Dolce Dulci in Feijenoord

"Your order is a bit wet, I don't know how you want to pack it"... That's what I was told by the delivery driver, who took 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order... Matcha was simply spilled all over my order, and I didn't even order matcha🤢 I also contacted them by phone and asked where my order was, and was told that the delivery driver was on their way and that it would take 5 minutes. It turned out to be 30 minutes. I don't even want to start on the food because it speaks for itself, but anyway: ice cold and wet (matcha). I didn't eat it; I don't want to know what happened to it. Never ordering from here again. I wish I had read the other reviews sooner.

Omg the food here is so delicious. It's just a different concept from what we're used to. I was here with a friend of mine; we tried the Dubai cookie dough with soft serve ice cream on the side, and that really hit the mark. If I had to give a rating from 1 to 10, it would be 9.5, because it took 10 to 15 minutes, but that was because it was busy and it was communicated well. Otherwise, it was top-notch.

What a great spot this is in South Rotterdam. I'm a regular after today. The waffle was tasty and the mocktail was amazing.

Went to eat here yesterday, delicious waffle with plenty of toppings! The staff was friendly. I accidentally clicked delivery instead of pickup, but luckily that wasn't a problem (hence the cardboard box). I would recommend them! See you next time👍

I have never experienced anything like this before, and I almost never post reviews myself. The pancake is sloppily thrown together in the box (which is also missing the whipped cream, but oh well). Additionally, the matchas are so watery, like soup. I couldn't drink them anymore, and the moment I opened them, everything spilled out. My entire bed got covered in it. It looks like it was packed with "shit." I order matcha often, and it never arrived this watery. Also, if you order via Thuisbezorgd, you don't see a delivery time listed, and it does indeed take an extremely long time.

My experience here this time is really not good. I had to wait a long time for my order, and when it finally arrived, the quality was not what I had expected. I understand that it can be busy, but as a customer, you expect to be well informed about this and for a suitable solution to be found. I hope Dolce Dulci takes this seriously and improves the service, because I wouldn't be quick to order again this way.

The milkshakes here are really, really delicious. Especially the Dubai version. It's nice that you can still stop by late. Cute and lovely interior. The cookie dough was a hit too. And a sweet and spontaneous lady behind the counter who recommended a few things to us. 🤍✨

Placed an order on Uber. Waited 40 minutes and then called. I was then told that the delivery person would be leaving in 5 minutes. After that, waited another 25 minutes. The waffle wasn't amazing. The Oreo ice cream didn't taste like real Oreos but like the imitation cookies, and it had a weird taste. The matcha was just 'meh', not amazing either. I wouldn't order from here again. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. :(

Sorry, just bad! 1. Forgot my ice cream… can happen. 2. I chose a crêpe with 2 extra toppings, for which you simply pay 1.25 per topping. I literally received 1 Raffaello that was cut in half and 2 pieces of Kinder Bueno that were cut in half. The delivery driver is also super rude! I indicated I should ring the bell or knock hard on the door. When I walked up, the gentleman started honking his car really loudly in the middle of the night, playing loud music from the car, and as he was leaving, he sped off down the street. This is not a normal way of delivering; show a little consideration for people who are sleeping when you deliver at night.

What a terrible place, they don't keep their promises, no Dolce Dukí coming, poor communication and the food is worthless.

Ate here with my family. The ras malai was delicious; the friendly staff member even gave us an extra waffle and shake because he had leftovers. Really top-notch.

The staff are small Surinamese boys, they know nothing about service… If you want to order, you get very strange looks. They could improve a lot.

The cookie was delicious, but there was no atmosphere at all, not even music and it took almost 25 minutes for a hot cookie and a karak tea... Far too long.

We went to eat here because everything looked delicious online. But once inside, we sat for at least a good 20 minutes before the guy came from the back to the cash register to take our order. We are 3 ladies in an empty restaurant; it was CRYSTAL CLEAR that you had customers and that you could have come and greeted them. But no, this wasn't done. Then the waiter comes to take the order. He doesn't come to our table to take it, oh no. We have to pass it to him ourselves or shout it from our table. Once again, we are the ONLY customers at that moment. Where is the service to come to us?? It took a while for the food to arrive. But AGAIN no one comes to ask: how does everything taste, would you perhaps like something to drink??? Even when we had finished eating, no one came to our table to ask if everything tasted good or if we wanted anything else? We walked away from Dulce Dulci very DISAPPOINTED. We won't be coming back here, because the service is absolutely terrible. Oh, and the crêpes are just pancakes and not as thin as a crêpe should be🙂

I waited for 2 hours and 30 minutes. I ordered at 9:45 PM. I called after an hour. Three times I was told the delivery person would be there in 15 minutes. The last time I called at 11:30 PM, I was told the delivery person was stuck in traffic. It is now 12:05 AM and there is still no sign of the delivery person. My daughter went to bed sad because she wanted to eat dessert. Finally, at 12:10 AM, the delivery person arrived, and on a bike too. So I don't understand what kind of traffic he was stuck in. If you are busy, it is only polite to inform your customers that the delivery will be delayed or to offer compensation. A simple apology is not enough, especially if you have ordered more than €95. So I will never order from here again.

I had to wait 2.5 hours for my order. I could overlook that, because the delivery driver had a little accident. I found this out when I had to call twice and ask where my order was... I ordered around 9 PM and received my order around midnight. The order itself wasn't really edible either. One waffle was as hard as a brick and the other was super cold. The packaging boxes and shaker cup were covered in a sweet mess. The taste of the shake was just OK. All in all, the company did nothing to make this right.

If you want to eat, eat in, don't order takeaway because you will have to wait for over 2 to 3 hours

There was glass in the cookie dough. After calling, they said they don't work with glass. I chewed on it and swallowed it. It got caught between my teeth and cut my gums a bit.

Because there wasn't enough chocolate, they were quite dry. 28 for 2 waffles is also way too expensive!

Delivery drivers are friendly, service is top-notch, and shakes are delicious!

The matcha is terrible, no taste at all, I only tasted the jam and milk? It is definitely not worth the money, you are better off making it at home. The delivery person was quite friendly, hence the one star. We spent about 40 euros here for 3 people... so much regret.

You are practically stared out of by the staff and you easily wait 30 minutes for your order to be ready because the friends who came in had priority with their order since they know each other? Not exactly customer-friendly. I really have nothing to complain about regarding the food 5 stars

Ordering through Uber Eats has been taking an hour now. When you call the number, it's out of service. This is useless! First and last time this happened.

Because of Ramadan, I had to take the waffles with me, but then they would cool down, so the owner was kind enough to deliver them. We had an Oreo waffle and a Kinder Bueno waffle, and I recommend both, because they were delicious!!

Really amazing, ordered more than once and even the whipped cream was still delicious! Fresh fruit with whipped cream is tricky to deliver, but everything was always perfect. Only 1 minus point now they no longer deliver to me! I think this is very unfortunate. I just wanted to order and it was not possible. Beating to death is really not that far from me... I think this is quite a shame.

Nasty food! there is always something broken or they are busy. And there is never anything in stock, highly recommended!! And let's not talk about the service.

Nice staff, food was super tasty and the Oreo milkshake is one of the best Oreo milkshakes I've ever made and it's fun for the girls to take pictures, lots of pink and gold.

Clearly an insta-picture-perfect lounge... it looks beautiful! Before we started ordering something, I wanted to go to the toilet. The gentleman indicated that it is still under renovation, but could use it... well... I tried that... DISGUSTING... dirty, the skid marks and everything was still visible. The gentleman suggested giving me a piece of paper. This was not one person's doing, but negligence. It was dirty and messy behind the scenes. I understand that it is messy due to the renovation, but it can't be dirty if you also receive customers ;-)... We left without using the toilet and not having ordered. So I really don't want to eat anything from the kitchen here.

Good food and nice place. Only we placed a pick up order 2 hours beforehand and went to pick it up (busy street, limited parking). We arrived at the pickup time and still had to wait 15 minutes. Pretty annoying. Plus they also forgot our donut

Bezorging verliep snel en de bezorger was heel aardig. Heerlijke shakes en cheesecakes. De red velvet en white chocolate raspberry zijn aanraders! Volgende x de wafels uitproberen, hier ga ik zeker vaker bestellen!!
