Cozy place to eat tasty and special pizzas

The pizzas weren't hot. There was little atmosphere, and the incredibly annoying group of three women were chatting away without any awareness of their surroundings. A real waste of money.

The food was delicious! Good and original pizzas. The atmosphere was very pleasant, especially with all the Christmas decorations. Highly recommended for everyone! The only downside: the tartufo has been taken off the menu. It's a real shame. I hope it comes back.

It was delicious, and I took a chance and asked for gluten-free pizza, which they gave me! For anyone with celiac disease: call ahead and reserve or pre-order a gluten-free dough base!

I tried the pizza Finocchiona, the crust was nice and crispy and the salami was really aromatic. Also their tiramisu is one of the best i have tried, with intense espresso aroma.

Very unfriendly staff. We wanted to order 7 pizzas, but we couldn't do it by phone; we had to go online. The website said we had to call for more than 6 pizzas. When we called again, she said, "Oh yeah, let me check... wait..." Oh yeah, since it's so quiet, I'll just do it online. No, I really can't do it by phone." The order turned out to be too high to pay online, so we ended up ordering by phone. We spent almost half an hour ordering. Then suddenly it was busy, and we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the pizzas. Oh well, the pizzas are always delicious there.

Really good food, but the service wasn't. We had to wait forever for waiters, altough there were not a lot of people.

I ate at Pizzabakkers in Wageningen yesterday. Delicious pizzas, my favorite being the burrata and artichoke pizza. A very thin crust, so you don't leave any edges untouched. The staff is also incredibly kind to children; the chef gave them toys and even dough to bake. So much fun!

I ordered from the pizza bakers for the first time today and opted for takeout, but I won't be back. The pizzas are quite pricey, so you expect a lot. When we picked up the pizza, it wasn't ready yet. When we ate, it was simply cold. I don't understand why. I had a margarita pizza, but there was no cheese. Tough dough with tomato sauce—that's what we had for dinner. Such a shame, and a waste of money.

The pizza is not bad, I chose the truffle one but the pizza doe could be a bit thicker and stronger. The waitress was very nice and kind and the atmosphere was nice as well. Neither cheap nor very expensive.

The pizza bakers in Wageningen is a really cozy place, with great service and delicious pizzas. Don't forget to end the evening with a scroppino. Enjoy it all on their terrace in Wageningen. Simply fantastic!

We had a delicious aperitif: bruschetta with various toppings and warm olives with almonds. And that was just the beginning; then came the pizza of the month, a wonderful combination of flavors. We had a truly wonderful meal on the terrace in Wageningen.

We had a wonderful meal at De Pizzabakkers in Wageningen. The menu features classic Italian pizzas, freshly prepared and richly topped – just as it should be. The quality of the food was top notch, and the flavours were authentic. It was quiet when we were there, which created a relaxed and cosy atmosphere. The service was incredibly friendly and hospitable. The restaurant exudes a warm, authentic Italian atmosphere, which makes you feel like you are in Italy. Highly recommended for those who love real Italian classics in a lovely setting!

The food was not good because it had the wrong salami which I don't like. And it took a very long time. And the Italian cola was not good.

Het was prima, lekkere pizza, maar het duurde heel erg lang voordat we drankjes en pizza kregen. Personeel jong en ongeïnteresseerd en kwamen niet vragen of we nog wat wilden drinken. Mijn zoontje had margherita met extra peperoni besteld maar kreeg salami met venkel. Maar dat lust hij niet. Jammer. Allemaal net niet .

Pizza was fine and so was the coffee. However, the service was pathetic. It's been a long time since I've experienced such incapable, uncoordinated chaos. Everything took a very long time because of that and the service was way behind.

I haven't felt so welcomed in a long time. The customer is truly king. Friendly, well-mannered, always good eye contact and control. We are very sensitive to such an ambiance! Really great! 👍

Stayed close by for 4 nights, and found this restaurant on our first night, would say one of the best pizzas we have ever had, liked it so much we returned a second time!. Freshly made and generous toppings. Fully recommend visiting.

Possibly one of the best pizza's I've ever had, taste is absolutely superb and the ingredients were exquisite. The salami de fennel was incredible. I've eaten all over Europe including Alfredo's in Rome and this is right up there

This place serves excellent pizza! The indoor dining area is cozy, and there are also outdoor tables for a pleasant al fresco experience. They offer a great selection of wines too.

I thought the tomato sauce on the pizza was too sharp. Pizza should be topped like gorgonzola. There was no taste of it. Service is fine.

Delicious wines and soft drinks, attentive service. When it started to rain lightly, a dry spot on the terrace was proactively cleared for us. Top!

Price-quality ratio is hard to find, staff very poor helpful or arrogant (prefers to be on the phone). Hopeless dining options.

We had a nice evening here and had a delicious meal. Overall, I recommend you have a pizza and a drink here! Here are some additional points of feedback: - Staff was friendly! - Despite it being busy, we didn't have to wait very long and they pushed tables together so that the seven of us could sit. - Pizzas are tasty and authentic, with a price to match. - Tiramisu is very tasty (although pricey). - Not recommended: the 'focaccia romana' is simply baked pizza dough with some herbs (nothing else included, a bit expensive at €4.25) - Not recommended: the 'crust dippers' are 3 small dips consisting of pesto, another sauce and spicy oil (there is also a bottle of the latter on the table), also a bit low for €3.25. - Tip: make 1 side dish from the focaccia and crust dips and be a little more creative with the dips (combining prices also feels a little fairer to the customer). - Atmosphere is cozy and music was nice :) Hope you appreciate the feedback! I would love to come back again.

Pizzas were disappointing. Flat taste. We ordered different pizzas with 5 people so that we could share and compare. Ordered a bottle of red wine (sangiovese) that was definitely not worth 28 euros. Foccacio starter was tasty. Service was enthusiastic and attentive.

Cozy, neat, relaxed and cozy pizzeria. Delicious food! Don't expect overwhelming Domino's flavors, but pure, low-salt, good pizzas with fresh ingredients. Not too big or too small with a deliciously crispy base. Nice Italian beer with it. Our 4-year-old daughter was allowed to knead a piece of dough herself, which was put in the oven to eat. That's nice! Homemade desserts. O.a. tiramisu and organic vanilla ice cream very tasty. Friendly service and the bill wasn't too bad!

Friendly staff, the young lady who served us was very friendly and welcoming and clearly tried to make our evening as enjoyable as possible. The pizzas were delicious. Limited choice, which was an advantage in this case, as the selection of pizzas consisted of some classic combinations of toppings, and some special options. The pizza was delicious. A thin crust with good sauce and flavors. Nicely baked, similar to the Neapolitan style. I've eaten enough pizzas to say that this was one of the better pizzas I've had the pleasure of tasting. Couldn't find any downsides.

I didn't really like the pizza with fennel salami. Felt like there wasn't much cheese on it. The starter was also very salty. The rest of the table was pleased with the pizzas.

Very nice restaurant. Beautiful view into the open kitchen and very friendly staff! In addition to the staff, the food is also important. The Tartufo pizza was very tasty! Delicious thin crust pizzas eaten here. It was nice and quiet until a huge group came to eat at a long table, but we had been warned about this in advance. Nice atmosphere, with a nice view into the kitchen. Service is friendly, calm and attentive and also apologized when dessert and coffee took some time due to the aforementioned large group. Homemade limoncello is super delicious. We personally found the desserts a bit disappointing (tiramisu and calzone with chocolate), but that may be a matter of taste. Due to the thinness of the pizzas, we really had room for dessert, which is often not the case after a pizza. We will definitely come here again!

I think it is a very cozy restaurant and the food was great, the prosciutto d'abruzzo pizza was very tasty. The panne cotta dessert is also highly recommended, all in all a pleasant evening.

A cozy and hip restaurant where you can relax and enjoy a delicious pizza! The tartufo pizza is something different but highly recommended, very tasty!! The play dough for the kids is a super fun extra that keeps them busy while you wait for dinner. Definitely recommended, also for families with (young) children.😊

Went here for dinner on the recommendation of others, delicious pizza (the funghi e planchetta), for dessert the tiramisu was really fantastic, otherwise very friendly staff, will definitely come here more often.

De PizzabakkersWageningen is in a prime location. After a day of shopping you can enjoy delicious pizzas here. My favorite pizza is the Salami pizza. This pizza is topped with fennel salami which gives it a delicious taste. It's also nice that there is a pizza of the month. So plenty of choice. The service is very friendly and you get good help. Been there several times, and the next reservation is already planned.

I ordered pizza from this great restaurant. Was delivered very quickly and was SUPER tasty. Nice delivery person with a good mood. And the pizza was also delicious. And this on a Friday evening, in a word, fantastic.

The restaurant looks very good, I also really liked the atmosphere. What I didn't like was the pizza itself. I saw that there are a lot of good reviews but I have a different opinion. The number of pizzas is sufficient but they are usually vegan or vegetarian, only 2-3 pizzas with meat are available. I ordered salami pizza and unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with it. First, there was (in my opinion) too much salt in tomato sauce and/or salamis. Second, there was no cheese on my pizza. I think the cheese for pizza is very important and necessary. The prices are not so high, not so low, but with this quality and these prices I was disappointed. I even like AH's pizza better. Next time I'd rather choose Sa Lola, where those problems never happened. I hope that with this honest opinion you will be able to improve your restaurant.

I was with my friends in this pizzeria first time and, to be honest, it is last time when I was here. I didn't like pizza at all. It is pity because i really liked the interior of this place and service of waitresses. I ordered pizza Prosciutto d'Abruzzo. It was very sour,no Mozzarella and cherry tomatoes are not baked with pizza. The amount of prosciutto was very low. At the same time, the dough was very good. I didn't know that pizza can be so not tasty. I hope this pizzeria will make some improvements to attract more people because pizza is a main dish here and it should be perfect. Good luck with it!

If you're studying in Wageningen, this is a must-visit. Prices? Affordable! Service? Very kind! Atmosphere? Gezellig! Taste? Magnificent! Especially the fresh homemade red fruit sauce on the pannacotta. Of course, the pizza was delicious too, which went perfectly with the red wine. This is one of my fav restaurants in Wageningen. Top notch :)

The pizzeria recently opened and is still in the "try-out" phase, but there was little sign of this. Everything was already completely fine. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. And the pizzas (with a tasty thin base) were very good. I will definitely come back here!
