Tonight, November 29th, I called to order a pizza for home. They said we were busy, it would take an hour until delivery, but I don't know how long. If you don't have the capacity to deliver, don't make fun of people. A regular customer, it's a real shame.

Great food, both ordered and eaten there. But in both cases, always a long wait for the food. In the restaurant, sometimes an hour wait for a starter and then the main course. Delivery times are also terrible, usually about 45 minutes later than requested.

We placed an order with a delivery time of 6:00 PM. By 6:30 PM, we still hadn't received our food. We tried calling, but the call failed immediately. After 10 minutes, we were finally able to call and were told the food would be here any minute. At 6:56 PM, the doorbell rang, and our food arrived. The food itself was cold. A very disappointing experience.

The pizzas are really delicious and the price-performance ratio is good, but the delivery and pickup service has been really bad for over a year (or longer). Never been able to pick up a pizza at the agreed-upon time (always waiting 15-25 minutes at the location), and the delivery is even worse (read: more than an hour and a half). For us, that's a reason not to order from here anymore. Such a shame.

The food was delicious, we sat in the conservatory and we found it a bit chilly there, but we were helped politely and were often asked if we liked it or if we wanted another drink.

We had a delicious meal with 11 people, the service was perfect, they came on time to ask if we needed anything else to drink.

What I don't quite understand is the owner's sloppiness with his patio, which is full of #smokers' waste. And what I find scandalous is that he doesn't just dispose of the waste properly. I just returned it, so they can do it again, and properly according to the rules. And if they're smart, they might make the cans a bit smaller (flatten them, for example) before pushing them into the container, so there's always room for others.

Als je voor “echt” italiaans eten gaat vermijd dan Michaels! Pasta pesto uit een potje met tagliatelle verdronken in de saus! Carbonara wat niet zo mag heten door de vele room erin( maar goed het was te doen) en een risotto met champignon die naar tomaat smaakt aangezien dit meer aanwezig was dan de champignon! Kortom geen smaak! De meest ongeïnspireerde carpaccio ooit sla met olie en plakjes carpaccio erop met aangebrande pijnboompitten! De zelfgemaakte kruidenboter met brood is top en we hadden een goede fles pinot grigio dus kortom teut van de wijn in combinatie met te weinig eetbaar eten.

We had a delicious meal. There was a wide selection on the menu.

Ordered tuna pizza but it was more like pizza oil damn you guys are going to be bad if this continues you might as well close your doors

Placed and picked up order. However, instead of pasta there was a kapsalon. After trying several times finally got in touch by phone. Asked if I had a moment. After 17 minutes of getting everything in the kitchen but hung up and called again. A thousand apologies but busy due to staff shortage. Understandable but this way you won't need any more staff because your customers will stay away automatically. The pasta was sent later and it arrived after half an hour. Normally have good experiences here but this was quite a disappointment.

Once again, having to wait a long time for an order is worthless. If you can't handle the orders, please report it and don't let customers wait so long.

Wij zijn vaste klant bij Pizzeria michael en bestellen best wel eens. De laatste tijd zijn de prijzen weer omhoog gegaan, wat op zich niet erg is als alles naar wens is. Maar het is niet meer naar wens. Als eerst is de bezorgtijd de laatste tijd echt verschrikkelijk, de afgelopen keren hebben wij (ruim) 1,5 uur moeten wachten op onze bestelling. Het beleg is vrij karig aan het worden. De bakjes saus die je er bij besteld zijn vaak maar half vol.. kortom je krijgt niet echt meer waar voor je geld. En het lange wachten is ook erg vervelend. Gister was echt een dieptepunt.. bijna 2 uur moeten wachtsn, een kapsalon waarvan het bakje maar half gevuld is.. De pizza's die slecht belegd waren, en bovendien was het eten KOUD! wacht je zo lang, en krijg je je eten koud.. wij bestellen hier na 6 jaar klant te zijn geweest helaas niet weer..

I was told it would take 45 minutes, now it's 2 hours!!! Called again and were on their way, then the owner yelled at me as a customer, order canceled and no food!!! Unfortunately I won't order here anymore.

We ordered from Michaël well in advance. It was supposed to be delivered at 6:15 PM. However, it arrived 40 minutes late and the food was all ice cold... We also called the restaurant 3 times, but no one answered... Or €50 wasted unfortunately.

We ate in the back room, which was heated with patio heaters. Unfortunately not enough, because there was quite a draft from the window, so it was quite cold. We were helped nicely, but it took an hour and fifteen minutes before we got our food, which was a long time. No one came by at that time to ask if we wanted anything to drink, which is a shame. The food was good, tasty meat dishes, good portions and well prepared. Unfortunately, no dessert for half of the party, as the freezer had broken and all the ice cream was no longer edible. The rest ordered a tiramisu, which was okay. I did miss the creamy layer of mascarpone in this, but now there was a very small amount of it and a very dry layer of cocoa (it could be a little less). And there were no changing facilities for babies. All in all, quite a nice neighborhood restaurant, with excellent food. Pizzas for a good price, meat a bit more expensive, but that's the case everywhere these days. We will come again, but in the summer.

We had a delicious meal with 12 people, lots of choice in dishes for reasonable prices. After waiting 25 minutes we all had our meal and the service was also very friendly and helpful.

At this moment we have been waiting for our pizza for 2.5 hours. Called after 2 hours and they said the pizza would be there within 20 minutes. Unfortunately this is not the case. Causes grumpiness and disappointment. Delayed deliveries almost always occur, so this is the last time we order something. Disappointment upon disappointment. It also stops at some point.

We put them in the oven ourselves, because we were completely done with them. We were supposed to be called back on Wednesday, but after waiting all day, that didn't happen. Ultimately, I contacted and spoke to Michael myself. To our surprise, he asked why I hadn't called sooner, even though he was the one who was supposed to call us. He offered a free pizza with the next order, but we found that unacceptable given the extremely poor service. We insisted that we wanted our money back, and he agreed. We'll just wait and see, although we have little confidence that this will work out. Conclusion: Bad service, long waiting time, cold pizzas, bad toppings and poor communication. We will never order from here again.

met vrienden hier gegeten. We hadden gereserveerd voor 5 personen, komen eraan, was de tafel die men voor ons bedacht had reeds ingenomen. bediening is helaas te traag. van wijn geen kennis. staat niet duidelijk op de kaart wat rood wit of rosé is. bestel rood merlot wijntje komt er rosé merlot aan, de vraag was een rode wijn. blijkt dat er een sirih rode wijn is, maar die staat niet op de kaart. Dan 4 personen kregen hun eten de 5e moest nog wachten op de pizza. deze was niet echt lekker knapperig aan de bodem. een matige pizza. tot slot was iedereen al klaar met eten, werd er niet opgelet door personeel dat er een eind was gekomen aan onze dis. twee jonge serveersters die naar mijn idee net begonnen waren, kregen daarin geen goede begeleiding. Jammer, want zijn deden echt hun best. Kortom eten redelijk, bediening matig, door geen juiste aansturing.

Food was more than delicious! But we had to wait more than 1.5 hours for it. That wasn't nice, even when we got a drink for free. With a 92 year old that was really too tiring... so sad....

Had great pizzas. I thought my pepperoni was a bit too greasy. There was some confusion about the order, which meant that 1 pizza arrived later, so I had an apology, which was fine! The atmosphere did not really feel Italian to an Italian. I could use a bit more classic Italian.

On July 30, 2024, my family and I ate at the Pizzeria Michael restaurant. We had reserved a table in advance. The order was taken after about 5 minutes. The salad and drinks were served after about 10 minutes. However, the pizzas were a long time coming. After 20 minutes we asked when the pizzas would be served. We were told they should come in about 10 minutes. After another 15 minutes had passed and we still hadn't been served, we asked again. We were told to wait another 10 minutes. We then waited another 25 minutes but the pizzas still weren't there. Since we had other appointments to attend, we told the waitress that we were getting impatient. Finally, after a total of 1.5 hours, the pizzas were finally served. Unfortunately the poor service continued. There was no apology, no extra drink or any other form of compensation. Since we were recognizable as Germans, I suspect that there may have been hidden racism at play here. It is known that some Dutch people don't particularly like Germans

Zaterdag 3 augustus een bestelling geplaatst voor 4 pizza’s, pasta carbonara en lasagna. Pizza’s hadden verbrande korst en waren week van binnen, carbonara was redelijk maar de lasagna was afschuwelijk vies! Allereerst een gevecht om deze draderige massa van gesmolten kaas en te zacht bladerdeeg op je bord te krijgen, we moesten de kaas doorsnijden om zover te komen, maar de substantie dat lasagne moest zijn, zat vol vieze zwarte keiharde stukjes, wat waarschijnlijk gehakt voor moest stellen…na 2 happen verdween dit gerecht in de GFT container…op de site van de pizzeria beoordeling gezet, met verzoek tot restitutie maar totaal geen reactie. E-Mail-adres is niet te vinden…Kortom, voor ons geen tweede keer deze wanstaltige pizzeria! Een kijkje in de keuken bij het afhalen zei mij eigenlijk al genoeg….🤮

We moesten anderhalf uur wachten op onze bestelling. Kregen geen kans voor tweede keer drinken en werden slecht/ niet geïnformeerd waarom het allemaal zo lang duurde. Mensen die na ons kwamen waren alweer naar huis toen wij ons eten kregen. Het eten was uiteindelijk heerlijk gelukkig maar voor ons was het niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Spareribs great! Fresh salad = dry salad without dressing. A bit of a shame, so tip: salad with dressing. Another tip: put cutlery on the table and immediately add tissues for sticky fingers when using Spareribs. It's little things that are worth 1 star more 😉

Dichtbij huis hebben Pizzeria & Steakhouse Michael. Ik ben daar een regelmatige gast om het gemak, zo ook gisteravond. Het is een gezellige locatie met prima pizza's. Wat hier structureel is de enorme lange wachttijden, na een uur wachten kwam het voorgerecht. Hoofdgerecht evenzo. Ik heb nu eens de spareribs geprobeert als hoofdgerecht die prima van smaak zijn en lekker gaar waren. De patat ook prima met een tube mayonaise om zelf te bepalen wil ik wel- of geen mayonaise. Er staat ook een salade vermeldt, Dat is om het exreem te zeggen een aanfluiting. Twee schijfjes kokommer, één borreltomaatje en een klein beetje gemengde sla zonder enige dressing of smaakmaker, dit kan echt niet. Smakeloos. Het voorgerecht had ik gebakken champions in knoflook boter met de zelfde voorgenoemde niets zeggende sla. Champions waren prima, had er graag een klein beetje rode ui en reepjes vlees voor een smaak sensatie erbij in gehad. Na gerecht de Franse koffie. Alles bij elkaar wel een voldoende maar het kan veel beter.

We have been ordering from pizzeria Micheal for years. The pizzas themselves are fine. Not at the level of a real Italian restaurant, but 3 to 4 stars, mainly because of the very thick base and the varying degrees of well-done. Why have we stopped ordering? - delivery times and collection times never match the promise. Delivery times of 75 to 90 minutes at busy times is really too much, especially when it is promised that the pizza will be there in 45 minutes. - orders are sometimes incorrect, which is just annoying if you want to sit down together and the delivery person has already left. This kept happening occasionally and was not really handled well when you called afterward. I must say that other delivery people do not always have control over this either. The food in the restaurant is certainly 1 star better and the terrace on the water is nice to sit in the summer.
