taste a bit less good. All in all, it was definitely doable!

We had a wonderful meal and... -see the photo-... that makes me very happy, what an atmosphere!

Great pizzas, but the restaurant is busy. We didn't get a nice, quiet meal. It was so crowded that it was difficult to hear each other. The pizzas were good, but they were very frugal with the cheese. The tiramisu was delicious.

The best pizza makers out there.

A large salad consisted of a few small heads of lettuce placed on a plate with an anchovy topped with salad dressing. The eggplant appetizer was a mouse bite and lukewarm. The pizza was lukewarm. The service was completely unreceptive to feedback.

Nice pizzeria food was okay in general a bit overdone with bleating basil on the pizza I would have preferred a bit more toppings considering all the toppings were in the middle of the pizza so around 5 cm was only dough unfortunately, I thought it was a shame that no cheese or mozzarella was not under the toppings but above pieces of mozzarella, we also had a salad with some parmesan cheese that was it we also had tiramisu which was very greasy unfortunately the layer of mascarpone was way too much but yes all in all I give a 3 maybe with some improvement I would give more.

Very tasty pizzas and also very tasty tiramisu. No average drinks on the menu, only Italian drinks. Always tasty and not super expensive!

No offense to the lovely waitress, but upon arrival, we were immediately told we had 40 minutes before our next reservation. Our appetizer was therefore rushed, and after 25 minutes, our food arrived (lukewarm). We then had to quickly eat our pizza, and 5 minutes before we had to make room for the next person, they insisted we had to pay. A nice concept; our suggestion is to adjust the reservation time slots to provide more clarity. Our evening felt rushed and not worth the money.

They always forget food and if you don't come back within a certain time you don't get it, they also can't write a letter, nonsense

The food at De Pizzabakker is truly top-notch. Everything tasted delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food is definitely recommended! Unfortunately, we were less than satisfied with the service. When I made my reservation, I clearly indicated that we wanted a quiet table for personal reasons. However, when we arrived, we were assigned the first table, just a meter from the entrance, the cash register, and the bar. This was clearly the most noisy spot in the entire restaurant. When we indicated that we really didn't like sitting there (because we had communicated this in advance), we were met with an unpleasant response, and we felt tense. Of course, I understand that not all requests can always be accommodated, but in this case, no attempt was made to take our request seriously. Fortunately, people were leaving, so we were eventually able to sit at a different table. Furthermore, the service was not very attentive, despite the large staff present. We had to raise our hands several times to order something. The staff showed little initiative, which was disappointing. Finally, we ordered two tiramisu and pistachio ice cream for dessert. One tiramisu was beautifully presented, but the other was missing a clear piece (as if a crescent moon had been removed). When I mentioned this, the staff member initially thought I was joking and said I'd probably already eaten it. Only after some insistence did he offer to bring a new one, but my companions didn't want that. Conclusion: The food was absolutely fantastic and we had a pleasant evening, but the service left something to be desired. Next time, we might order takeout instead of dining there. Food: excellent. Service: needs attention.

Nice, beautiful place, and very friendly staff. The food wasn't as good; it was good, but a few hours after I got home, I had a severe stomach ache, nausea, and ended up throwing up myself. I spent the whole evening hovering over the toilet. I should probably pay more attention to the food and how it's prepared. Because it looks like I have food poisoning. Otherwise, I'm satisfied.

We had a truly delicious meal here. The five of us recently sat down on the terrace and ordered a few pizzas. They arrived surprisingly quickly and all at the same time, which is always nice. Every single one was delicious, with quality ingredients and a crispy crust. The spicy version was especially appreciated. The service was friendly and relaxed, just what you'd hope for when you just want to have a nice evening. Another nice touch: they serve a craft beer brewed especially for the pizza makers. Original and also very tasty, definitely something for Untappd fans. Finally, the price was also very reasonable. Good quality, nice atmosphere, and not overly expensive. We will definitely be back.

The food was delicious! The last time we were here was three years ago. The quality of the pizzas has improved even more! The pizza base was excellent, and it really reminded us of pizzas in Italy. A thin, flavorful base with plenty of toppings. Plenty of choices, including appetizers. We sat outside on the terrace. The wooden chairs weren't very comfortable, but there are other chairs available if needed.

The pizza comes from a brick oven 🍕, which is a lovely open kitchen. While you're eating, you'll also see delivery drivers making home deliveries. This adds a bit of "life" to your meal 🍽️

We had delicious appetizers that we shared, and the pizzas were delicious. We love coming here.

I had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious. I had the spinach pizza with goat cheese. The topping was just right—not too much, not too little—and the lemonade was delicious! The lemon ice cream dessert was the perfect finishing touch! The service was friendly and helpful. If you're with a large group, be prepared to wait so you can eat together.

Very disappointing, yet another restaurant in Zwolle that trades quality for an (even) bigger profit margin. Previously, the pizzas were tasty and generously topped. The last few times, I've had the feeling that there's less and less on them. The mozzarella melts too much and tastes like plastic, and the sauce is more of a tomato suggestion. The crust is good, but that's about it. For €16 per pizza, you'd expect more.

Lower quality, higher prices. We always faithfully ordered the same pizza Nduja with Gorgonzola, but the last few times we've seen the quality steadily decline. The pizza is very sadly topped with mediocre ingredients. The mozzarella tastes more like plastic, the gorgonzola is less flavorful, and the onions were nowhere to be found. We won't be back.

Pizzas are delicious but I always get a stomach ache from these pizzas. Probably due to poor/short rise of the dough or too much yeast/bad yeast. In your stomach it can then continue to ferment and expand, especially with warm moisture → gas formation, a bloated feeling and stomach ache.

The food is good, the service is fine. We sat on the terrace, but from time to time there were motorcycles and cars driving by, which were quite disturbing. In general it's an enjoyable experience.

Disappointing We had reserved the pizza baker for a quiet dinner, which was the worst. Were seated right in front of the kitchen, which meant the staff was constantly walking back and forth. Diagonally behind us were 2 couples with 4 children who ran wild through our corner of the restaurant, without being corrected by the parents and staff. The food itself was mediocre, had pizza spinach with goat cheese, very bland in taste. Apparently should have ordered the extra ingredient. (this is how they keep the prices low) Friend had carpreze with the extra ingredient, which made this pizza full of flavour. When the waitress asked if it tasted good, and I indicated that the pizza tasted bland, she didn't know how to deal with it and responded 'that's how it goes sometimes' uhhhh??? If goat cheese is mentioned, I expect to taste goat cheese and not an insignificant white substance.

Pizza with limited option for extra toppings 🫒, both meat and vegetarian pizza, with tomato sauce or plain. Unfortunately, my favorite, the eggplant 🍆 topping, is no longer there. Large space, so not very intimate and noisy, with delivery people, waiters and other diners coming and going. View of the open kitchen where three chefs routinely bake one pizza after another. We had made a reservation. Service is friendly and we were regularly approached with "Is everything to your liking?", "Does it taste good?" and “Would you like to order something to drink?” So, busy, tasty pizza and you are seen as a guest.

The food is far too expensive in relation to the atmosphere/location. You sit in a kind of corridor where pizza deliverers/customers are walking or standing all the time waiting for their takeaway meal. There is no atmosphere at all.

Horrendous experience: - Table wasn't clean - No cutlery - No napkins - Slow service - Terrible experimental pizzas - Expensive We all ended up with a massacre of toppings on our plates. 100+ capers, an entire pickled torn onion, watery blobs of mozzarella, and no tuna on the tuna pizza, etc. They said it was a new menu and that was it. No compensation or apology. Never again.

It was great in terms of taste and atmosphere. Service was almost quick as it was possible. On the other hand, the pizza was a bit thinner and crunchier than expected. I still highly recommend this restaurant for pizzas.

The staff was disappointing, later a lady came who was super sweet to us, but at the beginning we had a woman who was not having her day and immediately reacted catty to a normal question about the menu. Pizzas are simple and expensive in terms of value for money. There is limited choice of meat on the pizza. I didn't like it that much. Finally, I think the extractor hood had difficulty removing the food smells.

Arrived late and got a table outside, just in front of the restaurant. Beautiful and stylish interior in the business itself. Attentive and friendly service, both girls who served our table contributed ideas and made suggestions regarding the children's menu. A number of snacks were shared and tasted with the whole group (super tasty burrata filled with red pesto) and a tasty bresaola with arugula and parmesan shavings. All pizzas were original and delicious, as well as the wine and home-made Limoncello Spritz. Recommended! (It's a pity that the street - and other parts of Zwolle's city center - is used by local people to have a good time with their fancy cars, with odor and noise nuisance. The street and this restaurant deserve better than that.)

We had dinner with family and initially there was no room, then suddenly we were received by a very grumpy employee and were not allowed to sit down. When we were finally able to sit down, the grumpy person continued to be unfriendly to customers. I don't think every staff member who brought food had ever heard of how you serve people, my god, every plate or glass of drink that came to the table went through your hair or against your head and there was no apology or anything was taken of it, but normal, we come to quite a few restaurants, this was the lowest point in a while, we are not going to spend another euro here. When you go out for dinner you want a fun evening where you leave with a good feeling.

Always good. Delicious wood-fired pizzas. They (pizza bakers in general) are only allowed to upgrade the menu every now and then. A limited menu is nice. But if you come there regularly, you will miss variety.

We were sitting on the terrace on the sidewalk on a warm sunny day. The pizza was served almost cold. The Italian ham with which my pizza was topped tasted good. Service was smooth and friendly. Price is very reasonable (if pizza is warm)
