I think it's a really nice place for lunch or a cup of coffee. The staff is friendly and hard-working, and I think the coffee is great, but lunch or the Liège waffle is also great.

Very bad!!!! Brown salad on the plate. They forgot the pine nuts in the carpaccio sandwich. Old cheese was crooked because it was really old from sitting around. The girls try their best, but the quality really leaves a lot to be desired. This is definitely the last time we've had that alarm clock.

We waited way to long. Eventually I had to go ask if it would be possible to order something. Finally someone came to the dirty table I was waiting at. She put my cutlery down on a sticky cola stain. I ordered a Crispy Chicken wrap. The chicken was not crispy at all. It was definitely not freshly prepared. The quality of the wrap was embarrassing. I am not someone who wastes food, but I can't even finish this. Even McDonald's would have been better.

Super expensive, bad service and unhygienic

I ordered a wrap with carpaccio. It should have been a wrap with arugula and carpaccio sauce, but you had to search for it. Ants were milling around at the counter where you had to pay. The cappuccino looked like it had been boiled, it was so hot... They'll never see me again.

Upon entering, all the unused tables were still covered in trash from previous guests. Upon request, this was cleared, and the food scraps swept onto the floor. The drinks we ordered arrived within a reasonable time. After waiting 30 minutes and asking once where our food was, we decided to leave. I paid for two chocolate milks for €6.90, and the staff gave me strange looks because I wanted my 10 cents back in change. I explained why we were leaving, but an apology was too much to ask. A definite no-go; don't do it, move on.

I've been a regular customer for years, but since the new owners took over, it's really gone downhill. After two bad experiences where it was cold, I tried it for the third time. It was bad again. They didn't even try to make the ham lukewarm; it was so cold it was dumped on the bread. Way too much sauce, it looked like Calve salad dressing. As far as I'm concerned, the kitchen can go up in flames, so you might actually get something warm for once.

There are three waiters, and they have six full tables. After waiting outside for 20 minutes, no one came. After going inside to order, we were told they'd be right back. After half an hour, still no one came outside, while the waiters were joking around behind the bar. Terrible service.

Too expensive for the quality you get. You have to wait too long for service. Where did the days go when you'd sit down and someone would come right away to serve you?

Poor service. We arrived at 3:15 PM and couldn't get anything hot. No pastries either. According to the employee, they were already closing.

Visited this restaurant twice since the new owner took over. We were regulars with the previous owner. Our first visit was just after the takeover. We walked in and took a seat at a table almost in front of the counter, so we were visible to everyone. After half an hour of trying to make contact with the employee, even at one point making eye contact, smiling, and waving. The people around us, who all came in after us, had already placed their orders and some even had them on the table, we decided to call it a day. Even that went unnoticed, and there was no way to say goodbye. This afternoon, our second attempt. My partner was sitting on the patio around 3:15 pm with a cup of coffee. My daughter and I joined him just before 3:30 pm. We glanced at the menu and chose a sandwich. The waitress came to our table at 3:30 pm. "Just tell us," we ordered our drinks and wanted a sandwich. Unfortunately, sandwiches were out of the question; the kitchen was closed. A quick Google search says they close at 5:00 PM, while the official website says 4:30 PM. So why don't they remove the menus or post the kitchen's opening hours? After paying for our coffee, we left. So, this was a rude awakening, and I don't think the third time's the charm.

The food was delicious and affordable. Cleanliness and service could be better.

This place has gone downhill since the old staff left. The chef doesn't work hygienically, he even licks his fingers! Children stand with their hands in their pockets while people try to order. They need an experienced manager. We left after 15 minutes of no service. What a shame.

I regularly come here for a fresh sandwich and a nice cup of coffee, but the service is often indifferent, slow, and not exactly customer-friendly. We were not helped very friendly this morning, the internet said it was open at 9:37, we were there at 9:37 everything was still closed, we went for another round of shopping, we came back at 9:57, a waitress was walking outside asking the question can we sit down and we were still told we were closed, so we pointed out to her that on Google and on the internet it says they are open at 9:30, we got a response, pffff, well that really beats everything, we walked on and will definitely not try this shop again. PS, adjust your opening hours.

What a bad business! The tables are not cleaned, the cutlery and salt shakers are sticky and the service is very unfriendly. Especially the lady who helped us. We will never come back here!

Had lunch here today, a baguette with young cheese and my table companion had to choose something else 3x (warm baguette with mozzarella, pesto, tomato and brie, couldn't do without brie because everything is ready-made) because it wasn't there or wasn't possible, it became an omelette with bacon. The baguette was way too hard, no butter, 4 slices of bland cheese and a pile of dirty old dried out salad on the corner of the plates. 2 ice coffees. €33.00 🫣 The floor looks dirty, no atmosphere. Service was very friendly.

Not at all what it used to be. Dirty tables, we were asked quickly what we wanted to order. However, after waiting 30 minutes we asked if the 2 sandwiches were really in order because people who came in after us were already eating. Wrap with crispy chicken is a simple ready-made chicken schnitzel in a cold wrap with raw vegetables. Little taste to the sauce (Honey) and the tomato and cucumber were forgotten due to crowds. But a toilet, so queue. Capochino was delicious.

Unfortunately, very little is correct here. Waiting 15 minutes for someone to come take an order, the drinks come after another fifteen minutes of waiting and the food has not come at all after waiting 45 minutes. Had a sandwich here with my daughter. The ciabatta was gone so a white roll with crispy chicken, this was no different than a crispy chicken in pieces on a white baguette, the sauce was hard to find and a quarter slice of tomato was the decoration of the sandwich. Friendly people, atmosphere was okay for Hellevoetsluis. Tuna sandwich was downright nasty. I understand that tuna can taste like fish, but not as if it had been dead on the beach for four days. Presumably tuna from a can (not bad) and then adding all the oil from the can (not bad). I could barely swallow it. And it is so easy to make a fresh tuna salad, good mayo, paprika powder, capers, a red onion, pepper and a little salt and then it becomes tasty and fresh.

We both had the ciabatta crispy chicken (tomato, cheddar cheese and andalouse sauce). Very little flavor to entire sandwich. Cheese was nowhere to be seen and minimal amount of sauce. Chicken itself also had little flavor, but was not dry. It looked like the sandwich had been heated up in the microwave. Very unfortunate! Furthermore, the restaurant looked great and the service was friendly.

It started with the ministry. The person who took the order has no insight into the catering industry...she only looked downstairs and only responded when a customer called her...after cleaning we got our order...the lady came to the table with 3 plates of which she almost dropped one from her hands, resulting in the baguette ball and the salad hitting her stomach...reaction...that went just fine...I didn't get a new sandwich...and now the sandwich...8 euros for a baguette with a quarter of a meatball...(a sandwich ball deserves a whole ball!!! You're not frugal seafarers, are you? A little peanut sauce and some onions and spread on the bottom with the salad that was pushed underneath during the fall. Next time find another place for lunch.

All the tables were dirty. The "strawberry" smoothie had no strawberries and whatever they put on it, it's not fresh (you can see the machine where it's kept). I asked for a baguette and they said "kitchen was closed", never offered anything else, but I could see people having waffles and other things on the table. I will never be back, last time I was herr was good but today has been awful from the beginning.

Had a nice lunch, but it's a pity that the panninis were already gone at half past two. But will definitely come back again. Staff were very friendly.

The food was really tasty, the croquettes and the bread too and nice tea. If I'm in the area I will come again, but it's a pity that you can't eat there in the evening.

We arrive today on a Saturday at 1:33 PM. Tables and chairs outside are still locked. The lady at the counter immediately says to us: I just won't open this anymore. Otherwise everyone wants to sit here. You can sit inside. So we were a little surprised. It's lunchtime and quite warm outside. Anyway. We walk further to a place where we can sit outside. I look back. She still pulls a really crazy face behind our back at another customer. Incredibly rude! It looks like this lady has no interest in her work at all. Could still use a course.

Lunch for my son, tomato soup, half carpaccio sandwich, half croquette sandwich, small salad. Wash well. I like a baguette with old cheese. There are no vegan options on the menu. So had to take cheese to eat something. Preferably not vegan, but yes... delifrance, who can do something with this please!

Well, 2 stars and I don't give that easily. Never been to Hellevoetsluis and it was lunch time so we ended up here and oh what a wrong choice. We had a menu with croquette, fries, salad and sauce, and a carpaccio wrap. When you order a menu with salad, you really expect salad and not 1 leaf of lettuce and a teaspoon of potato salad with oil slurry poured over it. A wrap that comes cold from the refrigerator and is so dry that I couldn't get rid of it without drinking it. Carpaccio was hard to find. Here too, add a leaf of lettuce and a teaspoon of potato salad floating in oil. I can't improve the description. Service was friendly. Unfortunately, it sounds so hollow in space that you're glad to be outside again. If you want to have lunch somewhere, find a place where they have a passion for food.

Been once and we will never go back here. Very unfriendly experience. We were bothered by the smoke so decided to choose another table. That was not appreciated. The waiter with orange hair immediately stormed to the table where we were previously sitting and, with a lot of noise, put everything exactly right again and then looked at us angrily. She rolled her eyes at her colleague and said something about us and then started laughing. We were surprised at what happened and I immediately apologized to the other operator who then went to help us and saw it happen. The server who aggressively arranged the tables and chairs as she wished did not help us. Didn't come to us for something to drink etc. We were completely looked away. Fortunately, other servers came to help us from inside when we were sitting on the terrace and they served us kindly. Too bad that one person can ruin the entire experience with Délifrance Hellevoetsluis. The table next to us was then also ignored. Had to beckon 3 times before she took action. Afterwards the server asked me if I had done something wrong to her. She stood behind her actions and knew immediately what I was apparently referring to. She didn't want to comment on it. Didn't get an apology either. I understand if someone is having a bad day. Unfortunately the choice was made to express it to the guests. Too bad she wasn't open to dialogue. Non-verbally she came across as very unfriendly and aggressive. I would have liked to end it on a positive note.

Today we were one of the first customers in... it was still quiet, the place was slowly filling up, still no one came to take our order, eye contact was sought but was avoided... after 30 minutes we put on our coats and left. but left, it was a shame that it had to happen this way

Sandwich shop in the middle of the Hellevoetsluis shopping center where parking is free. Airy space, tables are a bit small for eating, music was pleasant but was just a bit too loud. We went for breakfast. Piece of baguette, ham-cheese salad and a croissant, coffee and gravy (7.95) and a luxury breakfast with 2 slices of bread topped with your choice of egg and coffee gravy was 11.50. Croissant was flaky and greasy. Bread is otherwise just good, nothing special. What did annoy me was the gravy that came full of seeds on the table, the waitress' reaction was that it was fresh, right? So I fished out the seeds, but this gravy was not 100÷, there was so much water in it that the taste of the gravy was lost. Toilet room also just neat and everything on the same floor. Next time we'll try lunch. I am currently testing breakfasts here and there and want to give an honest assessment. I look at quality, price, quantity and atmosphere.

Have a good lunch. Looks cozy. Prices a bit high, but that's everywhere these days. You will be helped quickly despite it being busy.

Vaak bij Delifrance in Hellevoetsluis gegeten, heerlijke broodjes en vriendelijke medewerkers! Nu besloten we vandaag om een keer bij Delifrance te bestellen, de bezorger kwam op tijd en de broodjes waren uiteraard weer heerlijk!

5 augustus. 2 x soep van de dag. Was uiensoep. We kregen het in een pannetje. Voor de helft gevuld. Die was warm, zo te eten. Soep hoort heet te zijn. Boven op dreef een klein stukje stokbrood met een beetje gesmolten kaas. Met de Franse uitstraling verwacht je een flinke kop soep met brood met gesmolten kaas. Er zaten 4 sneetjes stokbrood bij en boter. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wat een leuke ontvangst, echt of je een 5 ster hotel binnenkomt, ontvangst door een zeer representatieve goed verzorgde jongedame, wees keurig op de covid regels op een speelse manier. Respectvol en beleefd vertelde ze wat het assortiment is en gaf keurig aan dat ze gelijk de bestelling opnam. Gaf goede adviezen, kort en krachtig! Producten zagen er vers uit en zo smaakte het ook. Aandacht voor het product maar ook voor de klant. Hoe een simpel broodje verwennerij wordt! Geen opsmuk maar professioneel opgemaakt bord in ontvangst genomen. De koffie en dranken werd ook uitstekend verzorgd, geen Senseo niveau, maar een echte koffie met toebehoren en voor mijn dochter een net glas cola zoals het behoord. De prijs voor 2 personen bleek nog te hangen in de jaren 80. Uitstekende prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. Echte aanrader! Waar blijft de horeca prijs voor deze zaak? NB. Een eigenaar met hart voor zijn zaak, kwam er even bij om een korte evaluatie in ontvangst te nemen over zijn zaak en product. Beste Koos, je staat op internet :-)

Goed gevulde broodjes en uitsmijters. Je word snel geholpen.

Uitzicht op een plein, er zijn voldoende binnen zitplaatsen en een aantal buiten. Je wordt snel geholpen er is alleen een groot assortiment op de menukaart, dus even een goede keuze maken. Kwalitatief goed. Tot een volgende.

Het is allemaal best oké in deze lunchroom....niet top, maar oké! Het is allemaal best lekker en goed te eten, maar het is het net niet..... Het is vrij prijzig met wat je krijgt. Mijn stokbroodje bal was van buiten warm en van binnen koud....dat betekent toch dat het uit de vriezer komt en dus niet vers gemaakt wordt. Om er te gaan zitten is niet echt aan te raden. Buiten met warm weer loopt iedereen dwars langs je heen en binnen zit je te dicht bij elkaar. Gewoon geen ruimte genoeg. Omdat sommige stokbroodjes wel lekker zijn en het personeel vriendelijk is, 2 sterren.

Smoothie genomen en voorheen met vers fruit door de blender met ijs. Nu sap met ijs toegevoegd uit een slushpuppie apparaat. Goedkopen optie voor het bedrijf en mindere verse optie en even duur voor de klant, beetje jammer dat bedrijf meer bezig is met winst maken en minder met klant is zoals ik het dan ervaar.

Zéér verzorgd restaurant. Vlotte en vriendelijke bedieninging. Het personeel is héél behulpzaam. Lekker eten, verschillende snacks. Uitgebreide menukaart.

Fijne eetgelegenheid. Goede sfeer. Veel keuze. Relaxed.

Even wat gedronken omdat er tijd over was. Warme chocolademelk was niet heel warm. (Fabrieks)appeltaart kwam uit de koelkast dus erg koud. De wafel was vers gemaakt en die was heerlijk.
