Bad experience: ordered, but the delivery person didn't ring the doorbell and said afterwards that he couldn't find the address. Never called or rang the doorbell to check. Waited an hour and ultimately didn't get a pizza. Very disappointing.

Tasty pizzas 👍 it is a Domino's takeout which is neat and good, the lower score is due to the lack of a restaurant and therefore, in my opinion, the atmosphere.

I ordered two pizzas today. One pizza was good, but the other looked like it was from yesterday. It was dry, baked way too long, and as hard as a cracker. When I went to the pizzeria to complain about this, I was told that this is the “Perfect Papero” and that this is how this pizza is supposed to be. I ordered two pizzas: one was soft and fresh, while the other was completely dried out and rock hard and looked like it was from yesterday.

Friendly staff, finished preparing the food very quickly. The medium pizza is a bit on the small side and there was a little too little tomato sauce on it. Otherwise, the pepperoni pizza was delicious.

Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience. I was briefly unable to answer my phone. Just three minutes later, I called back immediately, but by then it turned out the delivery driver had already cycled back because he supposedly couldn't find the address. I find that a strange story, considering the address is easy to find and there have never been any problems with it before. What made the experience truly disappointing was the way I was spoken to by the store staff. Instead of understanding or an attempt to find a solution together, I was told in a rather unfriendly manner that I should have answered my phone immediately and that it was entirely my own fault. No apologies were offered, nor was there any opportunity to pick up the pizza or find another suitable solution. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled and the customer service I experienced unfortunately leave much to be desired.

A peculiar place; I've ordered from them before but they often arrive cold. When picking up, you get youngsters who don't know how to treat people. It used to be a much better place; they are also quite rude on the phone, by the way. I would definitely advise against it.

It used to be very good, but unfortunately it has declined over the years. On every front. Less tasty pizzas, longer delivery times, less friendly delivery drivers.

You stand waiting at the checkout, absolutely no communication about assistance; they just start making pizzas and picking up their phones instead of helping people coming through. Waited 15 minutes and still haven't been helped. What a rubbish place. Never again.

Crispy fries with curry sauce and one with garlic sauce turned out to be nothing more than half-raw regular fries. When we called, we were told that it wasn't true the fries weren't good and that fries never come with sauce on top, as if we were crazy. Last time this was the case, and the website also states that they come with sauce.

I paid 24 euros for a pizza with spinach, onion, and cheese!! 24 ​​EUROS!! Only to find barely any spinach, onion, or cheese on it. The pizza tastes like absolutely nothing.

Terrible service. Ordered two pizzas at 4:30. Called at 6:00, the pizzas were ready, and now we're just waiting for the delivery drivers; it's incredibly busy. Fine, so I called again at 6:55. Surprisingly, "a completely different answer, of course, because the pizzas weren't even made yet." They said delivery would be within 20-30 minutes, so now we're getting food elsewhere because we're starving after two and a half hours. SO BAD! Any service? Wouldn't you just hurry up for the person who's been waiting the longest? Just a real pizza from the Italian then 😉, which is also cheaper.

Ordered pizza today through the app with a pickup time of 6:30 PM. The pizzas arrived not ready. When asked how long that would take, they said at least half an hour. Extremely poor service, especially because the money for a canceled order is only refunded after several days.

The veggie pizza was cold and tasteless, the fresh spinach was less than a single leaf, chopped into tiny pieces as if it were basil, and you had to search for the bell pepper with a magnifying glass. The only good thing was that it was delivered on time.

The service is absolutely terrible. For the third time in a row, the order has been incorrect. The receipt in the email clearly states delivery, but the location itself claims pickup. I also call about this, and repeatedly get the response, "I'm not responsible for this, you can pick it up, because that's what it says on the receipt." And if the email is incorrect, it must be a system error somewhere. It's fine, it happens, but instead of a normal solution, you're treated as if you're not quite right. Never again will I order pizza from this location.

If you want to get pizza and pay cash, they don't accept cash! It's ridiculous that they don't accept cash anymore.

The waiter was so nice he even recommended us places to go in Zwolle and found solutions to our commuting problems. It is a pleasure to come across people like him. All the best :)

Every time we pay for sauces and drinks that do not come with the order. When we call they say "Someone is coming" with the wrong order or sauce/drink that we have not received yet. We will not order from here anymore.

Ordered 1 pizza yesterday, ate 15 euros but had to go to the toilet 4 times until the next day, so I won't be ordering from this mogos again

It was nothing to eat, the crusts were extremely hard. I spent 19.00 for the junk. I went to Mac then at least you know what you're getting, dirty place! Doesn't even accept cash.

Extremely rude staff, who after they delivered me a pizza that I had not ordered, was loaded with sauce while I had ordered without sauce, I left no sauce!!! The 2nd pizza that they delivered after our call (the correct pizza that I ordered) was simply stone cold when delivered!?!? When we called for this and indicated that we were paying for hot food, we only received a loud mouth from the ignorant staff, who refused to give a manager on the phone, and they also rudely reported that it was a favor that they had already delivered the 2nd pizza to us!?!? Customer friendliness does not exist here!! The ignorant staff has no idea that food must be at least 60c when delivered according to the law and the NVWA. The moment we wanted to make a stand, we were told that "customers like us" should be happy that they wanted to deliver food anyway. We will never again order from this ignorant company with untrained and rude, brutal staff.

The food is excellent and if you pick up it is also cheap. However, I find it downright scandalous that you cannot pay in cash. As far as I'm concerned, money is money. Should be prohibited by law from refusing cash. That's why 3 stars.. actually wanted to give 2 but I just like pepperoni pizza 🤣

Recently bought pizza and a few other sides here, the guy behind the counter was SUPER. Attentive with a smile and very friendly, the food was nice and warm, simply great!

The food was absolutely delicious and the service from the staff was excellent, even though they where busy. Everytime I went and ordered food by them I was greeted with a smile and assisted me in my home language which is English. Thanks domino's Zwolle.

Domino's does not list the prices for ordering locally anywhere. The prices apply to the app. Without notice, these are much lower. Employees also do not recommend ordering via the app first instead of directly. Food is okay, service and atmosphere are hardly there.

Pizzas were always delivered promptly and suddenly you get the message that we no longer deliver in the Berkum district, which is 5/6 minutes away from this location. They call this customer loyalty!!!

In het verleden had je een een goed gevulde pizza, maar nu zit er nauwelijks nog iets op 4 a 5 stukjes ham en 3 a 4 plakjes salami en dan betaal ik ook nog extra
