This is really ridiculous. If you want to order from them, you have to call them 10 times to place an order; they don't even answer. This is really ridiculous.

Had to wait an extremely long time for the food. Had to take 2 later trains because of this.

What a fiasco of a business. No one monitors the children there. They forget everything, delivery is a nightmare, not to mention the quality of pizzas they dare to deliver. Never again for me.

Been trying to order for weeks. They just cancel it last minute. No explanation, no apologies. Just wasting my time. Needs a staff change urgently, I recommend avoiding this branch.

Ususally pretty good - nice food - some of the people working there are really nice and customer-oriented - others are the complete opposite. I have had multiple times now where they allegedly "forgot" to put in the food ordered online so when you arrive there for pick-up, you then have to wait 20min longer.... What is even the point of ordering online if they just forgot and you have to wait and watch them make the food in front of you when you arrive at pick-up time? Then they barely apologize and just leave the food out to get cold instead of letting me know when ready..

Delicious, no-nonsense pizza. The taste is good, they are fast every time, chill with extra sauce, and you can sit there lovely in the sun around lunchtime. I've eaten there about 10 times now and it's top-notch every time, especially when Rohan is doing his thing in the kitchen.

2 restaurants, one of which delivers Shake and has it on the menu. The food is fine; occasionally there are a few issues, but that can always be resolved. Service has been very good so far. Even when it’s busy, things work out well. The atmosphere is busy, but from personal contact to delivery, it is calm, pleasant, and polite. That’s all for now ;). A different menu composition every now and then is nice. My family enjoys it too.

Recently ordered beer. The pizza arrived within half an hour, hot and well-topped! The lava cake was delicious!

We ordered twice. Both times they gave us the wrong order (after waiting for over an hour) and told us it would arrive later, but both times we never received the food. They don't answer the phone. It's awful. They should fire whoever is in charge there.

Bad rating for the service. Two ingredients were forgotten on my pizza, even though I paid €5.50 for them. You pay, but don't get what you want. The delivery wasn't very fast either.

I was supposed to get desserts with friends but we were hungry so I suggested Dominos as I used to be a big fan of the chain. We were greeted with a new, renovated place now with digital kiosks which are super handy to order and when the order came I genuinely did not expect such high quality. I don't know if the pizza chefs had a really good day or is this the new standard but the veggie sub tasted like the vegetables were delivered fresh today. The dough was perfect and the sauce with the cheese were fresh as well. The fries were baked and didn't feel greasy at all which is usually a problem in most fast food places. I'm also a big fan of them selling monster energy drinks now, such a good combo with a pizza. I will be definitely coming back again and trying more of the menu. Maybe a lot of the bad reviews are from delivery experiences or before renovation. But after today, please give everyone working here a raise and I hope the standards stay this high going into the future

Took an hour, arrived cold. Called and was told I'd receive a voucher for a new pizza, but never received one.

They didn't deliver full order. We called. They delivered one item. We had more missing....Called again. They brought last items and most were still wrong. The person on the call was rude.

I picked up a pizza from Domino's Pizza Den Haag Hollands Spoor. When I decided to order from Domino's, I did so for financial reasons because of a special offer. After picking up the pizza, it looked more like a dried-out, wilted, pathetic, submissive, disappointing, and unloving puff pastry wrap from Aldi (no hate). This was the most disappointing "pizza" I've ever eaten. The service was good, and the communication was reasonable, but I will never, ever go back. I therefore give you the same advice: strongly avoid this place.

Do not pay for the 1,95€ "hurry i'm hungry". You still wait more than an hour before anything gets delivered and we live 5 minutes away. I want my money back.

We ordered caprese without tomato sauce. On the website, caprese includes cheese, spitto, pesto, and fresh tomatoes. We also added extra onion becone cheese. pizza with cheese rim. We were delivered pizza without fresh tomatoes and spinach as well . We ordered for a specific time. The pizza arrived cold and dry. It's unclear what we paid for... I kindly request the administration to respond to reviews at this establishment. I understand that you are a large company and people will still order from you, but that is no reason to ignore the opinions of your customers.

Order was cancelled without any information after hours of waiting. It's definitely a big joke. When we called, Noone answered at all. The staff don't care about their customers at all. Waiting for a refund. It's amazing that people like this still keep their jobs. What is the minimum behavior you need to work there. . .

Sadly they waited 2.5 hours to annulled the order. They hung up on me more than 7 times. It's just ridiculous.

We ordered a simple pizza which took a full hour to make. A total of six people were working and no one was doing anything, kept looking at us like we were in the wrong, had their airpods in and even after we asled what happened to our food they just ended up leaving and never telling us anything. Sincerely outrageous

Dutch service is poor but this is a new standard... At least 8 people behind the counter and only my order to take... It took way too long for my order and all the staff just did not care. AVOID

Don’t order delivery from them. The food came after 1 hour without our drinks. We called 2x and were told the drinks were on the way both times. They never arrived. I tried calling again and they told me to call back and now they’re not answering their phone. Stealing from customers is a no go.

They took more than 30 minutes to give us our pizzas and people that had ordered theirs online got their pizzas before us .

Never had a realistic delivery time. Takes hours or never delivered. Called several times and they don't understand why it hasn't been delivered yet. I regret it every time I order here.

When I called because I forgot to add sauce, they kept telling me that I'm next first, then they kept disconnecting or hanging up. Finally answered after the 6th time and said that it would be sent after I had said that I would pay for it in cash at the door and then it was not sent and the delivery person knew nothing about it

Picked up pizzas today in the evening. I have never experienced such a pathetic display. Manager boy/girl (difficult to tell. Had blond long hair. Busy taking pizzas out of the oven), had my pizzas ready for a long time, but went behind to chat with colleagues for another 5 minutes. Tries to appear a bit tough to his colleagues. Then he looks at me, and with real reluctance he asks his colleague to help me. He then continues to talk quietly with his colleagues. His colleague comes to help. Surinamese boy. Just wear earphones while working. Comes to me with very closed eyes (probably he was just stoned!!!) and asks me WHAT I WANT. What a service. What manners! He then needs another 5 minutes to grab the pizzas that have been ready for a long time. Also comes with a Thick milkshake which was as watery as I don't know what. Domino's please find better employees. And not these people who cannot offer a service. How on earth can you have such a manager behind your store? Terrible. By far the worst service I have ever had.

Worst Domino's in The Hague area. You cannot call service service. Takes hours, had to pick it up myself even though I paid for delivery. They also lost the order.

Domino's quality pizza so those who are shocked in the comments should stop and go elsewhere if you are not happy, you know before coming to eat here :) Just a small remark on the fact that they don't call you when the order is ready but put the pizzas in the kitchen when they are ready so you have to come forward to get them, when there are 5 people waiting in front of them they don't realize they're there for the pizzas so it's a shame, waiting in a Domino's in a vacuum hasn't yet become a national sport so they could at least ask :)

I ordered food through UberEats and waited for 2 hours. It shows “delivered”, but the order never arrived. Nobody picked the phone. In the end i received a refund, but still thoroughly disappointed.

What a lazy lot here! There is one lady working so hard and a guy who just stands and watches because he is "only" a pizza delivery person. Customer friendliness is hard to find. How can you have so few staff during lunch time? We're on a break and there's nothing left of it. What now?

Picked up a Meltz margarita today Something went wrong with ordering via the app and my order did not go through The employee was friendly and tried to repair it and offered something extra as compensation. I then took the oven fries. Taste: Meltz cost 4.99. It's not worth it. Looks like a pizza filling between 2 crackers and the taste is not good because of the base. I wouldn't recommend this. Waste of your money. It is better to order a real pizza for 1 euro more (lunch deal). Fries were also not tasty and tough. They better take these items off the menu

the service is incompetent , they play on their phones, they make personal phone calls during work time , they are reallt show it took 40 min to male the pizza.

It's been exactly two hours since I placed my order and I'm still waiting for my order. People prefer to order food to be more practical and save time. I wish you had reported the delay as stated on your website.

I order pizza between around 21:00 and delivery showed between 21:50 and 22:10. Nobody called, nothing. I called at 22:50 the Dominos support and was told that they can't contact me because I don't have a Dutch number. Very poor excuse. Prefix for my number is clearly visible and there is no problem calling it. Very poor service, hope the money will come back. :/

Waited 2 hours for the delivery — order never arrived and staff member on the phone lied that “should arrive any minute”. How convenient to say this right before their closing time. Thankfully UberEats will refund me.

I like to order from Domino's because I don't think the pizzas are bad. This time, however, things went completely wrong. I accidentally indicated the time as "as soon as" when ordering online instead of in an hour. I called immediately afterwards to indicate that the time needed to be adjusted, and this would be passed on. So this did not happen. I arrive an hour later and apparently the pizzas have been there for 45 minutes. However, this is not passed on, no, because I walk out of the store and notice that the pizzas are cold. I walk back into the store and immediately see an annoyed face in my direction from one of the employees. A colleague of his helps me and indicates that the time change never occurred to him. He does offer to make new pizzas immediately (priority), which I appreciated, hence 2 stars.

We preordered a pizza for a specified time. Last time we had a terrible experience that we waited extra 45mins for preordered pizza. Today, there was nobody besides us. We were ignored by the staff for good 10mins. after another employee pointed out that we are waiting, they finally started preparing our pizza that should have been done by that time. Really sorry to see that this location dropped their standards.😅

My experience with Domino's Pizza was quite disappointing. The pizza crust was a major letdown – it was so tough that I found myself endlessly chewing, and my jaws were literally aching. This is far from what I expect from a good pizza. I also tried their buffalo wings, and those were underwhelming as well. The texture was off, and it seemed like they could have been cooked a little longer. The taste was neither good nor bad, just an unfortunate middle ground. Overall, my visit left me unsatisfied with the quality and taste of their offerings.

Pizza was okay, but they put onion on it, even tho I asked to remove it. It's also not the first time when sth like this is happening.

Lekker een pizza afhalen om in de trein of lekker op een van de zitjes voor de deur op te eten. Er is alleen geen toilet, daar moet je even rekening mee houden.

Pizza was oke maar personeel in de zaak onbeleefd, geen oog voor klantenservice en professionaliteit.

Personeel merkt je niet op en al kouwend komt er een soort van oerkreetje uit als je aan de beurt bent om te bestellen. Toilet is zichtbaar ín het restaurant aangeduid, maar is 'alleen voor personeel'... Gelukkig kwam er op het eind een vriendelijke bezorger binnen die de pizza sneed en aan me gaf (het was niet druk).

Pizza was netjes om 6 uur klaar zoals besteld, aardige jongens ook! Het was lekker, vooral de veggie peperoni. Ook goed voor vegetariërs en veganisten.

Perfect geholpen, al had ik mijn bestelling verkeerd geplaatst hebben ze mij alsnog geholpen!!
