The pizza was barely cut + not even round🤣 The chicken was falling off and the pizza was super dry when I called about it the lady on the phone was not customer friendly.

De la casa isn't what it used to be. I ordered lasagna al forno; it used to be delicious, but now it's inedible. Soggy, tasteless, and loads of cheese. Probably straight from the freezer. Such a shame, I won't be ordering from them again.

DELICIOUS! I had a fantastic pizza with fantastic toppings and a delicious flavor. Granted, they don't offer competitive prices compared to others, but that's completely unacceptable when you taste this. The quality is sublime, the flavor is exquisite. (Tip: always order their homemade sauces. They're the best anywhere in the country.)

Placed an order at 3 o'clock in the afternoon with the request to have it delivered at 6 o'clock, seriously, then you call and they say that they still have to pack it, it is not the first time, but for us it is the last

Only order if you have an hour and a half to wait. Eating pizza inside is no longer possible; it used to be very cozy. Now it's completely filled with pizza boxes and trash, making it impossible to sit down. They don't taste as good as they used to; they just dump everything on top these days. It'll probably go bankrupt soon. It's become a very bad business, worthless.

I am extremely happy with Della Casa. The pizzas are perfect: a crispy, thin base, richly topped with fresh ingredients and packed with flavor. You can really taste that everything is prepared with care. The service is also great! The staff is friendly and helpful, and my order was delivered super quickly. Pizza order at 18:37 to receive at 20:00. Pizza was here at 21:32.... No compensation at all, excuse was a big order before us.

currently waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2 margarita pizzas. When you call the business, you get a lady on the line who is very rude. who simply says yes, you order pizza anyway. That I just have to wait. it takes an extra 30 minutes so 1.45 hours waiting for 2 margarita pizzas. what a bullshit this is. I have never had to wait so long anywhere and been spoken to so rudely. never order here again. We're going to make bad publicity for this

2 pizzas are more expensive for more than an hour, of course it can happen that it takes longer, because yes, it is busy. But then we also get 2 pizzas that look nothing like the order. Ordered pasta arrabiata for the 2nd time. Delivered late for the 2nd time, fifteen minutes late this time. The first time arrabbiata was a success, the dish was very tasty. Tonight's version was terrible. So incredibly spicy that I threw it away after 5 bites, it was unbearable to eat that hot. I have already eaten quite a few arrabbiatas and it is always a spicy dish, but what I got tonight really made no sense. Called about this but was turned away with "That's our dish" and "Arrabbiata should be spicy". Not at all willing to accommodate me with a new or different dish.

Order was incorrect, does not admit that the order is incorrect. It's rude if you call and are told that you either didn't call correctly or that we can't see properly.

I haven't eaten such bad pizza and lasagna before. It was a tasteless base, barely topped with very cheap ingredients. The lasagna was unrecognizable gunk, I couldn't discover any lasagna sheets, there were some slices of ham(?) instead of minced meat, there was no tomato sauce. Damn it. I would fire myself if I made such poor quality food. I felt ashamed that we served this to our guests.

So far no response to the text message. Della Casa's pizzas are tasty, but you shouldn't be in a hurry. Worthless.

Ordered a pizza at 5:15 PM and the pizza was not there yet. We then called and they indicated that the pizza would be delivered within 20 minutes. At 6:30 PM the pizza was not yet there. Finally canceled!! What a bad thing!!!

Ordered food from della casa. I thought I'd give them another chance, but I'm already regretting ordering from there. Waiting an hour and 20 minutes for the food...della casa that could be better...do something about it for once. Pizza salami was decent. But...I thought I would order a nice entrecote...not to eat. I think the entrecote had been under a truck....very thin and extremely tough....in short, no more della casa for me.....bah...30 euros wasted!

2 out of 4 pizzas were not as ordered. A completely wrong calzone and a chicken dõner with too few ingredients. This is the second time in a short time that the order was incorrect. Sloppy and disappointing.

Pizzas are really good. Delivery is really a drama. An hour or more for a simple pizza is no exception. And when you call, the pizza is always just in the oven...

The box was wetter than the pizza! Now I normally don't have a problem with a wet box. Just something indiscriminately thrown onto a lump of fried dough. Because the box was so wet, the bottom is like soaked newspaper. Because of my high empathy, this probably tastes like a warmed-up stoma. Not to mention the delivery time.

Had food delivered to this restaurant tonight with 6 friends. The waiting time would be 55 minutes. This ended up being a 2 hour wait (after having to call 3 times). Then you hope that the quality is good, but unfortunately. The pizzas were just undercooked and the pasta carbonara tasted like everything but carbonara. We threw the food away and had to order somewhere else, which is a shame. A small bright spot: the pasta bolognese actually tasted reasonable. Hurrah...

My friends and I ordered food from this place. It took almost 2 hours for the food to arrive. The food we got looked really bad and tasted gross. It's like taking a girl out after a night out and finding out she's a guy. That would be even less of a disappointment.

It was nice, but I just saw my dinner card with 40 euros on it on my computer, it didn't work, which was a bit of a shame, we still have the receipt and are going back to the store where the card was purchased and then they have to solve it and they will be happy to come. back again because it is super tasty. Della Casa highly recommended!!!

This place was great not that long ago. Sadly the quality of the food has kept dropping. By now its down to burned fries. Requests tend to get ignored. Have memories of this place when it served great quality. Sad to see that go.

Waiting more than an hour for 2 pizzas? Why? Not because of the oven time, because the ingredients were still raw. The half bottle of olive oil that was 'sprinkled' over the pizzas made it complete: bin food!

Very tasty pizzas and staff that is always ready. (Don't be fooled by the location, cozy inside, but the quality pizzas sometimes deserve an even better location WITH these entrepreneurs)

Me and Two Friends ordered Pizzas from here, and we were all very pleased with each of our Pizzas. We also ordered sides of chips which were nice. The service was very prompt and great value for money I again visited myself and Ordered a Hawaiian Pizza which was great

Ordered pizza today for our daughter's birthday. The vision also had an appetite for it. Called at 5:30 PM and it would be delivered within half an hour/45 minutes. Our telephone number was asked so that they could reach us. At half past seven we started to get hungry, but being fifteen minutes late can happen on a Saturday evening. Just called at 10 to 7. They were just working on it. They would be out the door in a minute. Called again at 10 past 7, then they were just working on it again. At ten to half past eight we decided to go get fries if they wouldn't be there at half past eight. At half past eight they finally arrived. Received a bottle of cheap lambrusco as compensation. The best part... We were also allowed to pay delivery costs and the pizzas were not cut, which we had asked for (it was even stated on the receipt). We also gave a tip to contact us next time if things turn out this way and a to make another appointment.

But I don't advise people to go there for a 'nice' bite to eat. Certainly not because you sit on garden chairs and there are no cushions on the hard wooden benches. Service is substandard and the food is not what it used to be. Had to wait a long time for the food...

Ordered two pizzas online but received nothing after an hour. I have now tried to call about 20 times but cannot be reached. Sometimes the phone rings and other times we get a busy tone, so they just don't answer! Too ridiculous for words! I have now ordered pizza somewhere else, if the delivery person from della casa ever comes today he can eat the pizzas himself. So this was the last time we ordered something here.

Hi everyone, We regularly ordered from dela Casa, I usually took the Nostromo pizza, a great pizza with capers and mussels, a really super pizza. But then something terrible happened, this pizza was no longer on the menu, and well, what was I supposed to do? If I called and said Nostromo pizza, it would be quiet on the phone for a while and I would say to the girl on the phone "just ask the chef" and that best man would make the Nostromo pizza especially for me. I am completely happy with these people, they do their utmost, great food. Great business.

Pizza napolitana was a bit too salty in my opinion. The combination of anchovies and too many capers. The olives were present in many numbers on the pizza. But it looks good and not expensive. Staff is friendly (the restaurant was empty at that time). Highly recommended to give it a try.
