Domino's Pizza Wageningen in Centrum

Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 milkshakes. Waited over 100 minutes for the pizzas to arrive, and then they forgot the milkshakes. I called again after 35 minutes, and after some back-and-forth, finally got someone on the line who spoke Dutch, and then the milkshakes were finally delivered. So, a total of 2.5 hours later, two calls, and two delivery drivers before they finally knocked.

The delivery guy was very rude and made many lies to avoid delivering my orders to my place. Unbelievable! Food was ok as always.

Disappointment with a recent order I placed through the Domino’s app. The order was first delayed by about an hour, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold. What made it worse was that, for the first time, the food was really spicy. I called the Wageningen store to address the issue, but unfortunately, the response I received was very rude and dismissive. I was told there was nothing they could do, which I found quite disappointing, especially as I’ve always had good experiences with Domino’s in the past. My €40 order end up in the trash

A disgrace. The pizza didn't have a raised edge but was flat and rock hard, and I think the supposed topping was gone. No, it was a one-off.

Very disappointing! I saved up points for a free pizza, but I can't order it online because they have a minimum order, so you have to order something extra. Yesterday I went to the store in Wageningen and was told I can't order in-store and have to order online. Why offer a free pizza with the points when you have to order something extra? Furthermore, there were two disinterested employees in the store. When a colleague asked if they could help me, one of them sighed and stood there as if he was very reluctant. Finally, another colleague helped me. Worthless company!

The food is disgusting, I am allergic to onions and I clearly stated it but I still got sick from it and the atmosphere there was grim and the employees and the manager are really not nice to you.

Ordered and picked up food today, it should be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 2 hours because it wasn't registered correctly in the system. Unfriendly staff and cheese was missing on 3 pizza slices.

Avoid this place. Food is horrible, very unhealthy, and the company is from the US.

Good location near the bust station. Clean. And smallbplace also to sit and eat. Crew helpful offer discount options....

What a ridiculous and unprofessional service! Never again will I order anything there…First got wrong pizzas delivered from someone else with a receipt with his private details. After another 20 minutes of waiting another Domino delivery person came and brought almost cold pizza with black edges. Tasted like old paper! And the sauce almost forgot…after a conversation got sauce from the order of another customer. Unbelievable!

It often doesn't participate in national promotions. It's a shame, because without those promotions, I definitely wouldn't buy this overpriced junk.

It says 2nd pizza for free, so we thought we would get the 2nd one for free, but they suddenly say yes, then you have to pay extra, which is strange because the 2nd pizza should be free as stated in the advertising and not that you suddenly have to pay more

Decided to leave a negative review for the first time(!!) ever after yesterday's lousy food. Grease drips from the pizzas. Fries were cold. It's all just unbearable. As an extra, you also get serious after-effects on the same evening and the next day. Moral of the story; just order from a real pizzeria, not from a large chain.

Staff always very friendly, but the service you get when you have problems is so bad! Get a different pizza twice, and then still insist that she saw on the cameras that I received the right pizza... if you are in the store in person, the lady manager does not have time to talk about it, but she does have the time to look back at camera images.

The bags were empty which was very inconvenient, we had ordered garlic sauce but did not receive it, and you cannot leave bad reviews in the email, otherwise it will not be sent. Only if you set all smileys to happy can you send it.

During the whole time we were waiting, the sauce fell on the dirty floor, then they picked it up and poured it on the pizza, then the courier from the street in wet clothes did not wash and cut the pizza, the shaft dripped from his stripes into the pizza, complete unsanitary conditions !!!!!!!! !!!!!!

We got pizzas here on Thursday and everything went well. Until one of us had to throw up... but luckily that was it for him! Then someone else became critically ill and unfortunately suffered food poisoning and is still very ill today. She contacted us today...sorry and next time 50% discount? Yes, we definitely want to order again soon after this.. uhh no! Bad service, this should have been resolved differently. **Just to make it clearer, they didn't have anything else to eat that day! What is it about 2 tens that you don't even want to give back... but a coupon with come back next time for a discount while people have become deathly ill from your food! Very bad service!

Pizzza's waren koud en een half uur te laat terwijl ze vroeg in de middag zijn besteld. Bezorgen en personeel is zeer onveschoft. Ik belde om te zeggen dat alles steenkoud was en het personeel zegt ja ik kan u 30% korting geven op een volgende bestelling, maar daar heb ik nu niets aan. Op mijn voorstel om nieuwe pizza's te bezorgen en de oude mee terug te nemen werd niet ingegaan. Schrijf maar een review was het antwoord. Niet ok dit!!!!

Well, the Pizza is a Classic Dominos, but after I ordered i saw, that, the Guy who is putting stuff on all the pizzas didn't wear gloves. I told it to somebody, who seems to be the shiftleader, and after I told him my concerns, he agreed and gave the guy some gloves. After a couple of minutes a new pizza-staff arrived and didn't wear any gloves again. First touched her nose, then the mouth, then the dough of the pizzas... Sorry, but this is not acceptable. Will never eat Here again, it is just desgusting.

Try to place a repeat order. Called 4 times and then agreed to be called back. The delivery person suddenly showed up at the door without the repeat order. Called again, the manager was English according to the employee and then you get a Dutch person on the phone. We were still able to get the repeat order but then pay shipping costs again. Bad service and bad business. It might be useful to hire a good manager and be more customer-oriented. We won't order again.

Ordered food via app. Forgot the garlic sauce, I immediately called to see if it could be added. Employee indicated that he did not know how, the manager was busy so he would call back in 2 minutes. No sooner said than done, manager still in conversation. Called again and asked if they could call us back. Haven't heard anything, delivery man is at the door without garlic sauce. Called again, we didn't get a manager who said he spoke 'English' on the line, but just a Dutchman. Ultimately, they were still able to deliver the sauce, but this added an additional €1.50 in shipping costs. Apparently we are the only ones who have ever placed a repeat order. Nobody knew what to do. Customer service is nothing, you get the feeling as if they are turning you away. Next time we will try the New Yorker, we will never order here again!

Domino's Wageningen is an extremely bad employer. My daughter was "thrown in at the deep end" and poorly guided and informed about how a schedule works, for example. And if she reports that she is unable to attend, there is poor internal communication. I therefore advise young people NOT to work here.

Really really bad! The pizzas had ingredients that were not ordered and the ingredients were very poorly distributed, sauce over the edge and way too much seasoning. In addition, I had called at the back to clearly indicate that the doorbell should not be rung because someone had to get up early. It was said that this would be listened to. This did not happen and the doorbell was rung. Unfortunately, it is not the first time that the delivery people do not look at this. Very dissatisfied.

Delivery person by car deliberately drives extra close to the cycle path through puddles of water to get people wet. Happened to me and several cyclists in front of me. Around 6:15 PM on January 12 by a bearded delivery person.

Super! Pizza was ready exactly on time and tasted delicious. The Veggi Chicken Supreme is highly recommended! Staff was also friendly, great :)

My daughter had ordered pizza for herself and her 2-year-old son, paid for it, but no confirmation was received. Order did not arrive. Something went wrong at the bank. Money was refunded. Bit of a mediocre experience. pizza was delivered but sauce was forgotten, after calling the sauce would be delivered. I asked if this was fast enough so that the pizza did not get cold and everything would be fine. Ended up having to wait way too long and stuck with a cold pizza. They couldn't help us with that because we should have just eaten the pizza. No understanding at all and we should just buy a new one according to the gentleman on the phone.

Pizza is fine, but the staff is put on unsafe scooters and bicycles by Domino's and the branch owner. The branch owner would rather keep a few extra cents than do well for his staff, and you notice that enormously in the service and quality.
