Very tasty, super good, crispy sandwiches and drinks are also great, lots of choice, the service is also fast and friendly.

The cake was incredibly delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was very quaint and cozy (for those who like that sort of thing).

The service was a complete disaster. We waited 40 minutes for kibbeling and fries and in the end only received the kibbeling. After pointing this out to the staff, they became very rude and didn't bring the fries afterwards.

The service is extremely rude. The fries are clearly reheated: old, dry, and not fresh. If you indicate you don't want them or ask for replacements, they react rudely and disrespectfully. Absolutely not a pleasant experience!

A dead place. The food was okay, the atmosphere too, but the service was awful. They forgot our order of two mulled wines and one beer once, apologized when we asked, but then took another 30 minutes to bring it.

The Prosecco was undrinkable, flat and sour. I mentioned this to the waiter, and his response was, "Well, I didn't make it." End of story, disappointing.

We were there for the first time today and were surprised by the location. It was very cozy, the staff friendly, and the breakfast delicious. We'll definitely be back.

I had the kibbeling, a special frikandel, and the special fries. The only thing I found a bit high was the price of €9 for the kibbeling. (One had already been eaten before the picture, so it would have been one more.) I thought the taste was okay; it wasn't bad, but it wasn't outstanding either. If I was hungry and happened to be there, I would eat there normally, but I wouldn't make a detour just for that.

I had a fantastic experience! The service was truly excellent—there was even a young teenager who was super friendly and polite, and really respectful to everyone. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy. Definitely a place I'll return to!

We passed by here while walking the Hertogenpad. We'd already walked quite a few kilometers, so we were in the mood for a drink. It looked cozy. But we'd been sitting there for a while, and no one came. When we asked a woman if we could order, she said, "I'll be right there." It took a long time again. We almost wanted to get up and go to the neighbors. And it wasn't that busy. We ordered anyway and enjoyed a few drinks at our leisure. We wanted to pay, but again, no one was in sight. I walked in, and there they were, just chatting happily. Sorry, but this could definitely be better!

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. The patio was half full. No one was inside. The waitress stopped by several times but didn't ask any questions. She only brought one order to others each time and then left. We had to wait at least 20 minutes for the order to be taken. The coffee and pie were delicious.

The staff were very rude. The young man spilled sauce on me and then sighed when I asked for a towel. I had to go inside because he didn't return and offered me a dirty dishcloth. You have to specify that you don't want the €5 supplement, otherwise you get it and they charge you for it.

A few days ago I visited the place with my mother, and we felt very good... very nice music, atmosphere and excellent attention... but unfortunately today we were an hour ago and one of the waitresses at the beginning attended us a little imposing... we continued and everything very well, at the time of paying my mother was having problems with one of her cards and this girl began to talk to my mother in a way, despotic and unpleasant she seemed stressed or not I don't know yes because we are Latinas that the tract was very unpleasant and yes perhaps racist, what a shame that by people like that, the intention to return to the place is ruined.

It's very popular here and therefore lively. The service is friendly and professional. The coffee is fantastic, as are the snacks. Absolutely the best.

We had delicious mussels; they were truly fantastic, highly recommended. I did miss a sauce with the mussels, though. The fries were also very good. Highly recommended.

Service was completely overwhelmed and unfriendly, even though the place wasn't busy at lunchtime. Not all of the snacks on the menu were available, and the fries were rather average and not Dutch. I can't recommend it and wouldn't go back. Even though the view of the market square is quite nice.

Fresh fries, according to the sign on the facade. I order and then watch a bag of fries being cut open. Then the food arrives and it's shoved into my hands without a word of "enjoy your meal." Move on and go somewhere else.

Very friendly, attentive service (a young, dark-skinned lady), unfortunately we don't know her name. Delicious sandwiches and toast for when you're hungry. With a view of the market, there's always something to look at. We felt comfortable and can recommend you.

Wait for 20 minutes to get simple kibbeling for takeaway, then find out that they lost your order. Then wait more and realize that it still takes another 15 minutes to make. Then try to order one portion of pommes, which is lying right there, going that it will be fast - but it won't.

I had a drink and a bite yesterday. Didn't get any nuts with my drink. No problem. It's a bonus. But half an hour later, when my neighbors had left, their nuts were put on my table. And then I don't need them. Furthermore, I had to wait a really long time for my bittergarnituur and when it arrived it turned out to be a mix of vegetarian and fish garnishes, while I hadn't chosen those. A normal bitterbal or something like that wasn't included. If it's finished, just tell people, but don't fob people off with something else and then beat around the bush when asked.

Disappointing experience: Bad food, tiny portions Our visit to De Sjnats was a bitter disappointment. We ordered special fries and kebbling – both were a disaster. - The fries were the worst I've ever eaten: soggy, tasteless, and absolutely not like Dutch fries. - The kebbling were bland, not crispy, and the portions were ridiculously small. An absolute joke for the price. The service didn't make up for the poor quality. We strongly advise against it! If you're looking for good fast fish food, go elsewhere. Never again!

Recently ordered a Spa red and the waiter (Remco) delivered it without a cap so I asked him how I could know that there was also Spa red (could also have been tap water) in it to which he replied that the cap was never removed from the customer, so I responded that this is normally customary and then he responded with maybe in 1950. Immediately walked away after research it turned out to be the owner. Last time in this rude location and sympathy for the staff who left.

If you like rustic, this is the place for you. The bar with loud mixed music is right on the corner of the market square. The drink/beer selection is super large. The prices for meals are rather hefty considering the size. The way to the toilet is adventurous and not for big people/feet :D

Food was really not tasty, it said fresh kibbeling but it clearly wasn't! and that for 8 to 9 euros for a container with 4 pieces of kibbeling. Fries were okay, order was taken and not even packed or offered to be packed. Not a second time for me unfortunately!

Toast with brie, honey and walnut and a ham and cheese sandwich. A cocktail and a mocktail. Very tasty and also enough for a good lunch. Also a very nice atmosphere on the terrace and very friendly service. We will definitely come back.

Warm up at the preuverie de Sjnats. Still plenty of room inside. A cup of coffee is always welcome. While studying the menu, the soup of the day was recommended. The goulash soup tasted good. A bit too spicy for me. Took a beer to put it out.

We ate a baquete with brie with honey and walnuts. We thought this was a bit on the meager side. Three strips of brie, a little bit of honey and my wife had 1 walnut on it. That's a shame for the price of 10 euros.

Beautiful terrace and delicious soups and sandwiches for our grandchild's pampering day. Everyone was satisfied. And for the whiners about the "unfriendly service", start ordering with a smile. The service was friendly, kind and attentive. Definitely come back here.

Unfortunately service only 1 star! After we were ignored, the waitress reluctantly took our order with an annoyed face when I went to the counter after 30 minutes. When I wanted to go to the counter for the second time because I wanted to ask for lemon with the calamari (that was also on the menu!), I was again “received” in a very unfriendly manner. That was really uncomfortable. Food was ok, but nothing exciting.

Nice place for a beer on the market square.

Went there for the second time and had a very tasty meal again. Also visually very nicely presented. The terrace was full and the waitresses rotated - but the waiting time was totally fine. In the meantime it was nice to people watch. Price/performance really good - of course more expensive compared to Germany, but that's generally the case in the Netherlands.

Nice terrace in Roermond! Well-presented cool drinks, tasty loaded nachos... and an exceptionally friendly young lady with the right catering feelings. Like her, you don't see them often anymore!!!

This morning we ordered 1 coffee and 1 cappuccino from De Sjnats. There was lipstick on the cup of the cappuccino. I indicated this and 1 minute later I received a new cup. When I had taken a sip I saw that this cup also had a lipstick stain. I asked the uninterested employee (long blond hair and glasses) if this was a new head as it had a stain on it again. She confirmed that this was a new headline, but did not respond to my comment. I didn't feel like arguing, so I paid and we left.

Food was good. Very good beer. Nice service.

Super nice location on a beautiful corner between the cathedral and the Roermond market! Many special beers on tap and bottle! Ate Kibbelingen and it was very tasty. Recommended!

Auf dem Weg in die Innenstadt von Roermond sind wir auf dieses gemütliche Lokal aufmerksam geworden. Hauptsächlich gab es nur Snacks (Frikandel, Biterbalen, Pommes etc.) Wir haben uns für 2 x Biterbalen und 1 x Frikandel, jeweils mit Pommes, entschieden und haben es nicht bereut. Obwohl wir gute Esser sind, haben wir nicht alles geschafft. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Durch das schöne Wetter konnten wir gut im Aussenbereich sitzen.

Zur Feierabendstunde im Sommer, Freitags um 21:00 Uhr, haben wir nur schwierig offene Küchen in akzeptabler Preislage entdeckt. So sind wir über den Blickfang der zugehörigen Snackausgabe an der Seite des Gebäudes hier eingekehrt. Sehr chillig, freundliches Personal und lecker Bier. Zu Essen gab es Pommes mit Satehsauce, Fleischkroketten, Fleischkroketten in nettem Design im Lokal. Gerne wieder.
