The lettuce on my Double Crunch Burger was clearly not fresh: limp, wet, and partially brown. It looked truly unappetizing and doesn't belong in freshly prepared food. After reporting the problem, I thankfully received a different, better burger. I appreciate that, because the staff resolved the issue promptly. Still, I believe these kinds of mistakes shouldn't happen. Ingredients like lettuce should always be checked before serving.

I had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes for my order. The screen that shows “in preparation” and “ready for pickup” wasn’t working, but nobody informed customers. I went to the counter several times to ask because the screen showed my order as ready, and every time they told me, “It’s not ready… that screen doesn’t work, we’ll call you.” It got so late that I finally asked to speak with someone who seemed to be a supervisor. She was genuinely surprised when I explained that I had been waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and only then did they try to fix the situation. After all this time, I asked to take my order to go, and not only did I have to wait way too long, but they even gave me the wrong fries something I didn’t order. Terrible service. I would give zero stars if Google allowed it.

Went there last night with my husband and it was the worst KFC we’ve ever eaten, was cooked in old oil and the chicken was greyish almost, we knew then it wasn’t good but we’re very hungry. Today, both of us got sick and vomited everything without having eaten anything else since besides that. Do not recommend at all !

How awful. I waited half an hour for my food while the people I was with, who had ordered immediately, had already had theirs for 20 minutes. Everyone after me got theirs first. The staff showed absolutely no interest in the customers; they just stood with their backs to the counter. Unworthy of KFC, unfortunately.

Basically, it's a KFC as you'd expect. However, I'm used to much better service than at this branch. I noticed the following shortcomings: KFC guests also have to pay extra to use the restroom. During the ordering process, you could choose whether you wanted your food delivered to your table. However, there weren't any required license plates in the holder, so that wasn't possible. Perhaps just a warning. The KFC doesn't have its own parking spaces.

The fries are cardboard-like and cold. The bread is bone dry. The chicken tenders are limp and not crispy.

Don't go there when they're about to close. They make you pay for a burger, give you a bag with just fries, and when you go back, the kitchen is closed. Scammed by the staff.

A truly terrible experience at KFC Tilburg I'm deeply disappointed and angry after my recent visit to KFC in Tilburg. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish, and I feel like I just threw my money down the drain. Firstly, we had to wait an incredibly long time for our order, which is incomprehensible for a fast-food chain. When we finally got our food, it was ice cold, as if it had been sitting there for hours. The fries were limp and tasteless, and the chicken was dry and tough. As if this wasn't bad enough, it was also ridiculously expensive for the abominable quality we received. The biggest shock, however, came the next morning: we both got sick from the food. I don't know what was wrong, but the symptoms of food poisoning were undeniable. This wasn't just a low point for fast food; it was a health hazard. I strongly advise against eating here. I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

A truly terrible experience at KFC Tilburg. The chicken was dry and small, almost just bone and breadcrumbs. Plus, there was still chicken hair on the skin 🤢. The oil seemed old, and the chicken didn't taste fresh at all. The restaurant's hygiene was also poor: the restrooms were filthy and the tables dirty. Absolutely not worth the price. I'll never come back.

Went there again last weekend. Fries were cold. Double chicken and cheese burger was good and tasty. Drinks were fine too. Not too much ice cream, which was nice. Other fast food restaurants often put in more than half the amount of ice cream; yuck.

KFC is supposed to close at 11pm and I went there and it was 10:15pm when I got there and the doors were closed. What a disappointing KFC! It still had to be another 45 minutes, watch your time, you blind guys.

The restaurant closes everything 10 minutes beforehand and refuses to help. The website says open until 11 PM, but the staff ignores that. When you point out that the website says they're still open, the only response you get is, "Yes, but we're closed."

Super slow, almost an hour waiting. All the staff in the kitchen or at the bar don't clean the tables, and no one collects the trays. It took them a while to serve me because they didn't have serving trays and were only taking takeout orders. When they collected the trays, they had to wash them, and we had to wait for them to be washed... Last time I'll come to this place.

I noticed that 2 burgers were missing. I went to ask for it and got the missing 2. At home I saw that 2 fries were also missing. Do I have to check everything carefully every time? Maybe it would be easier if customers packed their own orders. Start hiring people who can do basic math. After filing a complaint I got a ridiculous discount - a whole 5% on orders, not even half of the amount I paid for the missing orders. Well let's start by saying that I am very disappointed. My boyfriend and I wanted to eat something nice so we went to KFC. Simple and quick we thought. We both ordered at the same time so that we would get it at the same time and could eat it together. We also ordered the same thing by the way. Very disappointing experience at KFC Tilburg Upon arrival everything seemed quiet, but unfortunately the staff was more busy chatting than helping customers. Our order was left uncovered in an open bag on the counter for over fifteen minutes, while it was visibly ignored. Only after asking three times (!) kindly did we get our food, which had become cold in the meantime. To make matters worse, the milkshake had also fallen over and the bag was completely wet and sticky. It's a real shame that orders and customer service are handled so carelessly. Hopefully something will be done about this.

It is very special that after my bad experience yesterday I now look at the review and to my surprise see many similar experiences. And then also many reactions that everything is being done to improve the service. But I didn't see any of that yesterday, I spent 35 euros on food for 3 people and certainly had to wait more than half an hour, my son who had to pee and had to pay for the toilet. All the people who ordered after us had their food faster than us, whereupon you walk to the counter and ask where the order is. And you get the answer that you have to wait until it is called. Okay that's fine but madam is that tray with my budget and does it already have chicken in it? Yes that is your order but we wait until everything is ready and then you are called, so your chicken has been waiting on the tray for at least 20 to 25 minutes. I also find that very dangerous and the icing on the cake is that my son and I also got sick today. In short, I will never go there again when I see all the reviews and the reactions that everything is being done to improve. If that goes at the same pace as in the restaurant, it could take a while, I am really angry and disappointed!!! Unfortunately not a pleasant experience at this KFC. Very poor customer service and unfriendly employees. Most of the staff does not speak Dutch. It took a very long time before we received the food and they still forgot part of the order. The icing on the cake is that as a paying customer you have to pay €0.70 separately to use the toilet. Scandalous!
