I had high expectations for the chicken döner sandwich with garlic sauce, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The chicken itself was actually good, but otherwise, it was a huge disappointment. There was only one lettuce leaf and one tomato slice—that was all the vegetables. The garlic sauce was completely missing. The sandwich was supposed to be crispy, but instead it was completely soaked with grease, limp, and fell apart at the first glance. The presentation was also completely lacking; it looked sloppy. I thought: let's try a new place, but this was definitely the first and last time. It's a shame, because with a little more care, it could have been great. Have some respect for your work and yourselves, guys.

Very bad service it’s shows that there open but when I came there it was close and they didn’t deliver my food completely. I ordered 2 pizza and 2 kapsalon but did not bring eh pizza for and they said we will brings it I wait it for like 2 hours and didn’t receive anything from them very bad customer service I recommend to do not buy from them

Absolutely terrible experience. My food arrived 2 hours late and was cold when it finally showed up. Completely ruined my meal. No apology, no explanation—just a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t order from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who actually wants to eat something edible.

I had a particularly bad food experience today. The satay was tough and sticky like chewing gum, and it was also cold. The lamb döner tasted old and definitely not fresh. When I called the restaurant to properly report my experience, my feedback was completely dismissed, and I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously. I also stated that I know what good and tasty food is—if I say it's awful, then it is awful. This is truly disappointing. Never again, damn it!

This place is awful! If I could give it 0 stars, I would have. A while back, I ordered food from work because I didn't have lunch with me. The delivery driver apparently couldn't find the address (which is quite easy to find), so we communicated via WhatsApp. I sent him a pinpoint location of where he could drop it off, and he simply said, "Come outside!" (I'm not allowed to leave my work location.) The delivery driver ended up leaving without delivering my food, and he reported it as delivered. When I called the delivery driver, I got voicemail because he had blocked me. I called the store to confront them and was told they'd call me back. 15-20 minutes later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called again. Guess what? Blocked. I called from a different phone to confront them again, this time also about the fact they'd blocked me. After a 5-10 minute verbal discussion, the guy on the phone said, "Report to Thuisbezorgd that you didn't receive your food, and you'll get your money back." So I reported it, and Thuisbezorgd said your request hadn't been approved by the owner, so we can't refund you. Conclusion: I ordered €30 worth of food, received nothing, and no refund. Never order!!!

The prices at the entrance and on the menu are the same, but when you want to pay, they say that these prices are out of date and show new, higher prices. You can't pay by card either.

Delivery person was much late and could not find my address. I just had to pick it up at the roadside. Food was cold. Time indication for order receipt, preparation and delivery was completely out of order. So do not have it delivered to this tent.
