We had ordered but waited almost 2 1/2 hours for it to be delivered, the food was very cold and not very tasty, which is a shame.

Had a super tasty burger at Snackbox Urk. The cheesy fries were also really great: tasty sauce and perfectly cooked. Friendly service and quickly ready.

We received a voucher through the letterbox. Well ordered fries and burgers. The chicken burger and the quarter pounder were very good. Tasty meat. And the fries were nice and salty, and came with a sauce identical to the Mac. Very tasty food.

I don't really understand why there are so many bad reviews, this tent recently appeared on home delivery and my partner and I thought "why not?" Since then we have had good food every time. Some products look eerily similar to McDonalds and other competitors, so maybe they have the secret formula hidden somewhere. Even when something went wrong with the order, we were promptly called and informed and we could choose an alternative. Underrated spot!

Those things were so salty that I had to look for them with a magnifying glass 🔍. And when I finally found them, they were as limp as a wet newspaper 📰. He handed me the snack box without saying a word, looked at me like I was his personal nightmare, and disappeared into thin air 😒🏃‍♂️. I have never seen anyone so rude and uninterested in their work! And let's talk about the portions. If I needed a magnifying glass to find the fries, I probably needed one to find the rest of the snacks in that box, too. It was like they did everything they could to put as little in that box as possible! 😡🍔 And then the prices! I felt like I had just had my wallet robbed by a gang of snack criminals. For the price I paid, I expected at least a snack feast, but what I got was a snack nightmare! 💸🤯 In short, if you are looking for bland fries, rude delivery people, small portions and high prices, then the snack box in Urk is the perfect place for you! But if you like good food and want to spend your hard-earned money on something better, please look elsewhere! 👎🤣😭 I'll go to the Galley again next time. Much better, the reviews also prove it.

Where to start. Ordered at 8am and only received 3 hours later. The fries were a mix of raw and well done. The box it came in was slippery with grease. There was no bacon on the fries, and I think the cheese comes from TaTa steel. There were only 13 chicken nuggets, which should have been 20. The hamburger had completely fallen apart and had become completely soggy in its box. I think the delivery person chose an off-road route. Immediately explains why it took so long.

I was hoping for a tasty and satisfying meal, but unfortunately my visit was anything but that. First of all I would like to emphasize that the quality of the meat was far from fresh. It was clear that no attention had been paid to selecting high quality meat. The meat seemed old and dry, and completely lacked the juiciness and flavor you would expect from a dish like this. This was a big disappointment as fresh meat is a fundamental aspect of a good meal. The chicken I ordered was not only dry and tasteless, but also noticeably dark in color. This clearly indicates a lack of care and attention during the preparation process. Dark and dried out chicken cannot be considered acceptable, especially when your customers have paid for a quality meal. And then the sauce... If I could, I would dedicate the entire chapter to the miss that was the sauce. It seemed like the sauce came straight from a packet and was added without any effort. The taste was artificial and overpowering, ruining the entire meal. Sauce can take a dish to the next level, but in this case it had the opposite effect. Additionally, I noticed that the overall presentation of the delivery person's meal left much to be desired. It seemed as if little attention had been paid to preparing the dish and carefully packaging it. Let's just put it in a box and put the lid on... Let's first start with the delivery, it was very bad, we ordered at half past 9 and after an hour of waiting it finally arrived after calling 7 times where it stayed where it was only answered the 7th time. it was ordered at the quietest time ever and it takes you an hour to make an order? When the order finally arrived, we received the order from the alexiahof, after 5 minutes the delivery person came back to pick up the food and exchange it for ours. After ten minutes (fifteen minutes) the delivery was there again and we received our order COLD. I don't know what the delivery person had done or how long our order had been there, but it was as if it had been put in the freezer for a while. We got 2 cheese bacon fries and a cheese burger box of which there was no bacon with the fries and no cheese on the cheese burger. The cheese on the fries was dirty and chemically inedible after 5 fries were thrown straight into the bin, my girlfriend had actually eaten the hamburger and after half an hour she lay on the couch feeling sick, I don't feel great either. There was nothing good to report about snack box urk, the food took 2 hours before we received it, we tried to contact them to ask where it was, but then they did not answer several times, and the food was also cold and greasy. the crispy chicken was soft and wet + the crispy chicken burger was just a supermarket chicken schnitzel, the chicken nuggets were also like rubber, we ordered cheese bacon fries and then there was no bacon on them and the cheese was very chemical.
