Pizzeria Pavarotti in Wijk 02 Oosteinde

I ordered pasta today. A salmon and a bolognese. It came with a mixed salad. The pasta tasted absolutely awful, neither. And the mixed salad was nothing more than a bowl of iceberg lettuce, half a sliced tomato, and a stray olive here and there. Why two stars? Well, we've ordered pizza there before, and it was fine.

Just delivered .2 pizzas tasty delicious pizzas

My last three donnies disappeared into their home delivery service. My stomach was growling, and I was eagerly ordering on this beautiful third day. The final order was canceled, and I won't get my money back until after three business days. I only got my three donnies back on Tuesday, which is crazy. Your food is on and all, but wow, this one really ruined my day. Turn off home delivery when you're not open.

We ordered two pizzas via JustEat at 8:30 pm. Waiting time: between 25 and 40 minutes. At 9:05 pm, the delivery was reported as having been made at 9:17 pm, without the pizzas actually being delivered. I had no idea that the Pavarotti pizzeria was equipped with machinery capable of traveling 12 minutes into the future. At 9:06 pm we called the pizzeria, we were told that the rider would arrive in 2 or 3 minutes. Needless to say, at 9:30 pm there was no sign of the pizzas. I hope that the Pavarotti pizzeria suffers the same fate as the famous Italian tenor, our much more famous compatriot. P.S. reading the other reviews, perhaps, the failure to deliver the pizzas protected us from possible far more dramatic consequences for our health.

I had a big party where we ordered 40 pizzas with the premeditation that not everything would go well. But the opposite was true, everything ran smoothly and without any problems, all pizzas were delivered hot and on time. Definitely recommended.

Litterally the worst experience I have ever had. The food portions were tiny compared to their price tags. My calzone was incredibly dry and my friend who ordered sandwiches just got some microscopic pita bread he had to fill himself. The pizzas and calzones were also very small and not actually enough as a single meal as a normal pizza should be. The waiting time was not bad and the delivery guy was friendly, but this does not make up for the food in the slighest.

I have now ordered twice via Thguisbezorgd and half an hour later I received a message that the order had been cancelled. Then simply enter your opening hours correctly. I won't order from here again! Worthless unreliable

I recommend this place to everyone who likes Italian food. It's a simple takeaway at first glance, but the quality of the food speaks for itself. We were allowed to eat it inside, the price was very good (€38 for two pizzas, one pasta and two redbull). In addition, it was ready very quickly (10 minutes) and it was steaming hot. Super pleasant experience, hence the enthusiastic response!

I had to order pizza for our party and our friends recommended ordering from Pizza Pavarotti. So I googled the pizzeria's website (no spon) and ordered pizzas there, including 2 pizzas with an extra topping. There are no options on the website to order an extra topping, but when selecting the pizza, a comments field did appear where I had added extra onion to one pizza and extra red pepper to the other pizza. The pizzas were delivered, but the two pizzas that had extra topping noted on them were made without extra topping. When I reported this by telephone, their reason was that it should not be put in the comments field and because extra toppings are often noted there by customers, Pizza Pavarotti employees have decided to ignore the toppings in the comments field from now on. So instead of them: [1] Please call to let us know that there are costs associated with the extra toppings, which we must pay in cash to the delivery person - which we had 100% certainly agreed to -, or: [2] propose to cancel the order and whether we want to redo the order via Thuisbezorgd because that means it will be properly recorded on the receipt... the request for extra toppings is simply IGNORED and when I ask why I didn't get what I had ordered, this was mainly my fault. But there is no other way to add an extra topping to your pizza on the Pizza Pavarotti website than in the comments field. If you order a pizza via Thuisbezorgd and you want to add extra toppings, you can do so by simply checking those toppings. But not everyone orders via Thuisbezorgd. Unfortunately, I can no longer inform them by telephone (or send an email) at this time to explain this story. So 3 tips for Pizza Pavarotti employees: 1. If you notice that customers regularly make the same mistake in their orders, make a test order yourself, because there is probably something wrong with (or unclear on) your website. 2. Take the website down if you only want to receive orders via Thuisbezorgd. 3. Learn or try to be a little more customer-oriented, by offering solutions and not saying NO. By the way, my pizza was very tasty (even without the extra red peppers). Nice and thin with a crispy edge, the toppings were evenly spread and the amount of each topping was just right.

Delivered quickly and delicious!

Tiramisu with the chunks of ice cream still in it, so not fresh but straight from the freezer and therefore tasteless. A bucket of cinnamon on top really doesn't help. The lasagna was nothing special and the tagliatelle with shrimp was reasonable. The sweet rolls do not match the food at all and certainly not with the herb butter. Just rancid. First and last time we order here.

Toppers. Friendly and delicious pizzas & calzones. If you are in a hurry you can pick up quickly, it will be ready within 10-15 minutes.

Quite good and fresh food. They are friendly and efficient. Don’t make you wait too long for your meal, and then you have plenty options to choose from. Keep up 👏🏽

Food was delicious hot and fast with very friendly staff

I ordered Peperoni pizzas with just pepperoni and double cheese. I got pizza with peppers and when I wanted to return it because I don't eat peppers because I am allergic, the owner said that you have to read the menu carefully. If I want a new one, I have to order and pay for a new one. I have never experienced such service.

We had ordered food, something goes wrong with the order on their end. By that time we have been waiting for an hour. An hour later still no food. Called 3 times is no longer answered. When the food finally arrived, I also received the wrong thing. So not the best thing.

Of the 4 pizza places we visited while in France, Germany and the Netherlands, we liked this pizza the best. Thank you!!!

Our pizza was delivered cold and completely crumpled. It took a very long time for it to arrive, so of course it arrived completely cold. We then called and they were very rude! Really very bad!!! This is definitely not recommended!!!

I ordered a calzone gorgonzola pizza. At the middle of the pizza, i found some plastics between the ingredients. Cookers from Pizzeria Pavarotti, be careful please, because its a pity to mess up a whole amazing pizza with plastic pieces.

The food from this place wasn't bad a year ago. But after the last order, I changed my mind. The waiting time was almost 1.5 hour and it was supposed to be up to 40 minutes. The pizza was a disaster, I couldn't eat it. And the capsalon was burnt. Overall, 50e was thrown away.

The order was delivered late. The restaurant was unreachable by telephone. The shawarma was lukewarm and tasted of nothing. The meat seemed compressed. The same applied to a compressed slice of minced meat. Also tasteless. I will never order anything from here again.

Bad restaurant! Unfriendly staff!!! There are brats working there who can barely speak Dutch correctly. Customers are immediately put on the block list here if they have something to complain about the food. Hygiene in the restaurant itself is also not entirely kosher. If they ever get a visit from the taste police, they will immediately be put to the pillory!!! NEVER AGAIN

Recently got food here, my parents had shawarma which was quite good. I ordered the spare ribs but Jesus, they were bad. The fat edges were still there and there was no crack or taste. I left them and ate them with the shawarma. Furthermore, the fries were limp and cold. I really won't go here again. The first impression was very bad and certainly not worth repeating.

I'm normally not one for posting references, but this place really deserves it this time. Ordered here for the first and especially LAST time. Firstly, the delivery person came with the food 25 minutes later than expected... Now the pizza was reasonable (reasonable is not good) that my wife had, but I myself had the mixed grill dish, but boy, what a dirty dish this was. ! It seemed as if the cook had eaten it himself first, vomited it out and reheated it🤢 The fries were so soft that I had better eat them straight from the freezer! In short: 26 euros down the drain and a bad taste in my mouth!

I ordered a delicious salami pepper pizza and tiramisu. Delivered on time and wonderfully warm. Exactly how an Italian pizza should be, slightly crispy, thin, creamy and subtly topped. Rich in flavor and yet large enough. I would say Pizzeria Pavarotti is the address in the Kudelstaart area for the best pizzas in the region. They have earned the five stars twice over. Don't forget to order dessert, it's worth it. Super nice delivery, did their very best for my order. My compliments for serving a real pizza without compromises.

Ordered 4 pizzas via the website at 5:50 PM. After this, a pop-up appeared that the pizzas would be delivered at 6:20 PM. However, at 6:45 PM we had not yet received any pizzas. We then called and were told that the courier was on its way. Around 7:30 PM still no pizzas, so I called again. The same gentleman who claimed the courier was on his way at 6:45 PM with our pizzas then said they were going into the oven. So that was around 7:30 PM. We immediately said that we no longer wanted the pizzas because waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes is really ridiculous. It would have taken over 2 hours for the pizzas to be delivered! We indicated that we wanted our money refunded, then the gentleman said that he would call back about it the next day. We obviously did not agree to this and just wanted the amount back immediately. Ultimately the money was refunded the next day. In short: VERY poor delivery service and dishonest staff. I have no idea what the pizzas are like or what the restaurant is like, but they certainly won't make any more money from us.

Tasty pizza, but lousy delivery. Delivered much too late twice (5 minutes and 45 minutes). When you call where they are, the answer is that your pizza is just going into the oven... or that your order was accidentally thrown away. So bad!!!!!!

Worst pizza I've had in years. Bad service as well: pizza was not sliced (delivered as so to my hotel room), no napkins, and I ordered a list of items to have free delivery (even tough I always give 2 EUR tip to delivery guy, as I did) but instead they didn't include one item so I also ended up paying delivery. For that price I could have a nice dinner at the beach club instead...
