It looked like Bulgaria. Nearly 10 people behind the counter, all with torn gloves and their hair tied up, just flinging strands of hair back and forth. The music was blaring loudly, but compared to a few years ago, it looked much better back then. I also recently saw on TikTok that an employee brought her dog. I mean, everyone wants to be bothered while eating. I didn't like it there.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly. They have an open kitchen, so everything is very clean. Well done! 💖

The spread breakfast was quite rich and of high quality. The desserts were delicious, as always. The friendly staff was also a plus.

Drove all the way to Rotterdam for a dessert they posted on their Instagram account. Then I brought it up and they told me they only sold it at their Amsterdam location.

Dessert wasn't tasty. The place was empty, and we still weren't helped quickly, even though several employees were doing nothing. Way too expensive.

It does have a long line, but the atmosphere is perfect, and if you come during the week, it's nice and quiet. Orders arrive quite quickly, and the service is also good. Definitely recommended.

The only place in the Netherlands for Antep baklava and Turkish desserts. Try the mussel baklava, hadise, turquoise, and always freshly prepared kunefe. It's remained a consistent trend for years. Always the best! Thanks to Ebru and the team for their friendly service!

What a disappointment, I will definitely not go for the second time, the pastries baklava were not as good as they seemed.

Absolutely awful. What terrible service and atmosphere. A very long line. The only thing that tasted good was the pastries. The atmosphere is terrible downstairs next to the restroom. It smells bad too. If you're sent downstairs, keep that in mind. And say no. It will save you a lot of trouble. I've received the wrong order several times.

This morning, because it was New Year's Day, I went to the Şerifoğlu branch in Rotterdam to offer sweets to our guests from Germany. I specifically wanted fresh baklava. However, when we got home, we realized that both the baklava and the künefe were definitely not fresh. This was a huge disappointment for us. The second major disappointment was that there were almost no products in stock on such a busy day as New Year's. Having so little stock on such a special day is unacceptable. Also, the cashier was extremely inexperienced. I had to repeat my order three times, which unnecessarily prolonged the shopping process. Our guests had already arrived, and getting back to the store would have taken me 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back. Therefore, despite the products not being fresh, I didn't have the option to return what I bought. I am truly very upset about this experience, and it fell far short of my expectations. I am also sharing a photo of the receipt. Unfortunately, this visit was an extremely negative experience for me.

We were sitting in the back and a group at that heater next to us were very noisy and then this blond guy with the green jacket thought I was his 30 year old buddy, I thought it was very abnormal how he spoke to me!

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I thought Kivanc was a great, very professional employee, but you can't say the same for Tuana because she thinks she's a manager or something and is a 100% know-it-all. But the atmosphere was nice!

Everything was very nice and cozy except a young man with blond hair and blue eyes (kivanc) took our order and waited 30 hours for our kunefe and it arrived after 45 minutes because it turned out that the gentleman had not saved

Kivanc was very friendly and helpful. He was a very polite and courteous guy. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the rest of the staff.

My all-time favorite is the San Sebastian Cheesecake. It's truly a pure taste sensation 🔥🙌🏻. Highly recommended at Serifoglu!

The baklava is without a doubt the best you'll find in the Netherlands. The quality and flavor are truly top-notch, and that's why you'll want to come back. The service could be a bit more professional and serious. The atmosphere is quite distinctly Turkish, which might not be to everyone's taste, especially given the retro feel of the place. On the plus side, it attracts a diverse crowd of people of all nationalities. With a little more attention to service and ambiance, this place would truly be complete.

The waiters are not friendly at all and it's very noisy.

The food is super delicious, especially the künefe is super delicious here at şerifoğlu, the service was perfect, especially Gizem and Dilay, they were super friendly and sociable with everyone, they brightened up the atmosphere and persuaded me and the people I was with to come and eat here more often, super good and definitely recommended!!!

A great spot for Turkish desserts with impressively fast service—though checkout can take a bit of time. We tried the regular baklava, halka tatlı, havuç dilim, hadise, midye, and şöbiyet. The halka tatlı was delightfully crispy and a standout for me, while the midye was a crowd favorite. The havuç dilim comes with a generous serving of ice cream, which was a nice touch. All the desserts were high-quality and flavorful, not overly sugary, for an average price. The only downside was the tea—it tasted like it had been sitting too long after brewing and could be improved. The outdoor seating area is cozy, with heating provided, and the waiter was exceptionally kind, explaining each dessert and offering great recommendations. With so many Turkish and international options left to try, I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The food and atmosphere are excellent and the female staff is very friendly, but unfortunately the male staff lacks this friendliness.

It was my first time visiting this place. The venue looked clean and nice. When we ordered gözleme, we weren’t asked whether we wanted it spicy, and one of them came very spicy, but when we mentioned it, they did replace it. I was especially surprised about the water. In many cafés in the Netherlands, water is usually offered for free without even asking, but here it was charged and even more expensive than tea. We also asked to split the bill between two people, but were told that they always take payment from one person only and that guests should sort it out among themselves. No alternative was offered. I find it hard to understand this kind of practice in such a centrally located place in the Netherlands. I hope this will be improved soon.

We come here every Saturday evening and think it's a great place. The service is really polite and comes as soon as possible. We always enjoy the delicious Turkish tea and tasty pastries.

The desserts are generally good (you can't find everything on the menu most of the time). I gave the service one star because there are too many young workers who don't know their job, and I'm sorry to say the service and orders are very poor. (I don't want to go into detail.) The atmosphere is a bit better, especially in summer/winter.

We waited half an hour for two slices of baklava, then the pistachio baklava arrived half empty.

The service is fast and nice. The taste is delicious.

Lately, I've been saying this is the last time I go, but I kept going. Unfortunately, many of the desserts don't match the ones I first saw. The last time I went, I got the Şambali. It was like they crushed the lotus biscuits and sprinkled it on.🤦🏻‍♀️ No Şambali has cinnamon. At least you could make a regular semolina cake. You wouldn't be able to fool people this much. I can't be the only one who doesn't like it.

Unfortunately, we've left the place unsatisfied many times. Yes, the desserts are fresh and delicious. But the service, customer satisfaction, and waitstaff are glaringly incompetent. I think this also affects the atmosphere. Tables are messy, and people clear them late, even after the customers have left. If the manager were to overhaul the place, it could be a better place.

The blonde woman with a lot of makeup who works there is extremely rude and unprofessional. She ruins the atmosphere and walks around like she owns the place. She also argues with her colleagues next to the customers. It's a shame for such a nice place. I won't be coming back because of her.

It's a great place, but the blonde waitress is incredibly rude and has a terrible attitude. She runs around combing her hair at the entrance, but doesn't help guests in a normal way. It's a shame to see that.

Simply unbelievably delicious! 😍 The baklava here is a dream – fresh, perfectly sweet, and wonderfully crispy. You can immediately tell that everything is made with love and care. The other desserts are also delicious; every piece is a delight! 🍰 The shop itself is beautifully decorated – modern, cozy, and inviting. You immediately feel at home. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and you get great advice. Definitely my new favorite place for sweet treats! Highly recommended! 🙌

What a terrible place. I tried to order kunefe today. After waiting for 45 minutes, no one came to take our order. One young guy was supposed to be serving about 50 tables on the patio. We got up and left, which is a shame. With so many customers, you should hire more staff.

I recommend Kubra, she works perfectly, we will be looking for her when we come back! Other than that, she was great!

Unfortunately, after my umpteenth visit here, I'm disappointed because I was told I couldn't order at 11:45 PM on a Saturday night, even though the place is open until 1:00 AM. Would you like to change your opening hours?

I recently visited Şerifoğlu Rotterdam, and what a delightful experience it was! What an excellent place for those who love authentic Turkish baklava and other traditional treats! What I tried: Fıstıklı baklava, superbly crispy, with a delicious pistachio and a delicate biscuity touch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, explaining the desserts as needed and making excellent recommendations. Service was fast, even when it was busy.

I ordered something small, although it wasn't that crowded, it arrived very late, the employees had sullen faces, everyone was pessimistic, and the dessert tasted stale.

There are staff who act like shepherds, they don't know how to talk to people and how to treat customers. Even though they reduced the portion size of Magnolia, the price is the same, it's a disgrace. I wouldn't recommend it to friends, but their baklava is good.

While the place may look appealing, there are serious issues with service quality and customer satisfaction. Our order arrived late and was incomplete. The tea was cold, and the desserts weren't fresh. The staff was also quite indifferent. I would have expected more attentive service from an establishment of this caliber. I don't think I'll be visiting again.

In the evening, we went to eat kunefe with my friend. Instead of kunefe cheese, there was full-fat salty kashar cheese in the kunefe. We came back without eating it and they charged us twice the price. There was a female Arab employee who was very angry with us. The service was also very bad. They almost made me fall on my head.
