Always delicious, and open on Sundays, unlike the rest of Hillegom. A great lunch spot.

We ate there yesterday, but it took an hour and 10 minutes to get our two Mexican pancakes! I thought the wait was really long...but they were delicious, that's for sure, and the friendly staff really can't do anything...

Delicious spareribs eaten, friendly service. We could sit outside. You are on the road but we did not find that disturbing. Everything was neat and fresh.

Absolutely recommended! Nice, courteous staff and the food was great. As a starter we had a “mixed platter” for 2 people. A dream! There is even a great play area for kids. The atmosphere is right and the toilets are clean.

I've been a customer here for years and the food is always great. Over the years I have tasted almost everything on the menu and all the dishes are delicious! Large portions, standard with a tasty salad or fries. Really my favorite place for lunch and dinner. Nice atmosphere and the staff is always very friendly.

Honestly, it's the first time I've been so impressed by how delicious the pancakes are there. And what a huge choice! It is also very nice to eat there with friends and family. Children will have a great time in the play corner. 10/10 for me!

The food was tasty, service friendly. halfway through the evening 12 men came take over the restaurant completely. The audio system was taken over after two minutes, the atmosphere and music immediately changed to barn level. After a number of comments, no changes were made by the staff during the evening. This really ruined the evening for us.

High tea met 31 personen voor verjaardag moeder 90 jaar! Heerlijke aparte hapjes, gezellige afgebakende ruimte in het restaurant wat zelfs al versierd was. Gezellig gedekte tafels. Super lieve meiden in de bediening. Echt genoten!

Delicious meal on the terrace. Recommended: steak 'de Soete' and pancake 'Partijtje Hillegom'. For dessert, the Soete crepe was a delicious ending. Nice spontaneous service. We will definitely come and eat more often!

Twelve people of us went here for lunch on the outdoor terrace. The meals; Pancake, meal salad, salmon sandwich or dessert were all well prepared and tasty. Staff and also the chef are very friendly and helpful. This restaurant is definitely worth repeating.

On the very last moment we wanted to have a bite and found this restaurant. We called and it was no problem to come that eveming. Surprisingly, after arriving we heard they had an all you can eat Valentine tappas menu, which obviously took. And it was a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and all of the dishes were very delicious. They even had some craft beers. Although it was very crowded, the dishes did not take very long. Also the toilets were clean and tidy. A real gem this restaurant.

Nice place to go with kids and their menu is tasty, both the pancakes as the normal dishes are quite nice. There is a play corner for kids with a fully equipped play kitchen. The present at the end makes it even a better experience for the kids

Nice atmosphere, it was chilly inside. Heater system did not work properly.

The drinks were great and the service was top notch. Thijmen behind the bar was very good and Yara and Meike did a great job. Definitely come here again.

Warm and comfortable, De Sorted Suikerbol fits right into the quaint town of Hilegom. The service and the food was beyond great!

Heerlijk gegeten, gezellige sfeer, zeer vriendelijke bediening. Fijne kaart, ook als je vegetarisch wilt eten. Hier al een paar keer gegeten en is altijd goed. Ik kom hier zeker nog vaker terug!

Te jong personeel die niet goed zijn opgeleidt

Binnen gegeten met een groep van 12 op een warme nazomerse dag. Jammer dat wij verdeeld over 2 tafels moesten zitten en er niet 1 lange tafel beschikbaar was. De jonge vriendelijke bediening door erg zijn best maar mist nog de routine en het overzicht om een grotere groep te bedienen. De verschillende gangen en ook het drinken werden met groot verschil in tijd opgediend en soms ook vergeten. Het eten was erg smakelijk met als voorbeelden de salade vis, biefstuk, sate, hamburger en fish and chips. De bijgerechten waren ook smakelijk zoals de salade en friet.

Gisteren heerlijk gegeten; ik had de Italiaanse pannenkoek, zeker een aanrader! Leuke menukaart, niet te duur. Ze hebben zelfs een 3-gangen menu voor 30 euro. De bediening was goed en het eten werd snel opgediend.

Super gegeten. Eten was weer erg goed. E de service is op en top! Mensen die echt werken om een geweldige avond voor je te maken. Dit was de 3de keer voor ons en we gaan hier nog zeker vaker heen.

Hele fijne gelegenheid, lekker eten ook een hele goede sfeer met kinderen, speelhoek met veel speelgoed,schone toiletten, kortom: heel erg de moeite waard!!

Heerlijke glutenvrije pannenkoek. We kunnen buiten zitten met se lekker weer.

Helemaal top. Onze complimenten, wat een team. Ondanks de drukte van de bloemencorso heerlijk geluncht.

Heerlijk pannenkoek met spek en kaas gegeten en een twaalf uurtje. Goede presentatie. Fijne sfeer, vriendelijk personeel.

De pannenkoeken die we besteld hadden waren zoals altijd. Héél erg lekker.

Een heerlijke avond gehad! Bediening is erg vriendelijk, er is genoeg naar drinken gevraagd en het eten was echt super! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 😍

We eten hier regelmatig een smakelijke maaltijd. Gezellige inrichting, zeer vriendelijke en vaardige mensen in de bediening, een aparte kinderhoek en bij lekker weer een terras aan de voorzijde omringd door glas, dus al snel behaaglijk. Het eten is van zeer goede kwaliteit en ook goed betaalbaar. Zeker het bezoeken waard!

Een heerlijk restaurant. Sfeervol ingericht. Heel vriendelijke bediening. 25 maart in de middag een feestje gehad in het restaurant. Perfect georganiseerd door eigenaar en personeel. Alles een aanrader om bij de Soete Suikerbol de lunchen of te dineren.

Krijg ik 9 minuten voor afgesproken tijd een email dat het 15 minuten langer gaat duren. Maar dan ben je al onderweg. Kom je thuis heb je koude patat en een ijskoude wat zurige pannenkoek. 2 pannenkoeken waren wel warm. Je kunt er beter gaan zitten. Even geen online meer voor ons

Heerlijk gegeten en een vrolijke goede bediening! Menu kaart heeft keuzes zat, zowel pannenkoeken als bv snitzel. Goede prijzen ook, niet te duur.

We hebben voor 4 man eten besteld. De hamburgers waren onwijs lekker en groot genoeg om als volwaardige maaltijd te voldoen. De klassieke pannenkoek was top en de gamba’s overheerlijk. We hebben genoten dus: SUPER THANKS en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Dikke tien.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, en er is een verrassend grote kaart. Wij komen hier als we in de buurt zijn graag, met of onze keinkinderen. Lekker ongedwongen sfeertje.
