I think there is a specific target audience “for this sushi”. It looks like sushi and a poke bowl, but the rice tastes like water, it has no flavor; the same goes for the poke bowl. Also, “the homemade wasabi and ginger” is a watery substance with green powder, and unfortunately, the ginger is too. In any case, it is not a Japanese sushi concept. First of all, I received a salmon poke bowl that looks anything but a salmon poke bowl. Also, ingredients like boiled carrots and onions?? which were never asked for, and salad, and everything but salmon. I took a bite and there was a weird sauce on the salad, and the non-fresh vegetables gave me the creeps. Unfortunately, I threw everything away afterwards. The chicken dumpling was tasty, by the way. I called the restaurant to ask what happened to my salmon poke bowl, where the rice is, the salmon, why, and that carrots and other things are in it, as I think this isn't right. They immediately said it's underneath. So I looked along. I don't see it. The gentleman on the phone says, “I'm going to consult with the chef.” Yes, it was put in and it is correct. 0 solution or listening to the customer; I was immediately put on hold. After that, it is correct, period. Sounds like routine complaint handling for this place by now. business. They could have simply asked for a photo or at least not kept the customer on hold for 3 minutes. Also, the whole mentality and lack of customer service focus plus the quality of the food unfortunately reminds me of an entrepreneur who is just messing around. A lesson in customer service for the hospitality industry wouldn't hurt either. Or advise the customer to contact Thuisbezorgd directly if you don't want to be bothered. I would also have preferred a meal to my liking on this Sunday…

The food is tasty and the delivery drivers are friendly. However, delivery times can sometimes take a very long time; for me, it ran up to 2 to 2.5 hours a few times. Otherwise, I am satisfied.

Ordered from D&H for the 3rd time today. The sushi is delicious. Unfortunately, today there was one sushi box missing. Soy sauce and a chopstick were also missing. Delivered at 17:45. Called immediately. A mistake in the kitchen, said the nice employee. Preparing it would take 10 minutes and then it would be delivered later. Called again at 19:10. No answer. Called again at 19:20. The employee said it was on its way. It has been delivered by now. At 7:30. Mistakes can happen, but it would have been nice if there had been some kind of compensation. For example, some extra sushi.

I was hired in early May, but the whole process was very messy. I didn’t get my schedule until after a month, and during that time I didn’t get paid. Only after I chased it up myself, I finally got my money in cash, because they claimed they didn’t have my ID and bank details, even though I filled them in myself. I also didn’t get any work clothes or anything like that, which made me feel like I was being left out. On top of that, I was treated badly and even accused of things I didn’t do. Finally, my schedule was deleted for no reason. A very strange and unprofessional place. I will never come back here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here.
