De Smuller Helmond in Wijk 19 Dierdonk

Three weeks of complaints in a row, I'm done with the Smuller. First week: fries still warm, and the frikadel speciaal is just a regular frikadel when I get home. Second week: fries are good, but the frikadel speciaal is almost cold, and the bear claw doesn't have curry, even though I asked for it. Third week: fries are okay, the frikadel speciaal is almost cold, the bami ball is completely cold on the inside, and instead of a bear claw with curry, I get a meatball with onion, again without sauce. No more Smuller for me; in the space of a year, things have deteriorated dramatically.

Ordered Monday evening at 6:50 PM, and after almost two hours, still nothing. They're not answering the phone either. Never ordering from here again! Update: The order never arrived, and I haven't received a response. I hope I get my money back.

I ordered food on Monday evening at 5:05 PM, and it's now 7:20 PM and nothing has been delivered. When I called, the phone went unanswered. It was all very poor. Unfortunately, I've lost you as a customer. It's quite remarkable that I called a day later to ask what had gone wrong. I spoke to a man who was, to put it mildly, unfriendly. Something had gone wrong with the system and your money had been refunded. Before I could respond, the phone was hung up. Well, Smuller, good luck with your business and customer service.

Horrible, 2.5 hours of reordering and still nothing. No food, no confirmation email, no phone call, nothing! When I called this company, the message said, "Sorry, we can't help you." But we'll call you back. No way. (worth 45 euros) but No more orders from me here.

Thuisbezorgd didn't offer any other way to answer the phone. The kids were now in bed, and after an hour and 45 minutes, a delivery driver showed up at the door. I told them it wasn't necessary anymore; the kids had already had their sandwiches. He couldn't offer a solution, but I could contact Bram... unfortunately, no one answered. I hope I get my €22 back.

He said he'd take care of it. More than two hours later, I received the follow-up delivery; they'd lost the note. Oh well, I opened the bag. I ordered large fries with stew and mayo, but ended up getting small, pathetic fries with a bit of sauce on top, lukewarm again... never again. You should be ashamed of yourself if you sell such quality.

In a word, fantastic, ordered food for a children's party. Ordering was easy by telephone and Bram really thought along with us about the number of snacks and which types and also a good price. Half an hour after delivery they even called to ask if everything was OK and if we needed anything extra. Wow 👍🏻 great service.

We drove here several times a year because of the delicious homemade fries. Went last week and they now have a different “formula”. Drama with ordering via a large screen which doesn't work at all, so I had to order on the tablet. Goulash croquette sandwich 4.50. Would you like mayo and curry plus 2 euros. Almost 7 euros! We also opted for the new homemade fries. Thick weak stems with skin, not easy to chew. This was the last time!

Had to wait almost 2 hours for our order. When it finally arrived one of the fries was missing and we had received the wrong fries. They were supposed to bring it back, but an hour later we still haven't received anything. First and last time I order something here. Oh yeah, and it wasn't really tasty either

Ordered and reserved a High Fries at the Smuller via Social Deal. When we got there around a quarter to 6, we were immediately told that they were closing. Indicated that we had made a reservation and had already paid, to which we received the answer that it did not matter, because they were closing now. The person behind the counter (the owner?) was very unfriendly and showed no understanding. I can't judge the food, because I haven't had it, but in a place where you are treated in such a customer-unfriendly way, I don't even want to eat anymore.

Ordered food via their own website. They are also affiliated with Thuisbezorgd.nl, but they prefer it if they do it via their own website. When we arrived at the time we indicated, our order was not ready. In fact, they weren't even working on it. After that there was no apology and it took another 5 minutes before they started again. High fries, 3 persons: Fries were tasty, there were few mini snacks, 'meager' in terms of quality but plenty of sauces. I'm normally not that critical, the three of us are not, but this was really substandard on several points and therefore not recommended unfortunately. It's a shame and that's why all 3 of us give De Smuller less than 2 stars. Not 7 but 5 mini snacks, one-bite...

Food is fine, but pricey. Since they have an ordering post, I don't go there anymore. Very customer unfriendly if you cannot order personally at the cash register. This is even possible at McDonald's.

Reserved a High Fries via Social Deal for 2 people, when we arrive there the same day, they are only open for takeaway. Our reservation had been accepted, so we thought that was very strange. Still an hour there and back for nothing. Social Deal was nice enough to cancel the reservation and give our money back.

The ordering kiosk is very impersonal and clumsy. Portions seem to be getting smaller and more expensive.

Unfortunately... I was really satisfied with this chip shop until today. Normally you come in, order and be out again in no time. Now there are ordering posts as if it were McDonald's. Nice idea to keep up with the times, but not useful at all. I, at 1.60, have to tap completely beyond my strength and if you have to place an order for an entire family, you are quite busy and searching for everything is not convenient either. Let alone for elderly people who are not familiar with this at all. I see 2x viandel. 1x for 2.50 1x for 2.90 there was no text or anything so I thought well I'll take the 2.90 one, it will probably be bigger. No, when I get home it turns out to be with mayo and curry, which was not mentioned anywhere. My satay sauce was also not included, which I did pay for, and when I asked if I could order at the cash register because I already noticed that the pole was not useful at all, it was not allowed 'because the pole just works anyway'. . Well not for me. Difficult stuff always showed something wrong on the screen. Meatball looked like the picture and apparently it wasn't from the gravy. The food tastes really good, luckily it does, but I won't be able to quickly get fries here anymore.

Yesterday the experience was better than previous times.

Fries in a container in which a bami slice is normally served. 1 tablespoon of stew and half a tablespoon of mayonnaise and 9.40 for 2 of those containers. Too bad because it is a nice location and I would like to eat there more often. We had taken away fries and that was really not enough of a bowl for us, I thought my husband was playing a joke... I want to try to eat at a table in the shop as suggested in the response. .. The container from the previous review is indeed delicious, but I think our container was even smaller. Hope the container size has indeed been adjusted.

De friettent in Dierdonk waar wij de lekkerate frietjes en snacks halen. Je kunt er goed binnen eten of op hun terras. Maar je kunt ook afhalen of op een luie zondag het laten bezorgen. De Smuller is van alle markten thuis. Ze zijn ook super attent, laatst was het heel warm en moest mij man met ons dochtertje even wachten tot alles gereed was. Krijgt ze een gratis soft ijsje. Nou dat is toch service! Lekker frietjes, die haal je bij De Smuller in Helmond!

Onze ervaringen met de Smuller zijn positief. Friet is er altijd lekker en goed, net als de snacks. Prijzen zijn omhoog gegaan, maar dit is begrijpelijk. Dat is overal zo. Soms zit er wel eens een foutje in onze bestelling, dit is menselijk en het wordt altijd keurig door ze opgelost.

Gehaalde friet was niet slecht. Voor 2 personen friet gehaald voor €10 ex snacks. Personeel heerlijk behulpzaam. Bijzonder, laatste keer geweest. Voor dat geld is het elders 2x zoveel, 4x zo goed… Reactie: haha, denk dat je me vergist voor een ander. Leuk deze reactie te krijgen… staat lekker op het internet! Santé 🤣 oplichters…

Was wel redelijk. Pak je eten en ga maar weer weg is het gevoel wat je kreeg. Niet bijzonder vriendelijk. Friet was niet doorbakken.

Fijne snackbar met het beste softijs uit de omgeving. Friet en snacks zijn prima. Zou alleen mooi zijn als ze een nieuwe inrichting binnen en buiten krijgen.

2x besteld zeer tevreden, 3e keer wachten op bestelling alles al betaald. na dik een uur zelf bellen niemand te pakken kunnen krijgen, niks op de site te lezen, erachter komen dat ze dicht zijn is echt zeer slecht.
