Very bad pizza, cold and limp, and the sauce was 2 weeks past its sell-by date. Don't order from here.

What a mood-killer this evening! Order placed for delivery at 6:45 PM. At 6:47 PM, a notification said the pizzas were going into the oven. The app said the pizzas would be delivered between 7:00 PM and 7:15 PM. At 7:22 PM (...) a notification that the delivery driver was on his way. That was 35 minutes after they went into the oven. Ridiculous! No wonder we received lukewarm (almost cold) pizzas. The delivery driver didn't apologize for the delivery, even though he should have known it had been sitting on the shelf for a while. Never again! I'd rather get fresh pizza at the supermarket.

I tried to order twice tonight, delivery to nearby hotel, instructions: meeting at lobby. Both times order cancelled. I called the Domino, they had no idea…. Both times cancellation came 15 min after order made and paid. Never again using this. Order made via Uber Eats app….

The order was incomplete. They did respond quickly and delivered the missing dish. It was just the wrong dish... The quality of the food was also disappointing. Too bad...

We ordered and nothing came. Upon inquiry, we were told the driver couldn't find us. We left a phone number... incredibly bad.

We had ordered food from a campsite via Lieferando, paid with PayPal and left a telephone number. After waiting for 2 hours, we were told on the phone that the driver had returned with our order. Why should we give a telephone number if we weren't called anyway? We could have come to the street, a maximum of 1 minute walk away.

Waiting an hour and a half for lukewarm food

Arrived more than an hour after the stated delivery time, the pizzas were cold. When I called the store, they said, "Oh, it happens, the order will be delivered by the next delivery driver (45 minutes after the order should have arrived).

We ordered 26 pizzas for our work from here. I ordered them the day before online, and they were ready and waiting perfectly on time! Amazing service!

Worst Domino's ever. Didn't receive the sauce. Then you have to struggle to get your money back. A new pizza with the sauce isn't an option because they can't just make another pizza. Not even if the already delivered pizza is returned. Then you have to email Domino's yourself for your money. You pay for something, Domino's takes your money and doesn't deliver. Then you call about it and get the two options above. In my experience, this is a bit of a topsy-turvy world. Don't order from here, this is the umpteenth time with Domino's Aalsmeer. You'll never have any problems with New York Pizza again. STAY AWAY.

Placed an order here this evening. Got the food after an hour; pizza hot and spicy with extra toppings and 15 pieces of popcorn chicken with a thick shake in coffee flavor. The ONLY thing I got inside was the shake. I was shocked by the pizza, the bbq sauce was very syrupy and tasted bad which made the pizza inedible, you might as well have put syrup on it, also way too much bbq sauce. Then to the "popcorn chicken", bone dry and really inedible, I got sick at the first bite. With this order I had ordered bbq sauce with the popcorn chicken, and whipped cream with my iced coffee, this was missing. I spent around 40 euros on this place and I will NEVER do that again. Waste of money.

Food, service and atmosphere, as a visitor from the USA, was spot on. However, there was one worker, unsure if he was new or what, but he could not get off of his cell phone. He was being trained on how to restock the drinks in the cooler, but he barely payed attention bc he was playing on his phone. He said something like "ya I understand" but then immediately only filled the cooler half way with the drink he was restocking. And left the rest in the bottom

Let's be serious...we ordered 2 pizzas, of which 1 pizza just had a slice of pizza missing and Rayan was written on the box...so we didn't eat it and the other was really very dry and the meat was so dried out yuck...you can't call this a pizza anymore! Was the last time I ordered from here again!

Delivery people do nothing wrong and it is absolutely not their fault! But what a rubbish tent. Every time we order here something goes wrong, but today... Ordered 5 things, didn't receive 2 of them. Also no sauce at all which should have been included. Detroit pepperoni way too greasy and tasted chemically. I called to ask about it, and the shift manager (or something?) promised me that the missing products would be delivered immediately, with a little Ben and Jerry as a make-up. The delivery person brought the missing products and the "chicken combination box" (4 of 3 types of chicken, 12 pieces) only contained 12 pieces of kick 'n chicken and not the other 2 types, so that was also a completely different product. The little Ben and Jerry saving grace wasn't included either.. How much can go wrong in 1 evening?? Money back will probably not work either. So wasted money. Shame..

Come in, a guy with long loose hair is standing above the workbench making pizzas, which I don't think are fresh, then I am asked if I have ordered, I say no, just come in, then I get the answer: we are much too busy, so with other words go away again. So that's what I did.

TL:DR: food never delivered and no refund Ordered last Sunday. After a long wait (2 hours, which is unfortunately normal for them) I contacted the restaurant to ask what was going on, as my order was marked as delivered even though I had not received anything. The boy on the phone told me that he would contact the delivery person because he said he was still on his way, to see where he was. I asked if he was sure, because the restaurant was about to close. He assured me that the order would still arrive. After some time still nothing, so I tried to call again even though the restaurant was officially closed. Half an hour later I got a boy on the phone who asked his manager what happened. "Yes, we can't do anything about it anymore, have a nice evening." Completely ridiculous response of course. After some insistence, the manager was on the phone. Explained the situation again, also with the fact that I had already called before because he very cleverly tried to use the argument "you only call when we are closed". He told me to send an email so his boss can see if I got my money back. I did that, but you guessed it; no response there either. This branch is simply filled with scammers, when you get your food the question is whether it will be delivered cold, but apparently they also think it is the most normal thing in the world not to deliver food at all. Avoid this place like the plague.

Order clearly done. Wrong delivery and then acknowledged by telephone, but then refused to correct the error. When someone tries to tell you something, you get loudly and let the manager know that he will never deliver anything again. In other words, you make a mistake, acknowledge it, but that is bad luck for the customer? And if people complain, you can wait months for an answer. Time for this branch to get a new manager who is customer friendly. Order better in Amstelveen. They do what they are supposed to do. Fortunately, Dominos itself distances itself from the attitude of this branch manager and resolves the error to your satisfaction. But it is better to avoid this Dominos branch until there is a manager who is friendly and does his job. And Google, there is no swear word in here. It is a serious warning to other customers who might be better off ordering their pizza elsewhere. So please just post. It complies with all the rules you set.

Ordered two gluten-free pizzas. Not an exaggerated hour after ordering, they called to say they only had 1 gluten-free base left. Used to be a great place with very tasty pizza, but not anymore. Quality of the food has really gone down. They “forget” sauces and constantly mix things up. Pizza dough became so thin that you can’t even hold it anymore without falling apart. It is also cut carelessly and thrown in the box. Potato vegges are barely cooked and not eatable, really just raw potatoes with bit of the crunch on top. Chicken is very dry and has no taste. And this is many times in a row now. So never ordering here again.

Every time there is an issue with the order. Once my account got deducted more than once and it took many phone call to get my money back. This time I redeemed the point to get a free pizza and I got nothing. After a phone to the rest, they told ,e that I never order the second pizza but the points are deducted. Good pizza, but staff needs improving. Generally they are smoking right outside the door, which means picking up food means you have to walk through a wall of disgusting smells. Not a good way to advertise a place that should be smelling like lovely baked bread.
