De Waterkant in Stappegoor

Most expensive to get started. then had to wait 54 minutes for our food and then the frikandel and croquette we had ordered turned out to be cold. Terrible tent if you go swimming at Stappegoor you better bring your own food

It takes 35 minutes to serve 1 burger and 2 croquettes on a quiet day and then I ask where is it and then get an angry employee who says I don't have time

Had to wait an hour (without exaggerating) to order, then another half hour for the order and they had forgotten half of it. What a drama.

Worthless customer service. Being sent away from standing next to the bar (!) during swimming lessons because my two-year-old child was playing in the play corner there. Should only be there if I bought a drink 🤪

The staff here is not friendly, you are snubbed if you hang your towel over the chair, the staff can also ask if you want to order food here or if you have brought your own food, you have to eat it somewhere else, we came to order food there. the hamburger was undercooked, the fries were too salty and also very weak, the gentleman behind the counter was not friendly. And it takes a very long time before you get your food. With such a large swimming pool like Stappegoor, you have to invest heavily in terms of staff. The municipality of Tilburg must do something about this. The catering point is nice. But it must be neat, friendly and properly prepared according to the catering law, food poisoning was lurking here. I think if a little more staff is deployed, the staff will become friendlier and the food will also be served a little better, this could become a very nice tent and many visitors will not want to walk away.

Had a short end to a swim with my daughter here a few times. Enjoy a nice snack and a nice beer. It's nice that the range includes Belgian specialty beers.

Fries undercooked, extremely high prices. Croquette also tasteless. The only star is for the friendly staff.
