We wanted to order something for pickup. Couldn't do it... if you have Trudy on the line, you'd better hang up immediately. Very unfriendly, nothing could be picked up, and when we wanted delivery, they made a fuss and eventually hung up. The food isn't good here anyway and your order always arrives super late. The only thing good here is the cheesy fries, nothing else. Don't order anything here! Unfriendly staff and just hangs up the phone! Just because they were busy.

I hesitated for a long time to order. I regret not doing it sooner because this is just good stuff. Don't believe everything they say, just give it a try; it arrives at your door quickly and it's warm. I'm glad they are located in the old village, nice and close by. I will definitely order more often.

We ordered both chicken and beef burgers, and they were delicious—fresh, tasty, and very satisfying. The highlight for us was the fries, especially the waffle fries, which were absolutely fantastic. In addition to the usual soft drinks, they offer some extra drink options that you don’t commonly find elsewhere. I tried the Cherry Sprite, and it was excellent—definitely worth ordering. It’s a cloud kitchen, so you order online and either pick up your food or have it delivered, which makes the whole process very convenient. Great food, good variety, and excellent for a late-night meal. Highly recommended!

This restaurant was a huge disappointment. The food was absolutely not tasty and did not seem fresh at all. Some dishes tasted as if they had been prepared long in advance. Additionally, the wait time was extremely long; we had to wait much longer than usual, even when it wasn't even that busy. There were also issues with the orders. My order was processed incorrectly, and in the end, I even had to pay twice for the same food. The staff did not seem well-organized, and no real solution was offered. Overall, the service was poor, the food was not fresh, and the whole experience was very frustrating. I will certainly not be coming back here, and I do not recommend this restaurant either.

The burger was expensive at 10.75, a bit dry but tasty. I asked for extra sauce but found it meager. The cheesy fries with BBQ sauce and onion were delicious! But for 5.25, I expected a bit more. Overall, it was very expensive, and I'll choose a different snack bar next time.

Friendly staff, helpful, and the food was delicious. We arrived around 10:40 PM and weren't sure if we were at the right place. Then two people approached us and asked if we wanted to order. We agreed, and it was easy to do so online. The website said it would be ready at 10:50 PM. At exactly 10:50 PM, the friendly man arrived with our order and even brought it to us while we waited in the car. Highly recommended.

Snackbox Urk is unique, they have their own menu and products, not a standard snack bar that we have known for years. I hope they can continue to grow and that eating on location will also be made possible.

I don't really understand why there are so many bad reviews, this tent recently appeared on home delivery and my partner and I thought "why not?" Since then we have had good food every time. Some products look eerily similar to McDonalds and other competitors, so maybe they have the secret formula hidden somewhere. Where to start. Ordered at 8am and only received 3 hours later. The fries were a mix of raw and well done. The box it came in was slippery with grease. There was no bacon on the fries, and I think the cheese comes from TaTa steel. There were only 13 chicken nuggets, which should have been 20. The hamburger had completely fallen apart and had become completely soggy in its box. I think the delivery person chose an off-road route. Immediately explains why it took so long.

Disappointing Experience at De Snackbox I deeply regret having to share my recent experience with The Snackbox, but I feel it is important to inform other potential customers of my unpleasant experience. I was hoping for a tasty and satisfying meal, but unfortunately my visit was anything but that. First of all I would like to emphasize that the quality of the meat was far from fresh. It was clear that no attention had been paid to selecting high quality meat. The meat seemed old and dry, and completely lacked the juiciness and flavor you would expect from a dish like this. This was a big disappointment as fresh meat is a fundamental aspect of a good meal. The chicken I ordered was not only dry and tasteless, but also noticeably dark in color. This clearly indicates a lack of care and attention during the preparation process. Dark and dried out chicken cannot be considered acceptable, especially when your customers have paid for a quality meal. And then the sauce... If I could, I would dedicate the entire chapter to the miss that was the sauce. It seemed like the sauce came straight from a packet and was added without any effort. The taste was artificial and overpowering, ruining the entire meal. Sauce can take a dish to the next level, but in this case it had the opposite effect. Additionally, I noticed that the overall presentation of the delivery person's meal left much to be desired. It seemed as if little attention had been paid to preparing the dish and carefully packaging it. Let's just put it in a box and put the lid on... Let's first start with the delivery, it was very bad, we ordered at half past 9 and after an hour of waiting it finally arrived after calling 7 times where it stayed where it was only answered the 7th time. it was ordered at the quietest time ever and it takes you an hour to make an order? In my head that's not right and it wasn't even a difficult order. When the order finally arrived, we received the order from the alexiahof, after 5 minutes the delivery person came back to pick up the food and exchange it for ours. After ten minutes (fifteen minutes) the delivery was there again and we received our order COLD. I don't know what the delivery person had done or how long our order had been there, but it was as if it had been put in the freezer for a while. We got 2 cheese bacon fries and a cheese burger box of which there was no bacon with the fries and no cheese on the cheese burger. The cheese on the fries was dirty and chemically inedible after 5 fries were thrown straight into the bin, my girlfriend had actually eaten the hamburger and after half an hour she lay on the couch feeling sick, I don't feel great either. There was nothing good to report about snack box urk, the food took 2 hours before we received it, we tried to contact them to ask where it was, but then they did not answer several times, and the food was also cold and greasy. the crispy chicken was soft and wet + the crispy chicken burger was just a supermarket chicken schnitzel, the chicken nuggets were also like rubber, we ordered cheese bacon fries and then there was no bacon on them and the cheese was very chemical. Well I'm going to be honest about my experience. Ordered two weeks ago during the weekend at night. It took a long time, the food was weak, of poor quality and the delivery people are not friendly. If you then call to report this, they laugh at you rudely and respond to you as if you are unwell. It wasn't a fun experience and I felt bad afterwards.

Overall I wouldn't order from here, with the only exception being if it was late at night after a night of drinking. If you do order here, I would go for the chicken dishes, mainly the chicken pieces. The fries taste like MC Donald's fries that have been heated up in the microwave. Nasty
