Such nice and friendly staff, always elegantly dressed (they alone are worth a visit) and super quality espresso (Esmeralda) with our own brand of melting chocolate.

Staff friendly, owner rude and not hospitable. In addition, not friendly to their own staff.

Always enjoy coming to DENF, good coffee and a nice homely atmosphere.

Spacious cafe with well-spaced tables for privacy and cozy couches. The chocolate cake was delicious, and the staff were attentive and polite. Great spot to relax or work with a laptop.

Just after ten it is still wonderfully quiet on this last Sunday of DDW. Fats Domino from the speakers, the table candles are lit. The smell of freshly roasted coffee provides a warm welcome. Motivated employees on the floor; dressed in jeans with a shirt and suspenders. Casual yet stylish, neatly arranged. I order a Flatwhite and a carrot cake from the only female employee; delicious in taste. And rarely seen such beautiful latte art on a flat white. Many regular guests with whom owner Daan has a chat.  Relaxed atmosphere in a simple industrial setting. Beautiful photography on the wall creates a colorful whole. After about an hour it is extremely busy; but no stress here. Nice place to relax.

Amazing place to make your girlfriend happy

October 2024, A nice place to get your morning coffee. A dedicated area for working (laptop use) what is used very well. Actually a good way to accommodate and not 'disturb' the other guests. We had a total power outtage for about 15 minutes and staff handeled that very well, good service.

A very stylish, well-kept cafe, well suited for small and large groups who meet there for birthday coffee or a business meeting. The outdoor area is also very beautiful with lush plants and comfortable seating. You can buy 3rd wave coffee beans there. The crew is very polite and attentive. The cakes look tempting, the chai latte was great, the flat white unfortunately had a sour taste, so the drinks were deducted one star. Still highly recommended place right in the center of Eindhoven.

A bright store with lots of sunlight coming in. It was a cozy cafe with a very nice atmosphere. My reading seems to be going well! The cappuccino was also delicious! All the staff were kind and friendly. I would like to try the cake next time.

Amazing, just amazing! The coffee is good but the carrot cake is beyond tasty. The atmosphere is pretty great and the staff is amazing.

The price-performance ratio is not optimal. I had the avocado breakfast burger for €15… it would have been worth maybe €7-8 to me. Unfortunately I didn't taste the avocado (very little avocado, also unripe, tasteless), there could have been more sauce and in general I expected more for the price. See photo. The staff was nice and the toilets were clean. We were asked every 5 minutes if we wanted something to drink. It wouldn't be bad if the waiters agreed with each other.

I'm not excited about this case. Strange atmosphere, blunt and unfriendly.

The owner does not treat his staff in a friendly manner and does not understand how to treat people. This makes the atmosphere absolutely unpleasant. It's ridiculous that employees' tips are deducted if something breaks.

Hello what do you want ? Maybe a menu ? Maybe a presentation of what you offer ? It's ok I'll have a black coffee and youll lose money for may e a V60 and cake. If you can't be bothered just don't work there. Huge disappointment for 6.80 euros Service with a little enthusiasm would be nice

We went to one of their jazz evenings, so we didn't go in the afternoon for a coffee, so keep that in mind. The staff wasn't nearly available. The staff wasn't classified to do their job (they mostly hired really young boys that didn't know left from right, but that's understandable if you're 17). Not every order arrived at our table, even though we asked for it several times. And every single item on the card was not even expensive, but super expensive. I get it, they hired a band, and maybe some actual cooks, and the inflation, and whatnot, but what you did get didn't receive well for what you did pay for. Two regular slices of mortadella, and two slices of Coppa? 8.50, please. I'm sorry, but that's absurd. The band was good, but that's the only positive thing I have to say about that night. The floor manager/owner was just running around in a frantic episode (he even hit against me with his flailing arm while taking to other people, and didn't say a word to me), and the underage staff just stood there, frozen in time. Please, next time: better staff, better food, better prices, okay? I won't be there, but hopefully other people won't feel robbed of a great night as well.

Walked in hoping to have lunch. I inquired if they can make my lunch without fish or seafood, as I am allergic. The response was, the chef can not ensure that!! Sorry guys, I am a net demoter of your place! Good bye.

Really delicious lunch! Everything is fresh and you can taste it. Salad was also delicious and varied. Service great. Price/quality really excellent.

I have enjoyed visiting Denf for a long time, but in recent months I have noticed that my experiences have become less positive. An addition to the team, a blond young man, unfortunately does not seem to fit well with the normally very customer-friendly atmosphere. His approach is blunt and unfriendly, without a smile, which contrasts with the warm and welcoming behavior of the other employees. One specific incident where he noted that they would close at 6:00 PM when I came to pick up coffee at 5:00 PM struck me as particularly inappropriate. That's why I choose to go to Lucifer from now on, where the service is consistently excellent. Hopefully Denf can use this feedback to improve the experience for all guests.

I can't understand, how can you call that "nachos".... those are regular "chips" with mayo... And not even tasty.

Quite a cozy place. I had a nice coffee here with my friend. The staff was very nice until my friend ordered an espresso macchiato and the server in a very stupid rude way asked my friend if he even knew what that was. Nevertheless, it was a nice experience.

The hot chocolate is very small, it was good, but I thought the quantity was small. The sandwich was ok, nothing surprising. The staff was attentive.

it is a very good study cafe. it was a bit loud but it is not a problem for me i work with noise canceling. i ordered a aubergine toast like sth. the food was very rich in ingredients but not very tasty. still enjoyed it. i really liked the fresh ginger tea with orange and i loved the little truffle that comes with the tea. the waitresses were nice to me. and there are a lot of space to work or study with laptop. there is no wifi but there are outlets.

Hands down best cafe to have coffee in eindhoven. Also you can buy coffee beans there. The cafe people would help you choose what kind of flavour n notes you prefer and suggest accordingly

Very tasty food and great coffee.

Extremely rude staff. Not knowing when they open, i entered a bit earlier, the guy told me they will open soon but are still closed, when i asked whether i can sit and wait inside (because outside was -2°) they refused and said i have to wait outside. I ordered pancakes and coffee and intended to study after i eat. I recieved 2 small american style pancakes (obviously not enough even for a child) and remained hungry. After a while i was asked a few times whether i want to order something else to which i replied that i dont, after which they basically told me that i have to leave if i dont order because they are a business and have to make money. Keeping in mind that this is a coffee place in the building of a university... I could have never imagined such an attitude... Not to mention that in the bathroom there was no hot water and the toilet seat was broken and this is a place that claims to be fancy or whatever, which is also represented by the prices. Would not recommend to my worst enemy and would never come back!!!

First time there for a cup of coffee, it may be attractive to some people, for me personally it is not my taste, otherwise nothing wrong with the location and staff.

Sfeer is gemoedelijk, personeel zeer vriendelijk en het eten is net even anders maar heerlijk klaar gemaakt waardoor het één van mij favoriete eetgelegenheden van Eindhoven is. Zeker een aanrader !

Nice place, the service was great, the lattes were creamy and the croque monsieur (although not a traditional croque monsieur) was absolutely delicious! Recommended.

DENF Coffee is really THE place to be in Eindhoven! They have excellent coffee and nice food, not just in the morning but also the afternoon and evenings. The personnel really made good connection - not just with us - but with all the guests who were there on Friday evening and really aim to serve people the best they can. We look forward to the next DENF on friday!

Its nice that they have designated areas for laptops, and the drinks are also nice! it does get busy quickly so if you really need to focus i recommend headphones

Can't rate the food ss I didn't eat there. Great venue. Great to see passion in coffee with view on the roasting room. Yes, they roast their own coffee. Always a seasonal coffee, A must if in the area.

Online adverteren ze met 14 euro voor 300gr thailand, in de winkel kosten ze 18 euro. Beetje slordig, na betalen uitleg dat het aan ‘de nieuwe website’ ligt.

Best coffee in town! Wij komen hier meerdere keren per week - de sfeer is altijd heel relax.

Amazing coffees. Trendy atmosphere. Beautiful decor/interior. Had a yummy salmon, egg, lettuce bagel. Service a little slow despite being on the emptier post lunch rush. However would go again for a takeaway coffee or later in the day for a drink.

We often go to Denf for food and drinks, not just because we live close but because it's an amazing place! The coffee is simply the best, and that goes for literary everything in their menu. Nice rotating menu with fresh and very tasty options. Staff are very friendly and nicely dressed! Daan knows how to set good atmosphere and he surprises you with new decoration ideas. There are lots of indoor plants and flowers. Comfortable sitting. Used to miss them on Sundays but now they are open 7 days a week! And guess what, their beautiful and green terrace is smoke free!

Heerlijke bijzondere lunch salades( vega(n)) gegeten! Heel smakelijk en goed verzorgd, heerlijke koffie ook en heel fijne bediening, aanrader! En open op maandag ook fijn!

I stopped by after working the library for a while, and was delighted by the atmosphere+service, the coffee and tea, and their fried greens which I asked to get on toast. Their dirty chai is unusual because they use real chai spices in black tea with milk foam; you must pour it through a strainer into your cup. I also recommend the flat white!

Nice space, didn't try the food but the coffee tasted over roasted and watery to us. Very attentive service from the guy at the counter.
