Really disappointed by the way employees behave at this place. After waiting for 1.5 h for delivery it never came. They submitted report on uber eats like it was already delivered. When I called them they said they were there, but my living room have clear view to my entry door. The worst thing is they fight me like it was my mistake. And I don’t understand why they submitted report like food is delivered. Really disappointed, manager was so extremely rood. And now I can not ask for my money back.

Almost always have good pizzas here. They also have great deals, which keeps the prices somewhat affordable. I gave the service 4 stars, mainly because they don't deliver to the Steendijkpolder area. Such a shame! Finally, parking is very difficult.

I ordered a pizza at 6:20 PM. The app showed it had been delivered since 7:07 PM. It finally arrived at 7:30 PM. I called the store, and the person on the phone went to check on my order, but instead, they hung up. We paid extra for a bag of garlic sauce, which wasn't included (this almost always happens at Domino's). All in all, very mediocre, and unfortunately, not the first time I've ordered from Domino's. I would advise everyone to order elsewhere!

I ordered 3 pizzas and indicated summer delivery, it took almost 2 hours before the order arrived.

I waited a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes. The person who took the order was definitely not customer friendly. Just ordered a Caprese pizza, but unfortunately without spinach and without the pesto swirl - those two things make it so tasty. I was really looking forward to it, so this is a real shame. Order was over an hour late even though I had ordered 80 minutes in advance. Only half an hour after the scheduled delivery time did a message appear in the app. I called the branch to complain. If he had to compensate everyone for an hour's delay, they wouldn't earn anything anymore ;) He also wasn't going to give me the details of the franchisees. So a lot is not possible at this branch and I got the feeling based on his reaction that a delay of an hour is normal. I feel a bit cheated by this.

If you receive the food way too late every time, the taste and quality no longer matter much. This branch must ensure that they can place online orders (at least for delivery) or arrange for more staff. Otherwise they better close the tent.

On busy days you can expect a minimum waiting time of two hours. The inexperienced staff lies about this waiting time and cannot properly assist customers. You obviously can't expect much from Domino's, but this branch is really performing below par. How sad. So, don't order here or be prepared for a disappointment that lasts (at least two) hours.

Saturday 8-6-24 I ordered at 4:51 PM and indicated that I wanted my order at 6:00 PM. When I just moved to the neighbourhood this was my go-to spot to have pizzas delivered. I got them warm and on time because I lived nearby. As time progressed, the quality and service have taken a nosedive with a scary consistency. Some of the things I have experienced in my time with Domino's: - Even during weekdays deliveries now can take an hour or more (with only 1 pizza ordered) - Some pizzas looked like they were rushed... some werent even warm. others didn't even look properly baked. - Pizzaboxes were delivered upside down, so all the toppings and cheese stuck to the box. - Drinks and sauces have been forgotten at times - One pizza order actually has gone MISSING after calling them 1,5 hours after ordering. They said they "didnt know where the pizza went" and they had to make a new one. If I did not call I wouldnt have gotten anything because they thought it was delivered. - Prices went through the roof after 2022. Inflation is one thing, but adding 2 euros to a 4 piece chickenstrip box is just pure greed. - The delivery people look miserable. They can barely muster a smile anymore when handing the order to me. Bad attitudes overal, despite every order of mine including a tip. I've taken my business to NY pizza and never looked back. Customer support thought they could fix it with a coupon. Ordered a simple pizza and fries. Was already concerned as it was delivered by bicycle. Cold pizza can be accepted, fries not. But who cares about temperature, this stuff was bad! 80% went into the garbage bin.

I was super hungry so I ordered from domino's at 9:57 PM and the order finally arrived at 12:15 AM. By then I wasn't hungry anymore and just wanted to sleep because I was extremely tired. The kick'n chicken was also not fully cooked. I find it absurd that I had to wait so long and would like my money back. I was very hungry and ended up with a pizza that didn't arrive until midnight, even though I wanted to go to sleep around that time.
