You order a combination deal and a pizza. You get the time that you can pick it up. Only the fries and snack are ready and the pizza still has to go in the oven. Nice planning. When you get home you discover that the pizza should still go in the oven. Next time I will think twice before I order something again, also after reading previous negative experiences

Selling vouchers that state that they can be redeemed online or by phone, but this is not possible at all. Furthermore, no solution is thought of and the delivery person is instructed not to accept the voucher. Such a shame. But to end it positively: the pizzas were delicious!

Wrong name was called when ordering. When I said it was probably for me, the answer was negative. Fifteen minutes later, another employee picked up the bag and called my name. When I told him the story he said, there's nothing we can do about that. I had a bag of cold stuff and threw it in the trash when I got home. I would like to post a positive response. But I don't know anything about a positive outcome so far. So I wait.

I regularly visit Snack-Plaza Willem de Boer and I can say: this is really the best snack bar in the region. The atmosphere is always cozy, the staff is friendly, and the quality of the food is consistently high. The fries are deliciously crispy and the portions are always good, you get value for your money. The burgers are great, well filled and always fresh. What I especially appreciate is that you are helped quickly, even when it is busy. You've come to the right place for a tasty snack and a nice atmosphere!

The business is really becoming run down, it is run by children who joke with each other. We were 2 people to eat on site on Saturday December 7. After 50 minutes (!) of waiting, 1 person's order came. After another fifteen minutes (so after more than an hour of waiting!) the next order arrived, meaning the other had already finished it. My order was cold, satay was cold, chicken was cold and the fries were cold. I just left, didn't feel like waiting another hour. After speaking to staff you are treated with indifference, staff are not interested in anything and are purely there for the money. I won't come here anymore! Then the hygiene, all the tables were extremely dirty, there were food scraps everywhere on the floor and the trash cans were overflowing with waste. Apparently no one on the staff took care of this. I can only conclude that this place is run by children (as far as I could see) with no sense of responsibility.

we bought a family bag of fries with a tub of mayonnaise to eat here with three cheese soufles then waited a while we received a packed bag so we exchanged it again we got a full bag of fries with three cheese soufles on a tray but there was no mayonnaise so we went back and said that we would still like that, and we received a container with very little mayonnaise. And then I asked for more but then had to pay more, but I just made do with it. Ordered at 7am and still nothing at 9am. Called 4 times and there was no answer (20 minutes in total), I would strongly advise against it as it often takes that long, but this is just bad service. Would never order from here. Much better other things on urk. Update: finally arrived at 9:30 am. Spring roll was full of frying fat and that pizza was just not tasty at all.

Very bad waiting more than hours for your order if you opted for home delivery. If you want to eat your food there, your order is not complete, the person who has fries and such has finished eating and the person with the pizza has yet to start because the order is not prepared at the same time. Quality when they are very busy is also less soggy fries, abundance of sauce. Order arrives at home lukewarm to cold when delivered. If you talk to them about it, yes, we are very busy and have a shortage of staff, then you have to hire staff, but in the meantime don't do that, my nephew is 16, almost 17, has applied for a job and doesn't even get a response back or anything. Don't turn the problem of having too few staff into the customer's problem.

We ended up here by chance after a trip on the IJsselmeer. We were very satisfied from the moment we ordered until we ate the food. We even received free sauces with our order. Please don't look at the bad reviews, it's worth a visit.

As a loyal customer who places an order at Snackplaza every week, I can now say that we will no longer return here with our friends. Orders are regularly delivered incorrectly, cold or incomplete. Also this afternoon. Now it was only a cup of sauce that was missing, after telephone contact we were told that the sauce would be delivered. It's now been an hour, but still no sauce in sight.

Al ruim een half uur was ik aan het twijfelen wat en waar ik zou bestellen. Ik had ontzettend veel honger maar het was zo moeilijk kiezen. Uiteindelijk besloot ik bij Snack Plaze te bestellen en voor een halve kip met saté, een patatje speciaal en een milkshake chocolade te kiezen. Het nummer hoefde ik niet op te zoeken, na een aantal malen bellen vergeet je dit niet meer. En al snel klonk het bekende wachtmuziekje aan de andere kant van de lijn en vertelde de vervelende ingesproken stem me dat ik ook via de app of website kan bestellen. Gelukkig hoefde ik niet lang te wachten en begroette een vrolijke stem aan de andere kant me netjes. De halve kippen waren op dus moest ik in alle vlucht iets anders kiezen. De keuze viel op een kippenschnitzel. In mijn hoofd vormde al het beeld van een flinke schnitzel met kipkruiden en mayonaise waar het vet uitsijpelt en mijn maag begon te rommelen bij het idee. Ik bevestigde mijn adres en beeindigde het gesprek waarmee het wachten begon. Na 20 minuten kwam een van mijn vrienden een kijkje bij me nemen. We dronken een aantal biertjes en ongeveer 30 minuten later vertrok hij weer omdat hij op doorreis was. Ineens schoot me mijn bestelling te binnen en tot mijn ontzetting realiseerde ik me dat deze nog steeds niet bezorgd was. Ik stond buiten te roken terwijl mijn bezoeker op de fiets stapte en pakte net mijn telefoon om nog maar eens achter mijn bestelling aan te bellen toen het brommertje van de Snack Plaza de hoek om kwam. De bezorger was vriendelijk en op zijn werk heb ik niets aan te merken. Hij kan het tenslotte niet helpen dat zijn baas slechts 15 jarige meisjes in de keuken zet en geen geld wil betalen om een leidinggevende die er voor zorgt dat er ook daadwerkelijk wat gebeurt. Maar goed, ik had honger en dus was ik al lang blij dat mijn eten er was. Toen ik het zakje van mijn kippenschitzel openscheurde maakte die blijdschap echter al snel plaats voor hele andere emoties. Als een schnitzel al in een patatbakje past is het voor mij geen 3 euro waard. Sterker nog, ik heb echt moeten zoeken voor mijn schnitzel want m'n vierkante centimeter kip bleek onder het bakje te liggen. Kipkruiden waren er niet opgedaan en in de ene hap die nodig was om het stukje kip te verorberen kon ik nog net opmaken dat de schnitzel veel te lang gebakken was. Ik heb medelijden met het kuikenembryo van waaruit ze dit stukje kip hebben gehaald. Mijn patat was al niet veel beter. De aardappels hadden gillend de grond terug in gekropen als ze hadden geweten dat ze zouden eindigen als de patat die ik in mijn bakje aantrof. De patat was evenals de schnitzel verbrand en zoutloos. Uiteindelijke heb ik het halve bakje de vuilnisbak ingeklapt. Maar vooruit, misschien is mijn milkshake lekker. NEE! Ik moest zuigen als een onderbetaalde rechtenstudente op de wallen in amsterdam om er wat uit te krijgen. (Niet beledigend bedoeld José). De ijzige smakeloze drap die uit m'n rietje kwam was op geen enkele manier milkshake te noemen. Samengevat is de kwalitiet van het eten, de service en de uitstraling bij Snack Plaze een groot drama. Ooit zijn ze als beste snackbar van nederland bestempeld maar het is mij geheel duidelijk waarom ze nu niet eens meer in de lijst worden meegenomen. TL;DR Ik bestel er niet meer!

Net een patat gehaald en loempia, en een wrap met kip. ze waren de wrap vergeten klaar te maken, ik hoorde ze al onderling dit tegen elkaar zeggen. conclusie: koude patat en loempia

Service moet beter, werd compleet genegeerd, er kon geen knikje of hallo vanaf. Er waren maar 2 klanten, stond al een tijdje te wachten, toen maar via de bestelzuil besteld, werknemers stonden met elkaar te kletsen. Smaak was prima

Lekker eten laten bezorgen op het werk maar helaas weer geen vorkjes en servetten.

Afgelopen woensdag heeft een jongen die daar werkt 2 meiden vreselijk gekleineerd. Klant zei er iets van en de medewerker is ongelooflijk tekeer gegaan op hem. Meer klanten begonnen zich te bemoeien met het feit dat de jongen daar zich zo gedroeg tegenover de meiden en tegenover de klanten. Ik hoop dat hij wel aangepakt word. Een paar klanten zie je verlopig niet meer terug plus meneer die het opnam voor de meiden (vaste klant) zal niet meer terug komen. Er is vast genoeg personeel te vinden wat beter omgaat met zijn collega's en klanten Het eten is wel goed. Niks verkeerds naar de snackbar zelf.

Het eten was snel bezorgd het was wel een beetje koud en er zaten ongebakken stukjes kip in de kipnuggets hierdoor is mijn 3 jarige dochter overleden wegens salmonela vergiftiging de besteling was overigens wel snel bezorgd dus ik geef het een 5 sterren revieuw

Oh, waar moetik mee beginnen De pizzas zijn GEWELDIG Service is top, ook hygiëne is hier belangrijk en de medewerkers zijn daar heel nauwkeurig op Sfeer is goed, alleen zijn de stoelen/banken niet aan te raden, als je bestelt haal het af en eet het thuis.

Heel mooie snackbar qua interieur, wordt vriendelijk geholpen. Bezorging kan savonds best lang duren, afhankelijk van drukte. Patat is minder lekker, bestel ik liever niet hier.
