Absolutely terrible, ordered a food delivery for 1 person, waited 2 HOURS ONLY TO GET EVERYTHING COLD!

I placed an order with KFC via Thuisbezorgd. The order indicates that it has been delivered, but I have received nothing. I reported to Thuisbezorgd that I hadn't received anything, but they refuse to help me further because the delivery has been completed. I called KFC myself, but they are unwilling to help and say the problem lies with Thuisbezorgd. However, I did pay, and received nothing. So, only go to this KFC if you have too much money and no appetite.

The most unfriendly and filthy place. Where I have ever eaten. Even the food was hard and dirty, just like it had been fried in old fat. We spent 44 euros and took a bite of everything and threw the rest away.

The service was terrible, we waited 40 minutes for our order, they gave us the wrong order, they didn't add 2 burgers to the order, they added 4 fries instead of 2, the table with the completed orders doesn't work, no one tells you the completed orders until you wait and ask again.

PLEASE HIRE MORE STAFF!! Waited 50 minutes for my meal along with about 30 other people. There were approximately 4/5 people working very slowly.

I literally waited an hour for my food even though I only ordered a burger. The toilets are filthy, the food wasn't good, the people behind the counter seem to have given up on life, and on top of that you have to pay for the toilet.

Very bad experience. We had to wait an incredibly long time, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Half of the seating was closed off, and the tables that were available hadn't even been cleaned. The table numbers have been removed from the kiosks, meaning the food isn't brought to the table and you have to wait for your order to be ready. When we finally received our food, it was cold and several items were missing. This wasn't even mentioned. Instead, we were given just fries, which were spicy to boot and which our children couldn't eat. Bad service, poor organization, and cold/incomplete food. By far the worst KFC we have ever been to.

I have truly never experienced anything like this before. My order was only 50% delivered. I contacted KFC Tilburg, only to have to repeat a delivery code on the phone for 10 minutes. Then they admitted they had made a mistake. The man on the phone indicated that I had to call Thuisbezorgd and send a delivery person so that they could hand the food over to them. I asked why they couldn't contact Thuisbezorgd themselves after THEY made a mistake, and they indicated that they “cannot do this.” That doesn't change the fact that I had to explain on the line for more than 10 minutes that I had only received half of my order. The food I did receive was cold, too. I placed an order of €30, received half of my food, which was also cold, and then I had to fix THEIR mistake myself.

Had a great experience at KFC Tilburg. The location is perfect in the heart of Tilburg, making it a convenient stop while exploring the city. The food was served hot and fresh, and the staff were friendly and efficient despite the busy atmosphere. The restaurant handled the crowd well, and the overall service was quick. A great place to grab a tasty meal, especially after a day of hard work. Would definitely visit again! And I have to thank the manager. I believe he’s from Eritrea. I was having trouble with the payment kiosk, and he sorted everything out perfectly. Bravo.

We only ordered two milkshakes and had to wait an extremely long time. The staff was not friendly either. The quality of the milkshakes was also disappointing for the price.

We ate here tonight. We had to wait more than half an hour for our order. And the staff just went about their business at their own leisurely pace, even though it was extremely busy. When we finally got our food, we had to eat at a dirty table, even though there were plenty of clean tables in the back, but that section was closed off and we weren't allowed to sit there. I literally had to wait an hour for my food. It was extremely busy, but during the Tilburg Fair, it seems logical to me that extra staff are deployed. As if that wasn't enough, food turned out to be missing. Because of that, I had to go back to the counter, and by the time I finally got the missing food, the rest of my order was already cold. Additionally, for some reason, they had closed off half of the restaurant, meaning there were hardly any seats available. That really made no sense at all. All in all, a very disappointing experience. I will never come back here again!!!!!

Delicious food and fast service

Let me start by saying that in the first place, you have to wait a bit. So you think, fine, that can happen. And then you get the wrong thing. Fine, just ask for the right product. You do that, thinking, oh, that’ll be fine. And after asking about it twice more, and half an hour and a quarter later, you still haven't received a replacement. If you ask again, they don't know what you're talking about. So you go to eat and you really want to get your food. Stay home.

Parking is a bit expensive, but there are showers and toilets, a food truck, the park is clean, comfortable, and quiet. 12, 24, 25 euros, that would make it 45 euros, at least 50 euros.

In my experience, KFCs never guarantee speed. This branch takes that to a whole new level. I routinely stand here waiting 30 minutes for a few hot wings, even though there are hardly any customers and there is plenty of staff.

I had a small problem with my order: a couple of items were missing. I went to complain, and Dimitri/Dominic (I don't remember the exact name), who helped me, was incredibly kind. Not only did he give me everything that was missing and something extra, but he also gave me some free sauces. I was very happy with the service.

I was just at KFC craving chicken; I got my takeout and left immediately. Two minutes later, my Pepsi fell over and the bag ripped open. This is obviously very disappointing, especially when you open the bag and see that nothing was done to protect the Pepsi. I find this quite striking, because normally you would tape the lid shut or hand the Pepsi to me instead of putting it loose in the bag. I find this a very disappointing experience and expect better. I do not recommend getting takeout, as I have heard that this happens frequently.

The ordering controls are a disaster and only work intermittently. The service staff is very untrained and seems completely overwhelmed despite the almost non-existent business.

The staff is cutting corners on the food. This is the third time I have ordered, and when I get home, I find only one meal instead of two. I had ordered two hamburgers and a bucket of chicken, but when I got home, I found only one hamburger, the bucket of chicken, and two Cokes. I paid 27.50 riyal including VAT. My order number was 336, and when I called, no one answered. It was 10:00 PM.

Not their fault, but it wasn't to my taste. I recommend bringing something to open the sauce packet, because it took me 10 minutes.

The lettuce on my Double Crunch Burger was clearly not fresh: limp, wet, and partially brown. It looked truly unappetizing and doesn't belong in freshly prepared food. After reporting the problem, I thankfully received a different, better burger. I appreciate that, because the staff resolved the issue promptly. Still, I believe these kinds of mistakes shouldn't happen. Ingredients like lettuce should always be checked before serving.

I had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes for my order. The screen that shows “in preparation” and “ready for pickup” wasn’t working, but nobody informed customers. I went to the counter several times to ask because the screen showed my order as ready, and every time they told me, “It’s not ready… that screen doesn’t work, we’ll call you.” It got so late that I finally asked to speak with someone who seemed to be a supervisor. She was genuinely surprised when I explained that I had been waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and only then did they try to fix the situation. After all this time, I asked to take my order to go, and not only did I have to wait way too long, but they even gave me the wrong fries something I didn’t order. Terrible service. I would give zero stars if Google allowed it.

Went there last night with my husband and it was the worst KFC we’ve ever eaten, was cooked in old oil and the chicken was greyish almost, we knew then it wasn’t good but we’re very hungry. Today, both of us got sick and vomited everything without having eaten anything else since besides that. Do not recommend at all !

Basically, it's a KFC as you'd expect. However, I'm used to much better service than at this branch. I noticed the following shortcomings: KFC guests also have to pay extra to use the restroom. During the ordering process, you could choose whether you wanted your food delivered to your table. However, there weren't any required license plates in the holder, so that wasn't possible. Perhaps just a warning. The KFC doesn't have its own parking spaces.

The fries are cardboard-like and cold. The bread is bone dry. The chicken tenders are limp and not crispy.

Don't go there when they're about to close. They make you pay for a burger, give you a bag with just fries, and when you go back, the kitchen is closed. Scammed by the staff.

A truly terrible experience at KFC Tilburg I'm deeply disappointed and angry after my recent visit to KFC in Tilburg. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish, and I feel like I just threw my money down the drain. Firstly, we had to wait an incredibly long time for our order, which is incomprehensible for a fast-food chain. When we finally got our food, it was ice cold, as if it had been sitting there for hours. The fries were limp and tasteless, and the chicken was dry and tough. As if this wasn't bad enough, it was also ridiculously expensive for the abominable quality we received. The biggest shock, however, came the next morning: we both got sick from the food. I don't know what was wrong, but the symptoms of food poisoning were undeniable. This wasn't just a low point for fast food; it was a health hazard. I strongly advise against eating here. I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

They always give me the wrong order. Customer service isn't great, and sometimes the food is cold and not warm. My friend once ordered ice cream, and when it melted, they just left it there. I'll never go back to KFC!
