The new concept, unfortunately people hardly understand it themselves. Too quickly, too little, for too much in price. Stress everywhere, you feel it. And Caesar salad with anchovies, yes really, is not great, even if it has a story. Look a little further and you may find a better concept on the board.

The old concept where there is no menu was still being used. We would have liked to know that in advance. We also had no idea what the prices were. No card or explanation about this. We were hungry and decided to go on the adventure anyway. We were not disappointed. You notice that everything is done with a lot of love. The dishes were all delicious. The service seemed a bit stiff at the beginning of the evening, but they warmed up a bit as the evening progressed. I can imagine that a new business is very exciting and takes some getting used to. We would love to come back if you start working with the new concept!

Fantastic restaurant with excellent dishes and extremely friendly service. The location of the restaurant is very appropriate. There is a very large variation in the dishes with beautiful compositions. We work with a surprise menu with four to seven dishes. For dessert there is a choice between sweet or a cheese board (with an additional charge). A suitable wine arrangement is possible with dinner. The price is not bad, but you also get an excellent evening out. We were one of the last guests of this special restaurant on Saturday January 25, 2025. Delicees is no longer unfortunately, but the good news is that Cees will start in a new place and under a new name and different formula in the center of Dordrecht. This top restaurant in Dordrecht will move from the foot of the Grote Kerktoren to the upper room of the De Witt brasserie and film house on Nieuwstraat in mid-February. There, the well-known chef Cees Timmerman starts a new restaurant under the name La Cebolla. We thank you for your hospitality and hope to continue enjoying yourself at La Cebolla.

Nice place to eat once, 10 courses, but what a sensation with every dish. My girlfriend got non-alcoholic cocktails that matched the dish very well. Dishes were explained clearly and precisely by Olga who explained the finishing touches. Her colleagues often had to think about the court and did not really know how to give a correct attitude in their explanation. Small downside and in need of improvement. That makes the case even more complete.

Eten was keurig verzorgd maar allemaal vrij laag op smaak. Wijnen prima. Er was eigenlijk niks slecht maar ook nergens een wouw factor, behalve bij de rekening.

We waren al tijden van plan om bij Delicees te gaan eten maar het was er nooit van gekomen, tot afgelopen vrijdagavond. Het was in een woord geweldig. We hadden zes gangen met kaas ipv zoet en als extra hoofdgerecht waygu beef. Het begon met drie heerlijke amuses. Daarna twee voorgerechten met vis en een heel bijzonder vegetarische gerecht. Toen een combinatie van paling met buikspek. Sensationeel! En toen als klap op de vuurpijl de goddelijke waygu. Ook het bijpassende wijn arrangement was van grote klasse, net als de keurige en deskundige bediening. Er heerste een ongekende rust in de keuken. Alles was duidelijk onder controle. Delicees hoort zeker bij onze persoonlijk top vijf van restaurants en is zeer aan te bevelen. De recensies die reppen over kleine porties herkennen wij totaal niet. Ja, het kost een paar centen maar de kwaliteit is geweldig

A restaurant in a beautiful location where you can enjoy culinary delights. The 5-course surprise menu with wine pairing was one big party. I have never experienced such a taste experience before, fantastic!

Redelijk eten voor een veel te hoge prijs. Veel te weinig eten. Ik ging weg met nog trek. Prijs prestatie verhouding is slecht. Dit was voor mij de laatste keer.

To start with, the location is really great! The food was a very pleasant experience, beautiful flavors and surprising dishes. We had 1 person with allergies, this was seriously taken into account and those dishes were also very good. The service and especially the wine / non-alcoholic pairing was really on point 🤩 in short, we had a really enjoyable culinary evening.

Food is great! What wonderful combinations and choices... but the ladies at the service, apart from Olga, are very poor. Playing with her while explaining dishes... or bottle of wine. Don't ask if you liked something, just take the plates away. It's a shame for such a beautiful place! This can be better. And especially for the money, much more customer-friendly

Another fantastic taste experience

The fantastic restaurant offers an excellent culinary experience with a variety of dishes and beautiful compositions. The surprise menu of four to seven dishes, the choice between a sweet or cheese board for dessert, and the option of a suitable wine pairing complete the evening. Worth it for an excellent night out.

Divine food and drinks. We chose a six-course menu with our group and tried everything; vegetarian menu (very original and delicious!), non-alcoholic bubbles, wine pairing, non-alcoholic gin and tonic, everything was delicious. The service was professional yet relaxed, very pleasant.

Price-quality ratios are not in balance: -staff varies, an adult hostess was polite, another young lady said nothing and rather awkwardly leaned close to put down cutlery. -Both glasses and cutlery are not clean (crust in a wine glass, carving knife with drying marks). -Mediterranean influences are mentioned on the website, but we also received a complete dish with Japanese products. -the atmosphere is pleasant and the decor is well done. -they do have pleasant non-alcoholic drinks. Recommended.

We genoten van het 7-gangen menu met aangepaste wijnen. Prijzig maar wel vrij grote porties dan normaal in dergelijk restaurant. Lekkere en mooie gerechtjes, we hebben genoten. Ook aangenaam dat ze zo eerlijk waren om te zeggen dat het 'halve'wijn arragement al vrij veel is. We hadden hier inderdaad meer dan genoeg mee 😊

Ate here for the first time on Christmas Day. Completely a disappointing experience. The food was ok, but not of exceptional standard. The service was mediocre. Empty glasses were not removed from the table, every time the guests wanted something to drink without wine pairing they had to ask for it themselves and the communication / colloquialism was unprofessional and bordering on inappropriate. The chaos at the end of the evening with getting the coats completes the disappointing experience. There are better restaurants for this price level.

Vanavond hier gedineerd. Dat doen we hier minstens 10 jaar en recensies heb ik nooit geplaatst, maar nu wordt het tijd. Zoals altijd, de afgelopen 10 jaar, zeer karige porties. En helaas: vanavond was het hoofd/vleesgerecht echt niet eetbaar. De bediening zorgde er voorts voor, dat wij hier niet meer komen. De bediening moest zo nodig vermelden dat wij lastige klanten zijn. Terwijl wij wel 10 jaar bij elke reservering € ca. 350 bij deze tent neerleggen. Jammer Esther en Cees. Advies: let goed op wat voor personeel je inhuurt. Paling voorgerechtje: Prima! Coquille: slecht, was te koud geserveerd Tarbotje: echt heel petieterig Kalfswang: niet te eten. Waar slaat dat op!! Wijnen: mwhah matig. Nagerecht hebben we maar niet genomen. Jammer. Er zijn al niet veel redelijke restaurants in Dordt. En nu met de huidige bediening bij jullie is het helemaal klaar. Die Michelinster komt er echt nooit hoor. Succes in de toekomst!

26 oktober 2023 Eten is goed/lekker maar niet geweldig, hiervoor hoef je niet naar een restaurant met Michelin vermelding te gaan, beslist geen wow-factor. Champagne aperatief: belegen te oordelen aan de kleur, maar de sherry smaak erin combineerde niet bij het fruit (muscato ?) dat er (nog) inzat. 6 gangen diner, 6 x 1 eetlepel .. het verhaal dat erbij verteld (afgeraffeld) wordt duurt langer dan het eten van de gang. porties zijn te klein. Bediening: Ons gesprek wordt onderbroken, of we maar even de servetten willen weghalen "dan kunnen we beginnen". Een ervaring rijker en een illusie armer. Beslist geen waar voor je geld.

Vanwege een familie jubileum hier terecht gekomen. 6 gangen diner. Je moet eigenlijk spreken van 6 gangen amuses . De hoeveelheid is per gang zeer weinig ,ook de ' hoofd ' schotel bestond uit 2 kleine stukjes vlees van ca 4/2 cm en een stronkje groente . Oftewel thuis nog gegeten. Prijzen zijn hoog : cappuccino met chocolaatje : 8.25 . Thee met chocolaatje: 8.40 . Irish coffee met chocolaatje 15,- . Bediening is prima. Prijs/kwaliteit cq kwantiteit is heel matig vandaar slechts 2 sterren . Of het lekker was ? de hoeveelheid per gang was te weinig om daar een goed oordeel over te vellen. Brood was wel ruim aanwezig en smaakte prima maar om daar nu € 100,- voor te betalen ? Incl drank waren we met 12 slanke personen € 1700,- kwijt , ergste : dan nog met honger naar huis . Tip : verdubbeld de porties, presenteert een echt hoofd schotel en zet kraanwater kosteloos op tafel.

We have been to the Delicees restaurant several times and it has always been very good. This time it was better! They have developed sperimetation(roast beef from Japanese beef on kimchi bed), always very good quality, excellent wine. Very good service, wonderful atmosphere, very good price-value ratio.

Fantastic food, what an experience of flavors. We were a group of 8. The vegetarian customer was also taken into account with perfect food. The place was packed, yet the service was great. Really enjoyed it! Top restaurant!

Deze week een 10 gangen menu! 9 van de 10 gangen voortreffelijk, eentje iets minder maar dat is een kwestie van smaak. Positief verrast en ik ben wel wat gewend of verwend. Complimenten aan de keuken en het team daar omheen.

Het is exclusieve eten, niet voor de gewone man. Het is hele klein hapje.

Het is natuurlijk puur (creatief) vakmanschap wat Cees en z'n crew op tafel tovert. De bediening is me toch wat te gemaniereerd. Je gaat bijna twijfelen of je je rol als gast goed vervult... De wijnen zijn overigens steeds origineel en perfect afgestemd

Wij vieren hier ons jubileum. Het eten is gevarieerd en uitmuntend en de sfeer is gemoedelijk en warm.

Wij hebben hier genoten van 5 gangen en een bijpassend wijnarrangement. Mooie en vernieuwende smaakcombinaties. Bediening is perfect, locatie is perfect en het eten is perfect. 10/10. Hier komen wij zeker weer terug.

People called it an experience The food was ok with surprise menu It’s a chique restaurant so of course the price is high above average, also high compared to other restaurants in Dordrech but the seat was so uncomfortable, no cushion, no back support, after 2 hours sitting my legs got cramp And they use this speaker for music, I repeat its a chique restaurant so I expected they have a sounds system not this little one, it also ruins the aesthetic. I think classic music will be better than Lana Del Rey for this ambiance The staffs were wonderful, they were nice, professional

Vond niet alle gerechten lekker! Ben wel de duurdere restaurants gewend, maar hier vond ik toch niet alle gerechten lekker! 1 gang erg zout (vis)en de laatste gang (zoet ijs met japaleno peper, vond ik erg smerig! Zo jammer! Voor de rest is personeel uiterst attent!

Het eten was simpelweg fantastisch. Ondanks de stevige rekening echt het gevoel gehad dat dat het waard was. Bediening was een klein beetje stijf en geforceerd, maar wel uiterst correct. Hele leuke plek (sfeervol, pand met mooie uitstraling) in het oude centrum van Dordrecht!

Altijd weer heerlijk eten bij DeliCees. Mooie gerechten met bijpassende wijnen. Een aanrader!

Dit is absoluut van A tot Z top. Onwaarschijnlijk heerlijke gerechten, exclusief van smaak en zeer deskundige bediening. Dit was één groot culinair feestje.

Mooie zaak met lekker eten en mooie wijnen. Jammer dat je in steeds meer zaken alleen maar het aantal gerechten van "een` menu kunt kiezen en er geen a la carte is . maar dit ter zijde, het waren vis, vlees en groeten gerechten , de balans van de gerechten is zeker in orde Wij zaten erg dicht bij de keuken wat soms wel storend was . vriendelijk en genoeg personeel. prijs kwaliteit is goed in orde.

Een culinaire excursie verheven tot kunst

Het eten is uitstekend. Voor ons is het te weinig. De bediening is niet geweldig. De dames zetten een glimlach op als ze bij de tafel zijn. Zodra ze zich omdraaien is de glimlach verdwenen. Ze doen hun kunstje. Het lijkt of ze het niet leuk vinden. Jammer.

What a great experience at Delicees! The location is spectacular, and the food really does it justice. They do not offer an á la carte menu, their concept is purely chef’s menu-based, with a choice of 4, 5, 6 or 7 courses. The food was intricate, flavorful and beautifully presented, but maybe best of all, it was all very light, crisp and healthy. After 5 courses we left feeling well-fed, but not overly full and certainly not as we had eaten heavily. Cannot recommend it enough - it was really a treat.

Had a great diner on this lovely location with experienced staff. A must go to if you have the chance.
