Domino's in Centrum

Good domino's store, looks clean and the staff is very friendly, there is a nice atmosphere. After 10 minutes the pizza was ready.

This is chicken kebab pizza. What I got vs what was promised. I always like chicken kebab. But this time there was only a small thin line of sauce on my pizza. Disappointed.

Order not complete. Unfriendly staff who cannot say good evening or goodbye. Are only concerned with themselves.

Absolutely fine 👍 it is often busy in the evenings but you still get good help. Friendly staff.

The pizzas always arrive warm and there is nothing to complain about, not even about the service because they are also friendly on the phone, even when it is busy. However, in the past an order was often delivered within half an hour, unfortunately the last 3 orders were all only delivered after an hour and a half, with the order last Friday even taking 2 hours

I really think it's a shame that the pizza chicken Zanzibar has never returned because those were really good pizzas

I have ordered 2 Pizzas on 19.03.2023 80 mins after payment I have called to ask for my delivery because it was not delivered till there . The girl on Phone was unfriendly she has not apologised and told me the pizzas are now going into the oven and they will be delivered in 20 mins. About 40 minutes Pizzas where still not delivered so I called again this time a young man answered. He told me the Pizzas are now going into the oven ! So I told him I don’t want this pizzas any more because I was waiting more than 2 hours till there . He told me he is the manager and he will refund my order !! The where not refunding anything ! After 1 Week i called the PayPal support and they sent a massage to dominos to refund my money! They haven’t react to that point that PayPal service has escalated this case . Today 13.04.2023 I got my refund ! I will never order at Dominos Pizza again in my life .Worste service ever . Shame on you Dominos

I'm calling because a coupon has been placed in my mailbox from Dominos. with 2nd pizza for free, the code doesn't work on the website, so I call and get someone on the line. Who can't help me because it is sent from head office, perhaps it would be better to instruct your staff from head office so that everything is on one line, which will save me a lot of time

Prima pizza's maar verwacht er niet te veel van. Wel veel vage klanten en steeds te weinig personeel. Met name dit laatste is schandalig omdat zij keihard moeten werken voor een hongerloontje terwijl 1 of 2 extra personeelsleden alles een stuk sneller gaat en echt niet zoveel kost, maar dat kost de manager natuurlijk teveel. Diep triest!

Super goede service snel en lekker.

It was Saturday night and there were not long waits!

Food was good but the place was small and quite old. Service was fast and behaviour with customer was pretty nice.

I’ve always loved Domino’s Pizza for a very long time now! Their service is quick, timely and efficient for all. Their staff are friendly and polite, especially when recommending the best Pizzas that customers rate the best! Basically, I have nothing but gratitude for their services 💪🏻

Tasty, cheap and customizable with quick delivery and pick-up.

The costumer service is pretty good. Normally a couple of workers present at the store at once. Only takeaway now.

The pizza was fine, but I dont like that staff answers phones, works the register, handles money, and then goes back to making pizzas without washing their hands in-between.
