Domino's Pizza Zwolle Patriottenlaan in Wijk 51 Ittersum

Picked up two pizzas, which were very thin, and the salami was even thicker... resulting in a hard, black crust that was inedible. 2-for-1 promotion. Bad, bad.

We gave it another try, but unfortunately, it was terrible again. We paid extra to have the order prioritized (I understand it would arrive within 15 minutes), but it was already waiting for 15 minutes in the track. I called anyway, and 5 minutes later it was at the door. Ordered Lou. Exactly what I thought: the order had been forgotten. Ordered at 5:09 PM and finally received at 5:50 PM. We and the kids are really upset about this. I'd appreciate a response from Domino's itself.

Will there soon be more types of sauces such as cheese and curry and then in a 4 double dip?

They're so irresponsible. I waited over an hour for my order, so I called. Their explanation was that there was only one person in the store, that they had to cancel the order without notice, and that they wouldn't refund my money until three days later. Extremely poor service. Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. If you don't want to waste your time, please don't order from here.

I ordered 4 pizzas, 3 of which were vegan due to a cow's milk allergy and a desire to eat vegetarian. While eating my vegan pizza margarita with grilled vegetables, I discovered small pieces of meat among the vegetables. It also turned out to contain regular cheese. Upon closer inspection, there were pieces of ham and chicken scattered throughout the pizza. I had consciously not eaten meat for at least 5 years before this, and now, due to a mistake by Domino's, I unintentionally ate a dead animal. This won't seem like a problem to the meat eaters among us, but I personally find it incredibly unpleasant. I called immediately. The person on the phone seemed very guilty and said he would refund the cost of the order. He also said he would discuss it with his manager and contact me the next day. I received my money back after a few days, but I haven't heard anything from the employee or his manager since. I think this is truly awful. If you advertise allergen-free products and even vegan pizzas, this simply cannot happen!

Ordered food at 19:42 but called at 20:40 to ask where it was. They had problems according to the best guy I got on the phone. The pizzas were still just warm, very unfortunate for almost 40 euros you expect more

We ordered food here, but something was still missing. We called and were told our food would be there as soon as possible, with a deep sigh and swearing in the background! A few hours later, we still hadn't received anything, and after calling 10 times with no answer, we drove to the branch, and the lights were all out. This is terrible service!

Order was delivered quickly, but something was forgotten about my side dish, this was quickly resolved in a way that I also like!

The mini pizza from the pizza box was bizarrely small (it lacked sauce and wasn't baked properly). The photo on the website is very misleading. The chicken pieces were pale and cold, tasteless. The same goes for the fries. Loaded fries were thrown in the box with more half-melted cheese than fries. Everything else was lukewarm. The guy at the counter apologized when the food arrived, so that apparently said enough. All in all, a really bad experience on a quiet Monday evening.

While I did not find this grilled cheese sandwich to be particularly enjoyable, I must say that I much prefer the grilled cheese sandwiches I make at home. Additionally, I ate an entire pizza and was still not feeling hungry. Lastly, the shake I had made me feel sick

Normally satisfied. Less this time. Not greeted and not seen upon entry. I heard the boy wearing a jacket say some swear words while I was waiting. Pizza not completely cut. Strangely distributed in terms of toppings, some pieces with a lot of sauce and ham and other pieces barely. Bottom towards the middle too thin, very difficult to eat.

Ridiculous over 1.5 hour wait Order when contacting is simply fobbed off saying it is busy but not so busy that 1.5 hours still no order has been delivered. And no suggestion as to what time it will be delivered. What bad service once and never again there.

Swearing in the kitchen with all kinds of fun diseases. It is not clear what the prices are now in the store itself. 32 eu for two pizzas and 6 spicy bites, which are also not extremely great. After opening the pizza, finding out that there is no swirl on it, the spicy cheese bites contain no cheese (all spread).

Ordered a pizza about 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, a few hours later I had severe stomach problems, which resulted in food poisoning. After writing a review at Domino's via the app, I received a message with a solution to refund the money, which would take 5 to 10 working days. They are now well over and I still haven't gotten anything back. Ridiculous service, if you offer something; then make it happen.

Toppings verschillen nog al eens, tov van vaak te weinig. En wanneer ik een extra topping hrb besteld, zie ik het verschil niet tussen de pizza die ik normaal heb en met wat de extra topping zou moeten zijn. de laatste keer was een tonijn pizza waarvan twee parten absoluut geen tonijn op zat Dat is nogal teleurstellend voor wat je er voor betalen moet.

Duurde lang en de prijs was te duur

De verkeerde (duurdere) pizza werd aangeslagen, kon ik een blikje drinken krijgen, maar ik wil m'n geld terug. Ook duurde het bereiden wat lang.

Wat ons betreft de pizzaria waar we altijd bestellen. Ik wacht wel altijd de acties af, die zijn te goed. Maar het is altijd weer een feest thuis als ik met deze pizza's thuis kom.

Bezorgen duurt 2 uur, veel te lang… Pizza wel lekker

Het waren heerlijke pizza's, 50% 9 dagen actie heb ik een paar keer besteld de "winkel" is wel wat klein dus is het lastig daar staan met veel mensen en als het druk is kan je moeten wachten en een slecht gesneden pizza krijgen. Maar de pizza's kosten echt niks voor hoe ze smaken dus het maakt er allemaal wel goed voor

Goede bodem,genoeg beleg en niet teveel tomatensaus

Wauw, wat een snelheid! Een kwartier na het bestellen stond de bezorger op de stoep met onze 5 pizza's. En heerlijk ook nog! Echt super, wij zijn héél tevreden.

De perfect pepero was rijkelijk belegd maar de Bacon and Onion was daarin tegen erg kaal belegd . Voor dat geld is het het niet waard.

Deze week was ik bij een famlielid in Zwolle-Zuid. We hebben twee pizza's besteld bij Doniino's Pizza in Zwolle-Zuid. Tot onze grote verrassing was de tweede pizaa nóg goedkoper. Beide pizza's waren goed warm en smaakten erg lekker.

Het was even wennen. Je moet het van de aanbiedingen hebben. De pizza's zijn altijd wel lekker.

Ze horen bepaalde dingen te hebben en dan zeggen ze dat ze het niet hebben als je vraagt waarom niet weten ze het niet

Prima voor een snelle hap, meestal lekkere pizza's. Veel pizza's zijn vaak wel heel heel vet... De doos aan de onderkant wordt er zelfs slap van... Erg jammer.
